booked here for a stopover in Paris en route to La Rochelle. Booked a triple room which consisted of double bed and camp bed for daughter. The bed was under the double bed unmade. The only way to get the bed up was to move the double bed to the wardrobe entrance leaving no space around the bed - you had to stand at botton of bed and jump to get on!!!!! Very very cramped. The room was clean though but very hot as no air con and windows that are locked! Staff were pleasant and helpful. Car parking more expensive than the pay and display. nect to metro station which was handy for getting to centre of Paris.

value for money was execptional. the location of this hotel was ideal right outside a metro station the only thing was we book 2 rooms with 4 single beds and got 2 rooms one with 4 single beds and one with a double and a single bed it wasnt that much of an issue and we still enjoyed the stay

We know you get what you pay for and the room was discounted - maybe no-one else wanted to stay? Room really stuffy - no window to open, no air conditioning, had to leave door open as much as possible to breathe! Whole hotel looks like it has same problem - lack of air circulation. Room was a 'family room' for 4 , but really most hotels would give a room this size for one person. No English language TV station: what happened to EU and the 21st century? Parking cost (considerably) extra - they didn't mention this on the website.Hotel parking more than ordinary parking right next to it - no clear guidelines. We didn't feel exactly welcome - does that cost extra? As I work in the hospitality industry it came as a shock to be treated in such an unwelcome way. First time in Paris for our children - first people they come across (in hotel) unfriendly to point of hostility. How depressing.

Good value for the money. Most tourist attractions require 2 metro trains to get there. Eiffel Tower requires 2 metro and 1 RER. However can be there in less than 45 minutes. Metro station is line #3 just below the hotel. Late might/early monring staff did not speak English. Kids under 11 breakfast is free. Otherwise 9 Euros and an okay choice.

Located at the Eurolines station we were able to leave our bags (however they are strict on the 2pm check-in).

we had a very difficult finding the hotel, the parking was difficult to find-not close to the hotel at all, when had to carry our suitcases down 4 flights of steps from the parking lot to get to the hotel area-there were no signs to tell you which way to go so we wondered around before we finally found the reception area, when we finally got there the electricity went out and we couldnt use the stairs so we had to climb back up those steps and then up to the floor, we had 6 ppl on 3 different floors with no one to help with bags, the rooms were very small even for europes standards, windows didnt open and it was extremely hot and stuffy in the rooms, the neighborhood was very busy and a bit scary late at night, it was very close to the train station, but you had to take two different trains to get to paris, we were all disappointed in this room.

For first time travellers to Paris this hotel was easy to find and very convenient with it's location directly opposite the Metro station at Gallieni, also the end of the line. The hotel room was very compact, as a couple we had booked a double bed, the room also had a third bed so could be used as a family room, but I honestly could not see how the pull out bed would actually fit anywhere in the room as the double bed filled it with only just enough walking space around each side. So I would think twice before booking a triple room, if this is what is on offer. The breakfast, which you could pay for seperately daily or at the end of your stay was excellent a buffet style with plenty of choice. Over all as a place just to lay your head at night, it was ideal for the price and at 15 minutes from the centre of Paris, a great base.

Hotel is just above the metro+bus+coach station and close to the Auchan supermarket. Bathroom was not in the best condition but rest of the room was fine. Clean room and friendly service.

Hotel is in an excellent location and is a great deal for the price. It is conveniently located next to McDonalds, a grocery store, small shopping center, as well as internet cafe. It is also next to the Bus terminal and metro/subway station. Staff were very friendly and spoke other languages besides French including English. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would stay again.

Mold in bathroom, very bad mold, very very bad mold. Smelly bad mold, across the ceiling and down the walls mold. Small room, very hot. Air conditioning in the hallway, some sort of vent on the wall, slight draft of cold air coming out. Fire alarm went off during the night. The worst hotel I've ever stayed at.

Fantasic location, right next to a metro station and Eurolines station. We were allowed to book n at 8.30 a.m. as the room was empty. V nice staff, v nice room, great beakfast. One of the best budget hotels I have ever stayed in.

The hotel was especially hard to get to and access to parking was not well marked. Once we got into the parking lot it was in very good shape and well protected. The rooms were small but manageable. The bathtub however was exceedingly small.

The newness of the hotel, the location (within train distance of major spots)and the price, make it a great find. The only thing we didn't like was we were required to put up a large deposit to use an iron.

at night i wanted to step outside to smoke a cigarette. the clerk at the front desk was sleeping, and very upset with me for aking him to unlock the front door.

Great Location!!! The metro is right outside the front door of the hotel as well as a city bus station and eurolines coach station. If you aren't looking to eat out every night the hotel is based next to a mall which has a supermarket called Auchan which is just like a Wal Mart Superstore. If you don't mind being a bit outside Paris and willing to take the metro stay at this hotel. As for getting to and from the airport we took the city bus number 351 whcih took about an hour but was only 4.50 euros from CDG airport. We took a taxi back as we were heading to Orly Airport upon leaving which was 34 euros for four people.

This hotel had a really great location right the last stop of line three on the metro. There is a mall with a McDonalds, a huge grocery store hooked right on to the hotel. The rooms are small and old but the bedding is nice.

The staff at the front were helpful and friendly. The staff at the restaurant and bar in the hotel were not. We were ignored at both places.

I asked for our two room to be on the same floor because I was with 5 children, ages 17-6, I was not assigned this upon arrival. I asked if they could move one of us and they said they were full. I then asked if they could move us tomorrow or the following day and they said they could not accommidate us. When we arrived in our room it smelled like cigar smoke. I have 3 asythmatic with me and request a room change as soon as possible. Any floor, any room and they said they could not change me because the hotel was full. I understand that night was not possible but we saw people checking in and out continually. They could have changed us if they were will to go out of their way. I also requested a pen or pencil to use in the room and they said they did not have any for the guest.

un bon hotel bien localise, bien propre et surtou qu il est situe a cote du metro et a cote du centre commercial

bon accueil avec des chambres propres. Services proposés correspondaient à mes attentes. Idéalement placé à la porte de Paris avec un accès au métro aux portes de l'hotel. Calme, idéal pour un séjour en famille à Paris

Het hotel is simpel maar goed verzorgd. De omgeving is een typische ietwat troosteloze buitenwijk van Parijs maar met een winkelcentrum ernaast. Het metrostation ligt letterlijk voor de ingang van het hotel. De reistijd naar het centrum is langer doordat het hotel in een buitenwijk ligt. Al met al een prima hotel als je niet van plan bent veel op de kamer te zijn en je geld liever uitgeeft in Parijs.

Well placed near the end of line3 of the metro, you can easily get into Paris from here. The hotel has all we needed when visiting Paris as a tourist (bed plus the option of breakfast), and was pretty good value for money.

Prima hotel, gelegen aan het begin van een metrolijn. Bedden zijn heerlijk, douche is een soort van massagedouche. Enige nadeel....personeel bij het ontbijtgebeure was errug chagerijnig, niet klant vriendelijk.

Receptie bijzonder aardig en behulpzaam. Kamers conform de prijsklasse. Ontbijt goed. Dineren behalve de lopende buffetten niet aan te raden. Bv kip met friet geserveerd in een waterige jus, geen smaak aan en dus natte friet en kip leek gekookt ipv gegrilled. Gelet op de borden van andere gasten hetzelfde probleem. Voor de rest prima hotel voor een weekje stad sightseeing.

Very easy to get to/from Charles De Gaulle by direct bus (stopping right in front of the hotel entrance). Subway station right there as well, to get to/from the city. Hard to get to by car - directions and map are very poor. Big mall to buy food/gifts extremely close. The neighborhood is dirty and not very nice, but we did not feel unsafe. The room and bathroorm were ok and clean in general, but the carpet was dirty/smelling. There was no way to control the room temperature, my wife would have liked to switch off the air conditioning

Geen verluchting op de kamer. Ventilatie werkte niet. Stop voor het bad te klein waardoor men geen bad kan nemen en enkel een douche. Hotel en kamer zijn aan een opfris beurt toe. Eten in het hotel: prijs kwaliteit te duur.

It is an ok hotel. Not as pretty as the pictures though. The rooms are simple but nice with a waterboiler, tea, coffey and bisquits. But the standard is good. The exit is just above the entrance to the metro. The service is good and friendly.

Goed hotel alleen jammer dat er geen raam open genmaakt kon worden.

Het hotel ligt perfect aan de uitvalsweg A3. Alleen aanrijden naar de parkeergarage is wat lastig. verder is parkeerservice van het hotel goed. Prima kamers die schoon en netjes zijn. mooie badkamer. Ontbijt is goed verzorgd. Kortom: aanrader dit hotel. metrostation op 25 meter van ingang hotel, dus ideaal
