Jurys Inn Christchurch - Dublín

Located across the street from Christ Church Cathedral. Walking distance from many Dublin attractions. Would stay there again.

The Jurys Inn Christchurch is located within walking distance of the major attractions. Please beware that the rooms facing the front are noisy but offer a great view of Christchurch. We were given the option of a front or rear room, but decided to go with the nice view. We were on the first floor and were able to get a good free wifi signal from the lobby. Otherwise you will need to pay a daily fee. The only downside to the free wifi is that they give you a code and it is only good for one hour. So you need to ask for a new code whenever you need to use the internet. The breakfast was good for what you pay. A great place to eat is the Copper Alley Bistro which is across the street from Christchurch to your right as you exit the lobby. Great food and decent prices.

very pleasent stay; staff corteous; hotel clean; location very central; we were so comfortable in our hotel room, that we overslept and missed our breakfast, but we were given complimentry coffee and scones; discounted car park ajacent to hotel, very convenient.

Great Hotel, beautiful view of whole city and wonderful location across the street from the cities most beautiful Church and landmark. The staff was very nice the place was clean. It was very spacious on the European scale. Loved it.

Easy location to explore Dublin. Hotel is a 3 and no more than a 3. The location is great and the price is fair. Little things could improve, toilet running all night, sixe of the room, but all things condsidered it was ok.

The hotel is within walking distance of major attractions, and is located next to a car park. Room was clean, and we were not bothered by noise on a Saturday night. Our only complaint was that for a non-smoking hotel it was quite smoky on our floor.

Whereas the hotel is ideally located with good access to lots of attractions, it is a very basic hotel with minimal room comforts, e.g room temp. is cool until at least 9.30 pm, no toilet brush??,basic bathroom accessories, smell of smoking in room! On the plus side ,staff were very friendly and helpful, restaurant was good and bar snacks nice. Car park convenient at extra cost(concession rate)

I loved the location for this hotel. It is within walking distance of all things I wanted to see, like Grafton Street and Temple bar area. My room matched all the needs important to me, it was very clean, the bed comfortable and quiet. The staff was very helpful when I had questions. the only thing I would suggest to the staff is that they familiarize themselves with the areas around the hotel. I got a sense some of the staff were not familiar with the area.

Perfect location! Friendly and knowledgeable checkin person. Good size room, good bath and amenities. Busy hotel which may give it lesser reviews- sort of reminds me of a hotel in NYC's time square- just hustle and bustle. But exactly what you need if you're there to explore the city .

I thought this hotel was a great value for the money. It is located within walking distance to all the sites I wanted to see. My room was non-smoking, fresh smelling, clean with a very comfortable bed. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, although they could be more useful with local information if they were given a tour of Dublin themselves. there was a nice selection for breakfast.

I got a twin room but the second bed was a fold out camp bed. If I was made aware of this I would have paid extra for a proper bed. The rooms are very old and shabby. The plug hole in the sink was rusted and very dirty. Car parking is very expensive in their car park. From 11pm to 10am was 14 euro and that was with a discount provided by the hotel.

The desk staff were very blunt, and in many cases, uninformed. One even said she would make a morning taxi reservation for us, and when we went to the desk at 0500 hrs., there was no record of her doing it. Luckily the girl working the midnight shift was very helpful, and pleasant and was able to get us a taxi to get us to the airport on time.

The hotel was very good. They let me check in early which I loved because I was very tired from my flight. The room was a good size for 2 people and the location was great. It wasn't noisy at all and still very close to the main shops and pubs. The only thing that bothered me was the hardness of the bed. The hotel bed was extremely hard and not very comfortable. It hurt my back and shoulders the next morning.

Our room was a little larger than we expected and very clean. The toilet took a bit of learning to flush it correctly which wasn't a big deal. Only down sides were that the hair dryer was attached and located in a dresser drawer, not in the bathroom. And the room wasn't fitted with an iron and board. They, however, have an ironing room on each floor. The best part about our stay at the hotel was the staff. Everyone was upbeat, helpful, prompt, and courteous. Would absolutely recommend and stay there again.
