For the money the hotel did meet the basic expectations. However, there were no perks or incentives for staying. For example, I had to walk next door to enjoy some cocktails.

Great hotel for the money. Great location. minutes from the zoo which was our destination. Would definitely stay here again when in the area.

Great place to stay will stay again when I return, And now planning trip for 25 th anniv. to colorodo in aug. going to plan on staying at HGI there

This is a very nice hotel. However, I booked it for a weekend getaway for my husband and I hoping to use the pool and the jacuzzi. The hotel had also booked several baseball teams and the pool, jacuzzi and lobby were always occupied with baseball teams and their families. That's fine, we have kids too. They need a nice place to stay and have fun. I just wish I had known, I would have booked our couples weekend elsewhere.

This was a very, very nice hotel. Nevertheless, I thought the price was high compared to hotels of the same quality. It definitely did not have that rundown shabby feel and it was clean. Now for the negatives: First, the cream packet in the room curdled when poured into coffee, but front desk replaced coffee and cream immediately. Second, we checked in about 9:30 p.m.; room service was available til 10:00 p.m. We ordered two pasta dishes. When they arrived, the sauce was pretty sparse on each dish and the pasta was dried out and hardened, plus the dishes were barely warm. We were tired and hungry so we ate it anyway. The next morning when I got the replacement coffee and cream, I mentioned the meal. I commented that if they were going to offer room service til 10:00, leftover scraps shouldn't be offered as closing time approached. I stressed I wasn't looking for a refund on the room service, I just wanted to mention that we were not at all impressed with the quality of the meals, especially considering the cost. Even so, when I received my credit card bill, I noticed they had removed the room service charge from my bill.

My overall stay was very nice and I will stay there again.

Went to hotel specifically for location and pool. Of course pool was closed for maintenance. The lobby was also under construction and messy. In-lobby breakfast buffet was $$$ for what it was worth.

Staff was very pleasant, hotel room very nice, overall experience very good. The breakfast bar was also a very good value. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby.

The room was nice... was a handicap-accessible room. Had a good time there. Even though we knew it beforehand, it would have been nice to have a continental breakfast included in the price rather than extra charge for it. Oh, and one other thing. The one disappointment we had was that the room was marked (on the door) as a non-smoking room, but even with the air freshener, it was obvious someone had been smoking there.

Very nice hotel and friendly staff. Beds were a little uncomfortable compared to another Hilton Gard Inn we stayed at, but overall, we had a good experience.

You can always expect great service at Hilton Garden Inn. This is a great hotel for a great price. It is very clean and the beds are very comfy!

Nice workout facilities. Good service

We checked into a room that was supposed to be "Non Smoking" but it stunk so bad that we turned around and requested another room. The staff was very accommodating and the new room was much better. The ice machine on our floor was broken so had to go to another floor. We would definitely stay at this hotel again.

The hotel was very clean and very nice. The location was excellent and the staff were very helpful when we asked directions. The pool was clean. The hot tub (spa) wasn't available because it had just been painted...but was no big deal to us. Would definitely stay there again

This is by far the one best hotel for the best price. The check-ins were quick and easy, they had maps ready and available, and took care of any other needs we had. Thanks to all in maid service. Every room was very clean, comfortable and had plenty of towels for swimming. Even the Chef deserves kudos for the pizza party Saturday night, the girls really enjoyed it! I truly believe the entire staff displayed professionalism above and beyond our expectation! Everyone of our parents were very impressed with the property, the rooms and the staff. They all Deserve a Well earned "GOOD JOB", and a Big "ATA' BOY!" We'll stay here again!

Dublin is an awesome location with a great sense of community. The Hilton Garden Inn and Suites was okay. The beds were comfy, the room was "roomy", and the little kitchen area came in real handy since we were there for 3 nights. However, we never recieved room service during our stay, so we had to clean and maintain our room by taking out our own garbage, getting fresh towels and bathing supplies. We were there for an event in Columbus on Saturday, March 1st, and that night we wanted to order room service while gettin dressed. However the front desk told us room service was closed that night and offered to bring us up some take out menus. The girl promised to bring them right away, and she never did. That night we wound up eating fast food for dinner because guest services never came through on their offer. I also found it to be very noisy. At night I was woken up by banging in the walls, which was thought to be old piping, and could hear people loud and clear in the hallways. It was definitely one of the noisiest hotels I have stayed at. If it wasn't for them having the availability we needed, and the kitchenette, I probably would've stayed somewhere else.

This hotel and it's staff were wonderful. Very nice hotel. Only downfall is that it's not easily accessible to get in and out of. There's not many places to eat close either. Room service and hotel restaurant expensive.

Overall a very nice hotel. Quiet rooms. A business center hotel. No continental breakfast.

Hotel was nice, guest service was excellent. Room was clean and comfortable. Phone in the room did not work, and the toilet was hit and miss in terms of functionality. For the money, I would have expected more in amenities.

The hotel was very beautiful and in a very convenient location. We enjoyed our stay and had a wonderful breakfast the next morning. The staff was exceptionally friendly and accomodating.

Hotel is nice and clean. The service is OK, we have to take care of our own luggages. No breakfast included.

We had a very nice room with a nice view, overseeing the pool. One not so nice thing about that was that until 11:30pm there was a group of people being very loud at the pool and kept us up. Since the pool is open to the rooms it should really be closed at 9pm, definitely by 10pm so as not to disturb the other hotel guests. We loved the beds and the pillows were fantastic. It was a nice luxurious, relaxing retreat for us after all the wedding festivities that weekend.

The king room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. I will continue to book this hotel when I need a room in the area. The night desk staff was extremely helpful and attentive.

This was a fine stay. The room was quite large, clean, well-appointed, and comfortable. It seemed to be missing some furniture (there was a large empty space that looked like it wanted a sofa or dinette), but that did not hinder our stay. We left an article of clothing behind, and the staff was very helpful in retrieving it and holding it for us. Quite helpful. The only thing I would have liked better was if the room service had been available later - at about 9 or 10, we had no hot-food option. There *is* a 24-hour "pantry," but the selection was mainly junk food (chips, candy). However, overall, great, easy stay.

Fantastic hotel, great breakfast, staff is very friendly and efficient. I'd definitely stay here again.
