Extended Stay America Dublin - Hacienda Dr. - Dublín

My husband stayed here and said he would stay there again, but would not want to stay there with the kids because it's not clean enough for our toddler who is into everything.

Hotel staff is very friendly and rooms are nice. only complaint is that the beds are SUPER hard. other than that the place is great!

Other than location, friendly staff and convienience, this has to be the filthiest hotel I have ever stayed at. Smoke filled rooms, stained carpets and bedspread, hardest mattress on the planet, very noisy, need I say more. If you could care less where you stay and just need to sleep, you are better off in the back seat of your car!

Bed too hard and stiff. Pillow too thin.

The hotel was the least expensive around and the location could not have been more perfect. It was close to the mall, shopping centers and many food locations. My disappointment was that not once while I was there did anyone come up to clean my room, offer fresh towels and/or bring me needed toiletries that almost every other hotel offers. In fact I had to go downstairs to get those items and the lady who helped me had the personality of a wet mop and did not even greet me. Other than that one employee... my overall stay was OK. I wouldn't rave about them to people... but I wouldn't discourage anyone from going there either. It gave me the space I needed at a price I could afford.

It is a good deal for the buck I paid. The rooms were clean and the front desk people were very friendly and helpful.

So overall my stay was great. The staff were very helpful and the hotel itself was located about a mile from BART and right next to a wide variety of dining and shopping options. There is only one exception to my rave review...spiders. I am usually not very bothered by bugs, but after I found one in my bed then proceeded to find more then 20 bites all over my body I was a little perturbed. I stayed with a friend who remained bite-free throughout our stay. So I am not sure what to make of it.

I checked into the hotel at about 10:30pm. After settling in, I called for an internet connection. I was given instructions and a password and told that the front desk would be closing in 5 minutes and to call a support number if I had any problems connecting to the internet. I did have problems, but could not dial out on a outside line to get help. The next morning, I left for an early meeting at 5:30am that I had to take in the office because I could not connect to the internet. When I returned to the hotel that evening, I was given an outside line for calls, which they had forgotten to give me the night before. I was also told I would get credit for the $5.00 charge for the internet since I never connected. But the charge is still on my bill.

The location is Awesome. A lot of restaurants and shopping is good. As for inside my room, it was pretty dirty. It didn't look like it had been vacumed and the slip on the bed said it was last cleaned about a week before I stayed so it was definatly not very clean. The staff was awesome and very helpful.
