Best Western Beausejour - Lourdes

A pretty decent hotel, particularly taking into account the price. The room was very small and on the top floor, and the window was set back and high up resulting in very little natural light. The shower was particularly small. But these were the only negatives - it was clean, comfortable, friendly, well placed and cheap. The pool is a nice bonus too. I would stay there again. Non smokers should specifically request a room on the 1st or 2nd floors (these are the non-smoking floors). Food in nearby restaurants is better than in the hotel.

The hotel was comfortable, quiet, clean and near the train station in Lourdes. Our family used the pool and hotel staff brought towels right up to us to replace the towels used at the pool even though the material in the room said to use the towels at the pool. Breakfast was the most disappointing compared to other hotels we stayed at in France for the cost. Overall, the room was great for our family! Just a note of caution: The walk back from the Shrine to the hotel is all uphill so be prepared!

I have been going to Lourdes on a pilgrimage for nine years. My choice of hotel this year is by far the best because of its location, cleanliness and great friendly service. I will bring my kids with me next year.

This hotel is great for visiting Lourdes. It is one of the few open in the off season and especially for the 150 year anniversary. Not good for those with physical problems as like many hotels they are limited.

The hotel is just opposite the train station, so it is not a problem even you arrive Lourdes late at night. When we checked in , we were greeted by the friendly manager and gave us the room which we requested for. The rooms are quite small, but very clean, the beddings are all white and clean, the same as the bathroom although small. It is around 10 minutes walk to the Grotto, and maybe 15 minutes to the downtown area. I'm happy about my choice with that hotel. I was expecting less, but i got more. I will definitely go back, and also recommend to friends.

If you are able to walk, this hotel is fine with a convenient location to the train. It is not too far from the grotto and the little shops. The location description given in the brochure of "a few short strides" from the grotto is absolutely not true. In reliance on that, I made a reservation there knowing I would be pushing my mother in a wheelchair. The hotel is uphill from the grotto and requires rolling over may curbs and cobbles to get into the grotto area. It was most inconvenient and we were required to take a cab everywhere we went, eliminating the "good deal" aspect of the hotel. Otherwise, the staff was nice, the hotel was clean and obviously recently remodeled. I just felt like the description on line and in the brochures was misleading at best.

Hotel is keurig, recht tegenover het station, met zwembad en gratis wifi internet. Wel iets te ver weg van het Heiligdom als je daar vaak moet zijn. Kamers zijn netjes, al is een eenpersoonskamer er ook echt een eenpersoons schoenendoos.

Nous avons séjourné une nuit a l'hotel Best Western Beauséjour a Lourdes . Sur les chambres , rien a dire très correct. Par contre la restauration, vaut mieux passer son chemin . Nous y avons volontairement diner léger, mais c'était vraiement limite ( lasagnes, baignant dans la béchamel, avec un petit soupçon de viande.....et spagettis a la bolognaise qui était des tagliatelles ( pas de spagettis, qui était pourtant a la carte ) avec un peu de viande hachée avec quelques carrées de légumes ,sans un soupçon de sauce tomate , sans assaisonnement ....a la limite du mangeable, je suis peut être un peu dur, mais on aurai dit du paté pour chien, mélangé avec des tagliatelles. Le petit déjeuner correct, malgré l'absence de baguettes et de pains , il n'y avait que des petits pains plat très dur, absence aussi d'oeufs cuisinés ( omelette, brouillés...tranches de lardons ) . Mon analyse: Hotel Bureau a point c'est tout. Meilleures salutations

en ce qui concerne les chambres simples, l'exiguité de la douche rend son accés difficile aux personnes corpulentes. seule remarque l'ensemble étant irréprochable.

très bel accueil et idéal pour les voyageurs sans voiture. Face à la gare et à 10mn des sanctuaires et du centre ville. L'hôtel est très agréable et le service est impeccable. Un jardin privatif face aux Pyrénées et un restaurant de très bonne tenue complètent le tableau.

Hôtel très agréable et calme si on obtient une chambre à l'arrière, ce qui est exceptionnel à Lourdes. Le personnel est consciencieux et l'accueil personnalisé. Bonns cuisine.
