This is a beautiful hotel, with very helpful staff and lovely, comfortable rooms. It is next door to Paddington Station and a quick 15 minute hop to Heathrow Airport. Wonderful location in a nice neighborhood. We will return on our next trip to London.

The bedding needs to be replaced. The food in the restaurant could be better.

Just stayed there from May 5--8. Ideal location for doing business in London. The hotel service could have been better but this is typical for London. The bedding needs to be replaced.

If you want to feel safe and secure w/ luxurious comfort on your first night in London, this is the hotel. From the Heathrow Airport, the Paddington Express train takes you direct to the hotel. Walking distance. No battling the busy London streets w/ your luggage in tow. Close to the Kenningston Gardens as well.

We had an overnight stay before catching the Heathrow Express so the location was ideal really, however in terms of quality of service, friendly staff and general comfortness of the hotel, we were VERY disappointed. The concierge and reception staff were not at all friendly or helpful in anyway, in fact the concierge was totally useless. Beds were really uncomfortable and just walking round the corridors in the hotel was unpleasant as they were so hot and stuffy. We booked the hotel thinking that you can't really go wrong with a Hilton hotel - but how wrong were we! Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Great Room, pretty good service!

Friendly staff, good facilities. Rooms very clean and tidy. Great buffet breakfast and well located for all transport links. Recommended

You can't beat this hotel as center to work from. 15 minute train to London Heathrow, the Tube Rail across the street and train access in 2 minutes to anywhere. Rooms are not large but they are clean and comfortable

Nicely located in the same building as Paddington Station, so perfect for both tube and mainline trains. Comfortable, clean and friendly. Good breakfast too! Will definitely return.

The best thing about the hotel is its location, next to Paddington Station. Just perfect to move around!

I had a layover in London between two long flight and decided to stay in this Hilton because it was on top of Paddington. I was put into a room on the first floor, which was on top of some bar/club which blasted music until the wee hours of the morning, which was literally shaking my room. I literally could not believe it, because you stay in the Hilton because the brand leads you to believe you will get a good night rest. I obviously complained and not only was the night manager rude and not sympathetic, he rebuffed my comments of at least getting some time of compensation because my good night of sleep was ruined!!! I WARN ALL TRAVELLERS, IF YOU ARE GOING TO STAY HERE, REQUEST A ROOM ON THE TOP FLOORS OTHERWISE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE, A NIGHT OF NO SLEEP BEFORE A 9 HOUR FLIGHT IS A NIGHTMARE!1 I PERSONALLY WILL THINK TWICE BEFORE EVEN STAYING IN ANY HILTON AGAIN!!!!!

Close situation to the train station does not make the place clean at first place. Difficult to open the windows, therefore very hot. Bad-working conditioner, not very clean rooms. Beautiful facade of the building and its hall though. Comfortable as very close to the train station. Good service.

Doors provide entrance from Paddington Station, making it very easy to get to and from London Heathrow in less than half an hour. Also convenient to Metro. Staff was courteous but indifferent. We were not impressed with the neighborhood. We couldn't find a good restaurant within walking distance to the hotel. Ended up eating dinner at an Italian place, where the pizza was good but the spagetti left much to be desired.

Very roomy, clean, and perfect location to Paddington Station. The hotel actually connects to the station making it very convenient to hope on a train or tube. The staff was very helpful and courteous. The only thing that was even remotely an issue was that the air conditioning was not quite as cold as it needed to be for the warmer days. Other than that, it was fabulous! We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a convenient, comfortable place to stay in London!!

To say we were exhausted really doesn't quite fit the description. Because of air connections, we had a lay over in London. Unfortunately, because of the time alloted and exhaustion from five weeks travel, we weren't able to see any sights other than those in the cab from the airport. So, how could we experience London??? We sat in the Paddington's lounge, watched a "Football" match between Austria and Croatia and had Fish and Chips. A dish we identified as being "British". The waiter came and informed us that they didn't have cod but would we mind having another white fish the chef could provide. We were fine with that. The dish was brought out - it was perfection! We still can't remember what the substitution was, wish we did, and we were further impressed that the Chef came out and asked if we were enjoying our dish. We greatfully thanked him for giving us such a delicious "English" experience. Enjoyed the game and had a fantastically comfortable nights rest. And, with the help of your concierge, we were once again on our way back to the U.S.A. It was all very comforting and good. Thank you Hilton family.

We actually had a great room as we got upgraded when our room wasn't ready yet to a suite on the top floor. Very nice and it even had a balcony. Plus the neighborhood was great for walking in Hyde Park and we found a wonderful Indian Food place nearby. It was expensive, but everything in London is expensive when you pay with US dollars.

My husband and I stayed at the Hilton Paddington for 3 nights. We found our room to be clean and spaciuous enough for two people. The bathroom and toilet were of a good size. I was a little concerned about noise from Paddington Station but found there was none as the rooms seemed well insulated. Being so close to the station was a bonus. The bed was comfortable with a choice of pillows. The room also had an in room safe rather than a safety deposit box. A good supply of tea and perculator coffee a welcome change from instant. We were able to walk from our Hotel onto the platform ready for our journey to Heathrow. The staff were friendly and helpful and our room was ready before designated check in time. The fridge allows some space for personal items. Being an electronic mini bar frdge items cannot be removed without a charge incurred.

If you want convenience of location, then the Hilton Paddington is for you -- the train station from Heathrow is connected to the hotel. Going to other London city sites is easier because Paddington is a major subway stop. My room was small, however, and when a rollaway was added, there was barely enough space to go around. Bathroom was fine. The walls -- next door and yes, the ceiling -- are thin, so I was awakened by doors slamming and each night, with heavy thuds above me --someone who walked at strange hours with heavy steps. I even heard creaking mattresses. This was not the kind of Hilton I'm familiar with. The lobby area looks tired and you should eat elsewhere.

Overall a good- great stay. The reception needs a great deal of training: people were slow in moving, spent more time asking eachother questions and then calling and then forgetting what they were doing. Totally confused on how to deal with hotel.com confirmation, said that they would have to charge me and then I would get a refund, etc.. lots of calls copying confirmation forms from hotel.com. But the important things was that after over 30 minutes going back and forth, the room was very clean, comfortable bed and super location!

Great location for getting to the airport, and a nice big room. My only complaint was a bit of an uncomfortable bed, but the rest made up for it - good service and prompt assistance when we forgot to bring some toiletries. Definitely would use again given the right deal.

The best thing about the hotel is that it is right at the Paddington Station: a fast express trip from Heathrow. Once there, it is centrally located, though the area around Paddington isn't particularly interesting. My room was clean and comfortable. Nothing specail, but location, location....

Supert hotell, vegg-i-vegg med Paddington stasjon. Dro kofferten kun opp en liten bakke fra perrongen og rundt hjørnet var inngangen. Store fine rom, velutstyrte med alt man trenger. Eneste minus er at man måtte betale for internettoppkoblingen (£15). Super frokost, som var inkludert og fellesarealene er meget flotte. Hotellet er supert både for jobb og fritid og t-banen ligger vegg-i-vegg (tar deg rett ned til Picadilly Circus).

Ottimo albergo, comodissimo da raggiungere, confortevole, silenzioso. Colazione continentale disponibile e di qualità elevata. Personale cortese.

Bra hotell, framför allt eftersom man inte direkt behöver slösa någon tid på transport till flygplatsen. Heathrow Express stannar på Paddington Station och sen tar man bara rulltrappan upp till hotellet!

Chambre confortable et complètement équipée (TV, réveil, fer à repasser avec planche !). Curiosité : le sèche-cheveux n'est pas dans la salle de bains mais dans un tiroir de la chambre. Service impeccable, mais conversion impérativement en anglais. Tarif de la chambre double net (sans breakfast).
