we did not know that we had to pay parking when we arrived. the bathroom had the wallpaper pealing and sink needed paint.

When I got to hotel I have to pay for parking very expensive, room was so small Plus I have to pay for refrigerator (room dos not come with refrigerator).

We were able to catch the airport shuttle and get to the hotel without any trouble. The shuttle drivers were nice and very helpful! The room, however, was dirty when we arrived. The housekeeper on duty said that it hadn't been occupied for at least 3 nights previous. The bathroom and dressing area floor had hair long dark hair, "dust bunnies" and broken glass all over it! There was even broken glass in the closet! When I notified the housekeeper, she even called her supervisor in to see how bad it was. She then spent @1 hour cleaning it up! The hotel management would not comp us anything on the room or a meal or anything. Housekeeping apologized, but management never did! We also ordered a microwave for an additional fee, and it arrived filthy! There was dried, caked on food stuck to it on all surfaces! I called and asked them to remove it from my room and my bill! The good part is that the beds were comfortable. There was an in-door and an out-door pool, but no Hot-Tub! With a Wyndham, I'd come to expect more! I will not stay there again.

Very clean, good staff, very near the airport 6/7 minutes in the free shuttle, there's a shopping mall close but there's nothig else to do around the area. Slightly expensive I thought

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The front lobby makes you think it's a good hotel then you walk down the hall and your in a dump. The carpet is stained and the wallpaper is coming off. Sauna didn't work and indoor pool area was not kept up. The women's bathroom near indoor pool had a broken lock. The front desk is not helpful and the people at night are very rude. Our room had a broken sink, after telling front desk we were moved to new room. The key cards only worked one day, so very night we had to go down to the front desk and get a new one. If I would not have pre paid I would have went to a new hotel.

The location of this hotel is convenient, but the quality is very poor. The lobby is updated, but the rooms/hallways/elevators are not. Combine all of that with the $16/night parking fee and this experience was very disappointing.

The property has great ammenities such as two pools, a great workout room, and a gift shop that carries anything you might need. But, it is old and in serious need of an overhaul. I don't think the property is well maintained at all. If you get a good price and can deal with issues, it's a good value.

Great rescue location for weary travelers like myself. The guest services folks were extraordinary. The food was terrific. My only concern is for the room air conditioner. The fan motor sounded like a truck. Thank goodness for ear plugs.

The rooms need a up-dating. I could have stayed less than two blocks away for less money and would not have had to pay $18.00 to park in an open lot. I expected more from a Wyndham.

when we checked in we were told there would be a charge (over ten dollars) for parking in the hotel lot. This was included in the hotel.com information.. That increased the price we paid for the room.

Hotel Parking lot and Allstate Arena practically share a parking lot. You can Very easily walk to and from the Arena. Many resturants in the area to choose from.

We stayed at this hotel, due to it's proximity to All State Arena. We were going there for a concert. The room was fantastic, they have done a lot of remodeling since we stayed there in 89; One issue, is 16 bucks to park??? Even if you are a hotel guest, they do not wave the fee to park in beautiful Rosemont,IL. Also, we talked to a man who had his 2009 Expedition STOLEN from the parking lot. That's 16 bucks well spent! NOT!!!

I was not happy when i first got there. I was not aware of any sur charges. I had to pay just to use there parking lot which makes no sense when i had to pay for the room. This charge should have been complimentary. I brought my laptop and was told that i had to pay to use it in the room i stayed in. If you want to use the business center the cost was 49 cents per minute. Considering that i had to pay for the room you would think that the breakfast would be complimentary, but once again you had to pay for that. I do no see the benefit of staying in this hotel when there are so many sur charges. I ahve stayed in many hotels and have never had to pay for these services.

Neither of the two rooms we were in had air conditioning. It was an over all let down staying at the Wyndham, though it was convenient.

the daytime bar wasn't open the entire stay. the giftshop wasn't open until 6:00 p.m. if I'm paying to stay at a hotel I would like them to provide the services that are offered. It would have been nice to go to the gift shop during the day when I needed a razor and shampoo and a tooth brush, also it would have been nice to go downstairs and get lunch and a cocktail at the lobby bar that was NEVER open. We stayed over Valentines Day weekend you would think that they would accomidate you a little better.

The room was clean and quiet...although a little small. The location was perfect. The only thing that really bothered me was the fact that I had to pay to park at a hotel I was staying at. I understand that it is located next to a large concert venue and would probably get a lot of overflow if they didn't charge, but hotel guests should be exempt from this charge if they're already paying for a room!

This hotel is ok if one is going to be flying into O'Hare and going to a show at the Horizon... but I was there for work. This hotel: is at least a ten dollar cab ride to ANYWHERE, including the Rosemont Blue Line stop. The internet at this hotel: is NOT free. This seems to be a Chicago phenomenon. The room was just ok, the bar and food were decent, the people were friendly... just don't stay here if you are looking for convenient to anything but the Horizon.

Wyndam O'hare was a cheap place to stay. Parking is expensive for nothing. You park in a lot that people can walk into unchecked. The room was a long walk from the parking area and from the pool. If you need a place that is cheap, clean, and at the airport, then ok. Comfort I would not stay again.

My family and I spent a few nights at the Wyndham for my daughter's sixteenth birthday. While we were there we had a few things scheduled. Unfotunately, one of the things wasn't showing at the time. I had gone down to the Reception desk, to get some information. They were very cheerful and helpful in helping me find entertainment for the family. Nice job to the staff.

This hotel is the only one that did not state that you had to pay for parking, it wasn't untill we got there that we discovered the $17 a night parking fee. The room was constantly hot, and I am a person who normally always feels cold. The room was actually so hot that we opened the windows even though it was 30 degrees out to cool the room down. Also the movie rental through the hotel would not work. The hotel offered to move us to another room, but we were already settled and decided to just let it go. Then the next day the TV stopped working alltogether! Also the shuttle that is supposed to run every 15 minutes from the airport did not show up for 40 minutes.

This hotel had mold in 2 rooms. We had to get to the third that didn't have pealing wallpaper. Do not waste your time and stay somewhere else.

The location of the hotel was great, and the lobby and bar/restaurant were just great. However, because the hotel was very full for the night I stayed there, I got stuck with a SMOKING room even though I had requested non-smoking. I noticed immediately when I walked into my room. Also, the room I was in, had broken closet doors,and the toilet was filthy. I think I got stuck in some room that was only used in case of overbooking or something. I have stayed at this hotel before and had been satisfied...there is a 'newer' section of the hotel, and an 'older' section. The first time I stayed in the Newer tower and it was just great.

After attending a concert at Allstate Arena, we tried to check-in, but Wyndham's computer systems were down and we had to stand in line for 15-20 minutes for the front desk staff to try and resolve the problem. No apologies were made for this delay. And to top it off - the room that was requested was a king size non-smoking room. Apparently that means a smoking, double bed room in Wyndham's eyes.

I was just staying for 1 night due to a layover at Ohare. I was surprised to find a very nice exercise room with high quality equipment and a big screen to watch a game on. The hotel is a little old and the elevators in a weird configuration making things hard to find. Other than that I enjoyed my stay.

I was very pleased with the hotel staff and the service that I received, but not with the hotel overall. I was disappointed that there was no free internet anywhere in the hotel, even in the business center you had to pay to use the computer. I was also not happy about having to pay for parking. I hate having to pay an additional fee to park my car! The hotel is a little bit run down in my opinion and wasn't all that impressed.

For the price I would not recommend it as you can tell it is an older hotel and needs some updating. The service was excellent however.

The hotel was undergoing some renovation on roof and the work was creating unbearable noise , dust and smell of roofing work .The hotel should not have been renting the rooms where the work was going on.On top of this I had to shell out additional fee for parking .The parking fee was displayed as 14$ but when I saw my card statement they charged me 16$ . The hotel customer service says 2$ is tax which is very strange .

The service was good. There was a shuttle to the airport and back every 15 minutes. The girls behind the desk were very helpful, and Cute!
