Holiday Inn City Centre - Liverpool

The Holiday Inn Liverpool is ideally situated just across the road from Lime Street Station. There is overnight parking just next door to hotel for a small charge in Johns Shopping Centre. The Room was clean, comfortable and just what we needed for an overnight stay. We loved the breakfast lots of choice and great big windows to sit and watch the world go by!! Highly recommend it.

The hotel is on top of a shopping centre and looks quite ugly from the outside - it was not that obvious where the entrance was - the entrance to the shopping centre looked more grand. But at least you will always find your way back to the hotel if you get lost in liverpool because its also right beneath the big towering radio mast. The rooms are nice though, clean, comfortable, flat screen tv so a good stay overall.

Everything from check in to the staff at the bar to the concierge were wonderfully helpful. I would certainly recommend this as a place to stay when visiting Liverpool!

just stayed a weekend at this hotel. Very good location and reduced parking at the St Johns Centre. Staff very helpful and friendly . Rooms excellent but if you are looking for a good nights sleep forget it. The corridors were extremely busy until the early hours.

My overall stay at the hotel was good. I would recommend it to any one.The hotel is strategically located, with easy access to shopping, the train and coach station.

ideal hotel and right in the centre

The Hotel isconveniently located across the road of Liverpool Lime Street Station. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was lovely, comfortable and clean. The car park wasn't well sign posted to direct you to the hotel which is confusing as the lifts take you through a shopping centre. Our room was situatedabove the shopping centre vents which were a little bit noisy. Overall a good stay.

Hotel was in the middle of all the action, close to bars and shops. The staff were welcoming and friendly and you felt secure knowing that entrance to the hotel was controlled at night. Food in the hotel restaurant was good. The rooms were clean and well equipped, if I had any complaints it would be the comfort of the beds (there was a hard join running horozontally through the middle of the bed where the two sections met) but not so bad that I wouldn't go back. If I go back to Liverpool for an overnight stay I would use this hotel without doubt.

hotel is very central close to all the shops bars and restaurants , no need for taxis the bus station is just around the corner,staff are very friendly and helpful room was cleaned every day ,buffet breakfast is very good lots of hot and cold food,

We chose this hotel because of its central location. The staff were courteous & helpful, & the room was fantastic - clean, comfortable and (very important!) quiet. We usually use cheaper hotels, but it was certainly worth paying a bit more for this one, a much higher standard than expected so money well spent. Would definitely visit again. Holiday Inn Liverpool Lime Street is in a great location in Liverpools city centre. Just a short walk from city centre, night life, shops, bus satation and train station. Very clean hotel. Location is everything. Would recommend perfect place to stay.

Extremely friendly staff and service. Room was clean and comfortable and the parking discount was excellent. Looking forward to returning to this hotel.

Hotel is centrally located in the city centre. Was allowed to check in early before 12 which was great. Staff very friendly and helpful at reception. Room was compact but comfortable. Good selection of food for breakfast

Vi booket to rom, og når vi ankom informerte vi resepsjonen om at de to andre ville sjekke inn på rommet sitt dagen etter i steden for. Vi hadde forhåndsbetalt fra fredag til tirsdag, så dette var ikke noe problem. Bortsett fra da resten av selskapet ankom dagen etter så hadde hotellet gitt rommet deres til noen andre gjester. TIL TROSS FOR AT VI HADDE BETALT OG SAGT I FRA. Hotellet hadde ingen rom igjen, og ville ikke refundere oss de pengene vi hadde betalt. Derfor måtte resten av selskapet reise hjem, og det ødela hele helgen vår. Nå har det gått flere dager siden ankomst, og jeg prøver fortsatt å få kompensasjon av hotellet. Ikke book her!!

Ok hotell med grei beliggenhet til det meste. Stor frokstbuffet. Rommene var helt greie.

Vonde senger, aircondition som ikke virket, da vi på pekte dette lovet de å sende noen opp, vi kledde på oss igjen og ventet og ventet og ventet. Vi ringte ned til resepsjon igjen men forsatt kom det ingen. Jordslag og brune fuger på badet. Manglet minibar på rommet, så man kunne holde kjøling på vann og brus. Ærlig betjening, gav gode råd om hvor vi skulle spise og ikke.

Det er et helt fint hotel, der er gode værelser og god service. Og så kan det ikke ligge mere centralt end det gør. super hotel.
