I stayed one night with my girlfriend after a conference at the Marriot. I thought the room was great and was lucky enough to get a room on the top floor. The view was excellent. Very close to the inner harbor!

"Good value, great service"

Hotel location was convenient to Inner Harbor attractions. Good restaurants, stores and attractions within reasonable walking or short cab ride. Hotel staff very friendly and willing to help make our stay enjoyable. Room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Parking ramp was well lit. We did see evidence of crowd control problems elsewhere in the harbor area the night we stayed, but we felt very safe in the immediate area of the hotel.

Overall the experience there was good. It was all clean and well kept. It was easily within walking distance of everything in the Inner Harbor. There is a very nice theater right around the corner. My only gripe was that they used a parking garage that cost $22 per night to keep your car. I would have thought parking to be free.

"Clean Room"

The room was nice and clean. There wasn't much of a view. I thought it was closer to Inner Harbor but it was a little of a hike for me. The one good thing is that there was usually a taxi available. We enjoyed a wonderful breakfast. My boyfriend like the location because it was between Fells Point and Inner Harbor

"Good hotel for money, but pool is lacking"

The is a good hotel for the money and location is great. Room was clean and comfortable. Nearby by dining in Little Italy is a short walk. My only complaint is that the indoor pool is not heated, therefore not usable during the winter months. The pool water was ice cold!!! Having a heated indoor pool would have been nice for our daughter, who is not allowed in the hot tub!

"Lots of noise"

This was my second stay at the Courtyard Marriott Baltimore. It is an excellent location, within a short walk of the popular Inner Harbor area. I stayed one night to visit friends in the area and to try to relax from the stress of a very demanding new job. The hotel has always been clean and I was pleased to have been given a room on one of the upper floors. However, early in the morning I was awakened by a persistent noise like sneakers tumbling in a clothes dryer. The hotel staff was very courteous, but it took several calls to the front desk before I was offered another room, free breakfast and a late check-out. It was very inconvenient to move to another room to sleep (I was allowed to leave my belonging in the first room) and I did not sleep well because there were lots of children on the new floor. However, I had previously had a positive experience with this hotel, and I felt the hotel manager on duty did his best to accommodate me. I was told the problem was one that could not be corrected over the weekend. Still, the fact that I went to the hotel to relax and could not stays with me.

"Nice and clean"

Hotel may have been recently renovated. Room was very clean, no musty smell. My only complaint's are we had to pay for parking even though the garage was attached to the Hotel. The breakfast buffet was ok but the air conditioning was blowing so hard in the dining area that the food became cold in a matter of minuites.

"Only OK for the price"

Location is everything because the hotel price we paid was more than it was worth. Although we had no complaints about the hotel, we felt the price was a little high for the quality of the hotel.

Everything was great, except the $22 per day for parking. Other than that, the hotel is in a great location. It is located in the middle of almost everything, and alot of the attractions are within a $5 cab ride.

The hotel was close to dining, the room was neat and clean and the bed was great. I fell asleep instantly. Wake up call came on time.

Nice hotel in developing area but, way over priced. I took my wife and my 4 year old grand son on this trip. Courtyard must not like kids. He was not welcome. To not allow him in the hot tub with me is crazy. Next time..... no Marriots for me. To expensive and cold.

The Courtyard Marriott is in a great location to easily get to the many attractions and dining in the Inner Harbor. The bed was as comfortable and nicely appointed as rooms we have stayed in at twice the price.

The hotel itself was nice and very convenient to shopping,and bars,food. The personality of the male clerk I was very dissatisfied with,he was not friendly,a little rude,did not thank me,stared at my giving me a dirty look.

The pool was a surprise. It was indoor and larger than most hotel pools with a jacuzzi. I would have liked queen size beds instead of doubles. The location is excellent.

"Horrible room for the money"

It was like being in a tiny prison cell. I was surprised when the hotel did not have valet service and to park you had to pay $22 a day. The pictures of the hotel online are a lot nicer then what it is and I would have much rather stayed somewhere else for that money. Will not be going back.

The hotel is in an area with a lot of new construction, so there's not a lot of character in the immediate area. Little Italy is not too far away, though, and there's lots of good restaurants there. The Whole Foods around the corner was a life saver at breakfast time. For such an old city, you could find better atmosphere, but it's comfortable if you're on business.

The room itself was nice. The breakfast area and food was unimaginative, and naturally, over-priced. I would recommend the hotel, but suggest to others the Whole Foods store up the street for breakfast.

Enjoyed my stay. Hotel was within walking distance of the inner harbor which was nice after a night out on the town. Definitely will stay there again.
