Nice hotel. Good location, close to train and Metro.Breakfast was good. The area was OK, close to city center.The beds are the BEST!Staff was friendly.

Reasonable location, rooms clean. Breakfast simple but palatable. Hotel on main road so can be slightly noisy although this did not affect our sleep.

We stood in this hotel for 2 days. Hotel location was ok, but the area itself is not very nice, we felt uncomfortable walking around there at night time. Hotel staff was not very helpful nor they were friendly. Room itself was tiny, and if you have more than 2 suitcases it will be very difficult to find room for it. If you weight more than 150 pounds it will be very difficult to move around the bathroom because it just too tiny! I would not stay in this hotel again!

stayed in the hotel for 4days / 3 nites , hotel was nice staff were friendly , its conveniently located , about a ten minute walk from Gare du Nord and its only about another ten minutes to get to most of the main sights including the Grand place would recomend it , the most accurate rating for the hotel would be 3.5 stars

The hotel lobby is clean and modern. The corridors upstairs have had less of an overhaul. My room was clean and modern and had been refitted. there is a free wireless connection and the bathroom is of a decent size. Breafast is served on a mezzanien level and is quite adequate. The leevator was broken when I visited but was repaired the following day. Overall a decent value buisiness hotel located 15 minutes south of gare du Nord and 10 minutes north of the Grand Place

Queen Anne is well located for the shops and sightseeing - the main square is only a short walk away. The reception staff was very helpful and friendly, however, we found our hotel room disappointing, with cracked walls and ceiling and windows letting in too much noise to sleep comfortably. Also, incidently hotel's lift broke down twice during our 20 hour stay and seeing some other quests carry their laguage from one of the higher floors didn't help overall impression.

The Queen Anne is offers a simple level of comfort but it is adequate and was good value for the price. Well situated close to the Rogier metro station and a short walk into the centre of the city it offers a good solution when conducting business on a budget. And a straightforward 5€ charge for the WiFi network provided all I needed to be effective during my stay.

The hotel was within walking distance to the train station and the city centre which was what we were looking for in a hotel. The rooms were a little small and there was no view from our window, but the room was warm and the bed was comfortable, the staff were really nice and helpfull and the breakfast was amazing!! It was a really good bargin of a hotel!

I visited this hotel in Dec 08 for an overnight stay on a business trip. It is a very nice, affordable, centrally located hotel, close to the Grand Place, the North and Central Stations and 2 metro stops. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the people on reception very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was included in the price and was very nice also. The bathroom had everything one would expect, though was a bit small (though not a problem for me as I was on my own). All in all, a very positive experience.

It is a nice clean hotel....close to attractions and very affordable. The beds were average comfort, but overall a great affordable hotel with a delicious breakfast.

The Queen Anne is in a great location, just a short walk from Grand Place and most of the bars and restaurants. Very nice Hotel, staff are friendly, room was clean and warm. Great stay.

I travel to brussels a lot and lived there for some time as well. I like this hotel since the rates for the rating are low, the prices tend not to go up when booking a week or so in advance, simple procedures (ie they recognise you and you dont have to fill in passport information every time), includes a simple but reasonable breakfast, easy to get to my metro, good for the central bars restaruants and includes free wifi (although this might be changing). lower floors arnt quite so good becuase of traffic unles you are at the back

Great location 10 minutes walk from the grand-place, well connected by metro and tram. The hotel and the rooms are basic, a bit small but clean and confortable. Buffet breakfast is included, no intrusive staff and you can sleep in the morning without being disturbed by staff

I stayed for three nights in the Queen Anne Hotel. Not everything about my stay was perfect, but if I return to Brussels, I would consider staying there again. I stayed in two different rooms while I was there. The reason for the switch was that there was a leak in the ceiling near the window in my first room. Nothing too bad--just an occasional drip--but the staff moved me to a different room after I mentioned it. The shower in the first room was hard to control (both in terms of flow and temperature), but the shower in the second room was fine. In all other respects, the two rooms were basically the same. Aside from the leak and the difficult shower in one room, I had no complaints. The staff were friendly and helpful. The selection at breakfast was on par with what you find at most hotels of this size. I had no problems with noise from other rooms or from the street. Although many of the other guests were young, they did not seem to be the type to party all night. The hotel is located roughly ten minutes from Brussels Nord Station in one direction and ten minutes from Grand Place in the other. If I return to Brussels as a tourist, I might look for a hotel a little closer to the main attractions. But if I can't find one at a reasonable price, I'd be happy to return to the Queen Anne.

We were put into an appartment, attached to the hotel, when we arrived which was great as it meant much more privacy and relaxation. It was spotlessly clean, and in a great location, 10 minutes walk from loads of restaurants and the Grand Place. We'll use it again as it is great value for money.

Was only staying one night, arrived late and left early. Was quite cheap, so wasn't expecting much. White paint through-out the hotel was grubby. Hair in the key ring of my room key - not a big deal but they could easily have removed it. Otherwise what you would expect from a cheap Brussels hotel.

So the hotel itself is very very bare bones. The rooms are a little reminiscent of a mental institution, completely white walls and florescent lights. But they are clean. Bathroom is very nice. The doors do NOT have a secondary dead bolt or a chain lock. If that concerns you, this is not the place for you. The location is just 2-3 blocks from the Grande Place and the location really couldn't be much better. If you're looking for a great location at a very low price, this hotel works. If you want any amenities, then you should look elsewhere.

If your traveling on a budget this hotel is fabulouse. Definitly no frills in the rooms (undecorated white walls) but everything was extremely clean, confortable beds and puffy comforters, and the bathroom was large, newly refurbished, and had a very large, very comfortable bath tub (which was nice at the end of the day!). Breakfast was great (real eggs! not powdered egg chunks!), and the free wireless internet was a nice perk. The location was in walking distance of the European Union building and the touristy squares. And also about a 10 min walk to two different metro stations.

This is a bare bones hotel. It looks more like a hospital room - very white (though the walls are dingy white), one plastic chair, 2 beds, desk, tv,nightstand. The sparseness didn't bother me. It was the noise level. The hotel is on a main road and the traffic was incessant. Request for a room that doesn't overlook the main street.However, the breakfast is great! They offer rolls, cheese, meat, scrambled eggs, yogurt,cereal, juice and coffee. Bathroom was very clean.

Très mal insonorisé , on a eu le droit aux sirenes de police , au cris toute la nuit ! Une seule chaine sur la TV BBC pas mal pour des Francais qui compennent pas l'anglais ! Petit déjeuner copieux pour des Anglais , mais pas appétissant pour des Francais . Chambre minuscule ! Nous sommes rentrés vers 20h un hotelier que nous n'avions pas encor vu nous a donné la clé de notre chambre sans verifié notre identité !

Hotel très calme (coté petite rue), mais seul problème : les fenêtres ne fermaient pas et on était au 1er étage... petit déjeuner tout à fait correct, chambre confortable.

Som forventet. Små men funksjonelle rom. Ingen håndsåpe på rommet. Hyggelige ansatte. Litt begrenset valg til frokost. God beliggenhet, gangavstand til de viktigste severdigheter.

L'hôtel ne dispose pas de parking propre, il n'ya que le parking dans la rue payant limité à 3h (sauf pdt la nuit), ou un souterrain à 200m pour 13€ la nuit. Le confort et la propreté sont au rdv. Les prestations sont satisfaisantes pour le prix. Le Pdj est inclus et est tout à fait satisfaisant.

hôtel bien situé, facile d'accès. Nous avons eu un bon accueil. Le petit déjeuner était bon et copieux. Le personnel sympathique et serviable.

bon rapport qualité prix, même si l'insonorisation n'est pas parfaite, l'hôtel a été très calme entre 22h/7h. compte tenu de l'emplacement, à 10 mn de la Grand Place, c'est un très bon rapport qualité prix par rapport à d'autres hôtels.

Propre, bien désservi, petit déjeuner copieux. Le seul reproche est le bruit et la chaleur dans les chambres.

hormis la puissance du chauffage , mais mieux vaut trop que pas assez , on peut recommander l'hôtel Queen Anne ,pour la qualité du service , un confort des plus correct , qui plus est proche du centre ville .

Pas mal mais pas exceptionnel, la chambre est agréable, propre, lumineuse, mais d'aspect trop "froid", il aurait été bien de mettre quelques couvertures supplémentaires et du papier hygienique en suplément, par exemple. Le petit déjeuner est aussi quelque peu decevant mais pour le prix inclus dans celui de la chambre c'est correct. Enfin, l'accueil est tres bon et l'ambiance agréable... Je pourrais y retourner. Car la localisation aussi est bonne!!! Bref, Petit hôtel sympathique.

Das Hotel ist nicht mehr ganz neu, aber in einem insgesamt der Kategorie entsprechenden Zustand. Die Zimmer sind nicht übermäßig groß, aber für Einzelreisende in Ordnung und auch angemessen eingerichtet. Das Bett war ausgesprochen bequem. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Das Hotel liegt in zentraler Lage, die Zimmer zum Innenhof sind aber sehr ruhig (es ist möglich mit geöffnetem Fenster zu schlafen). Das Frühstück ware für die Hotel-Kategorie ausgesprochen gut. Der Internetzugang über WLAN war auch ohne Mängel. Das Servicepersonal war immer freundlich. Anzusprechen sind folgende Punkte: - Der Aufzug ist älteren Datums und ohne innere Schutztür. In Deutschland ist das sicher nicht mehr erlaubt, aber es vermittelt die hinsichtlich technischer Geräte etwas lockerere belgische Lebensart. Die Tatsache, dass der Aufzug wegen eines technischen Defekts zwei Tage außer Betrieb war, wurde vom Servicepersonal sehr gut abgefangen. - Deutsche Fernsehprogramme waren nicht verfügbar, aber dafür reichlich Englisch- und Französisch-sprachige Sender. Aus meiner Sicht führen diese Punkte nicht zur Abwertung, aber ein anderer Gast kann das sicher anders sehen.

l'hôtel est tres propre, le personnel attentionné, mais il règne une chaleur insupportable dans les chambres, même le chauffage coupé c'est intenable, ce n'est pas la peine d'essayer d'ouvrir les fenêtres vu le bruit de la circulation qui dure toute la nuit

Good value hotell in the central of Brussels. Small rooms but OK if you just need a plase to sleep. Breakfust buffé is OK.

Helt ok som övernattningsrum för vidare resa. Centralt, nära tågförbindelse till flyget, litet rum men rent och billigt.

Nice hotel with friendly staff, modern design, and ok breakfast. No luxury, and small rooms and bath rooms, but excellent hot shower with lots of water, hot towels, and clean room. Cheap internet 5E per stay, - for free in the reception.

Sentralt hotell med ok service og frokost. Utrolig små rom, men spiller liten rolle når en kun sover der.

Ett litet, enkelt, helt OK hotell nära Brouckere & Grand Place. Mitt lilla rum, vån 5 med en liten terrass var väl värt det låga priset.

Het was koud in de kamer en de dekens zijn dun, maar het vriendelijke personeel doet hun best om er wat van te maken... In de kamers aan de straatkant is het geluid van het verkeer erg vervelend. Wanneer je vraagt om een kamer aan de achterzijde van eht gebouw en een extra deken is het een prima hotel voor de prijs en het ontbijt is pirma verzorgd...

Sehr gute Lage, Zimmer geräumig und gepflegt. Wegen der fehlenden Parkmöglichkeiten für Anreise mit dem PKW nur eingeschränkt zu empfehlen.
