Room and location great, but traffic noise loud if you are at the front. Room was also a bit too warm, no sign of the air conditioning mentioned in the facilities. Also the small fitness room had no equipment!

I had a fantastic time. The kitchen is so useful and the reception area is quite nice with coffee and tea available at any time. It's close to main sightings but in a quiet area. Breakfast was very good.

This was my worst booking mistake EVER and i've stayed in Brussels a lot of times.....my "Studio" apartment was a box room with a couch that folded down into a bed! To be fair reception was very helpful and they did find me another room with a fixed bed but the place was so awful i checked out straight away. It was a costly visit as i eneded up paying for two hotels, this one and the one i actually stayed in but i'd rather have paid than had two days in the citadines apart hotel. I couldn't eve recomend this place to people on a low budget as i've had very nice rooms for the same amount. I don't know who this place would suit to be honest but don't be fooled that this is what you get for your money in Belgium becasue it certainly isn't.

The studio room was globally correct, clean, silence and comfort correct for the price. The Internet access, free as stated, is extremely poor and barely usable for business purposes.

we stumbled upon the hotel by luck rather than judgement when we arrived in brussels.the staff were helpful.room (studio)very well equiped and clean.Did not get option of breakfast when we booked

The size of the apartment and the cleanliness of it was fantastic!! It was great for all 4 of us to share. Unfortunately, the staff let it down. They gave us false information that ended up costing us more money and seemed so disinterested in helping us and were quite frankly rude. A great base for the trip, but don't expect much from the staff!!

Sparesly furnished, with uncomfortable pillow.That said, it had a wonderful shower bath and good storage.Not the height of luxury but very good value for what it is. I would return to this hotel again.

Bra rum med litet kök, fräscht och tyst

une adresse bien située. Un établissement bien tenu. Un inconvénient: les livraisons bruyantes matinales au supermarché, tout au moins pour les chambres situées sur la rue concernée.

spacious appartments, well equipped, friendly personnel, close to metro + tram @ Louise station, close to city centre + fancy Louise neighbourhood. bit noisy though.

Bra läge i Louise. Endast bäddsoffa som säng, mycket obekväm. Varmt rum, gick ej öppna fönster på grund av traffikbuller.

Après avoir choisi cet hôtel pour sa proximité avec l'hôpital où nous devions nous rendre tôt le lendemain matin, nous l'avons apprécié bien que la formule "appart hôtel" ne s'imposait pas pour notre séjour d'une seule nuit.

Chambre appartement (chambre + séjour avec canapé lit 2 places) très spacieuse, très bien équipé. Un peu bruyante. Idéal pour une famille de 2 adultes + 2 enfants Qualité de la literie à améliorer. Accueil agréable Hôtel bien placé, proche d'une station de trame, restaurants à proximité.

Hotel mit eigener Tiefgarage. In 15 Minuten Zufuß ist man mitten im Einkaufszentrum. Grand Place, Casino, etc. In 3 Minuten Zufuß am Justice Palais. Zimmer mit Miniküche, Kühlschrank. Direkt um die Ecke großer Supermarkt. Immer wieder sehr gerne.

Le service hôtelier hebdomadaire est insuffisant pour les tarifs pratiqués. Le canapé-lit n'est pas très confortable. Mais je suppose que la forrmule plaît aux famille avec enfants en bas âge. l'hôtel est calme et bien situé.

Très pratique et moins cher qu'une nuit à l'Hotêl de même standing

Hôtel très bien situé: on peut se déplacer à pieds. L'appartement pour 4 est très spacieux. Kitchenette très pratique: cela évite de manger toujours à l'extérieur.

la formule apart'hotel est très pratique et économique pour visiter la ville avec de jeunes enfants qui n'apprécient pas toujours les restos à répétition sur plusieurs jours. Le site est très proche des quartiers touristiques, tout peut être fait à pied

Rien à redire... Pas trop chère, chambre spacieuse et propre, petite kitchenette... Idéal pour un séjour à plusieurs à Bruxelles. Et seulement quelques euros de plus qu'une auberge de jeunesse.

hotel de bon confort

Très bonne situation près du métro mais bruyant car sur la voie principale de Bruxelles (pompiers, police). Décoration un peu "fatiguée",le confort du lit d'appoint "clic clac est très moyen.Les services sont bons et commerces à proximité.

chambre très très propre, agréable, avantage de bénéficier d'une cuisine, télé, wifi, fer à repasser, petit déjeuner très varié (on peut prendre un petit déjeuner et ne plus avoir faim tout en respectant son régime), personnel très gentil en plus d'être poli dommage : l'absence de mini-bar, pas de gobelets à dents dans la salle de bains.
