Westcord Art Hotel Amsterdam 4* - Ámsterdam

Very nice especially for the price. Location isn't great - about a 20 minute walk into the centre through a less nice bit of town. But overall very comfortable - room very spacious. Breakfast is very expensive at the hotel (17 euros when we were there). There's a bagel shop round the corner that does a nice simple breakfast for about 6 euros though.

This hotel is out from the main city area however the bus stop is nearby. Teh breakfast is not worth 17 Euros

pleasantly suprised at the quality of the hotel tulip art.The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was comfortable and spacious.Although a little out of the main area a 3 day tram/bus pass at 15 euros made traveling in and out of the city centre cheap and easy.

The design of the room was really gorgeous and tastfully done. Nice colour scheme etc... Seperate shower, bath and toilet. Only downside is the twin rather than double mattresses so not so good for couples. The bar is nice but both bar and restaurant very pricey. In terms of location, 10 mins on the bus to town. 40 min walk... Think it's set in the business part of Amsterdam. Overall fab hotel would stay there again.

Beautiful hotel!!! I made a reservation for a double bed thinking I would get two beds and I got one king sized bed. It was fine but for two guys it was a bit awkward. There is no smoking in this hotel but I think that's the case for most hotels in Amsterdam. The room was beautifully designed. What surprised me most was the bathroom where you showered which was all see through glass. It was very cool looking but again a little uncomfortable seeing your buddy in the buff. The room would of made a great little romantic suite. I would definitely stay here again. The food served in the hotel was magnificent. The hotel is only a bus ride away from the center of the city. I recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a comfortable stay in a beautiful hotel.

I had an extra-large room, and it certainly was that. This hotel offers perhaps the most room for the buck of any hotel I've stayed at in Amsterdam (about 15). The availability of smoking rooms is a plus for me. My only complaint is with the overly-soft mattresses. I think they should be much firmer. Good restaurant food, speedy room service. Renting a scooter at the desk is a great way to get around.

An excellent location to stay at whilst in Amsterdam. The cleanliness and standards of the room and hotel were superb. Not too far from the city centre but far enough away from noise and busy traffic. I will definetly stay at this hotel when visitin Amsterdam in the future.

Hi, this Golden Tulip Hotel is very good indeed. We decided to stay here as the price was pretty reasonable. You can go to the centre of Amsterdam from here by taxi from around 14/15 Euros or by bus, which is right in front of the hotel and takes on ly 10 minutes or so to get there. Its a modern and very clean place. Staff are very helpfull and friendly (as are everyone we met in Holland!). From Schipol airport i would advise to take the train to Central Station and then a taxi for this first trip to the holtel. After that you can decide what means you want to travel back and forth to town by. Enjoy

Lovely hotel. The rooms were very modern and immaculately clean. Good service. Was further away from the city centre than we realised but the public transport was excellent, regular and the number 48 bus stops right outside the hotel at stop hempoint. Would recommend to anyone and would stay there again on a return trip to Amsterdam.

Excellent hotel for business or seasoned traveler. Location is not convenient for first-time tourists.

The Amsterdam Art is located close enough to the city center via bus that it wasn't a burden. The rooms are clean and bright, and everything was well-maintained. Staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, like most everywhere in Holland breakfast is not included and is an outrageous Eur 15 / person.

Dette hotellet er egentlig den finere delen av Tulip Inn Amsterdam Art (eget side bygg med felles resepsjon). Noe som gjør at det kan være litt vanskeligere å finne, siden alt er merket med Tulip Inn. Stue pikene hadde en tendens til å fungere som vekke klokke, 2 av dagene ble vi vekket av "room service" før klokken 10. Servicen i hotellets serverings steder var ikke blandt den beste vi har opplevd. Det var til tider ekstremt lang ventetid på å få kontakt og bli servert bestilte varer.

Super Hotel in Amsterdam, mit 2 Buslinien in 10 Min vom Hauptbahnhof zu erreichen. Personal sehr freundlich, Zimmer aussergewoehnlich groß und sehr komfortabel. Das Hotel hat uns allen sehr gut gefallen, absolute Weiterempfehlung!

Le point fort de l'hotel, ce sont ses chambres. Lit super confortable. Salle de bain design et assez grande. Equipé avec wi-fi et tv avec service de film à la demande. Tout pour être à l'aise. L'accueil par le personnel est très sympa. L'hotel est plutot bien placé car un bus (qui passe toutes les 15 mn) vous pose en 10 mn en plein coeur d'Amsterdam (à la gare centrale). Le seul inconvénient est le parking un peu onéreux (22,5 euros par nuit). En effet, laisser la voiture dehors coute plus cher et cela s'avère la seule solution possible. il faut donc bien l'inclure au prix. Tout le reste était parfait et j'y retournerai avec plaisir.

Sehr netter Empfang, ordentliche Zimmer im Neubau, sauber, etwas nüchtern in der Ausstattung, aber alles da, auch ein Wasserkocher (sehr angenehm), Klimaanlage statt Fenster etwas unangenehm, WLAN funktioniert gut, Frühstück zu teuer für die mittlere Qualität (17.- €)

Fint hotell og hotellrom. Det ligger litt utenfor sentrum. Går buss rett utenfor hotellet til og fra sentralstasjonen (buss 48) står ikke om det i beskrivelsen for hvordan går til hotellet. Står at er svømmebasseng der, dette er bare på sommeren. Treningsrom er heller ikke på hotellet, men et stykke unna.

Flott 4 stjerners hotell med service innstilte og hyggelige personal.

Amazing rooms, friendly staff - the only thing is that it's located a bit outside but with busses running every 15 min directly outside the hotel you're at centraal station in less than 10 min. Really recommendable

Wir waren soweit zufrieden. Innenstadt ist gut erreichbar, Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür ! Das Zimmer war grosszügig nur die Betten waren nicht so komfortabel.

Avec beaucoup de chance, nous avons eu droit à la suite, donc une tres belle chambre avec une salle de bain magnifique. Cela grand a une mauvaise comprehension à notre arrivé. Et pas d'extra à notre sortie. Surement du à la péroide creuse qu'est le mois de décembre.

Beliggenheten i forhold til sentrum var helt akseptabel, tok enten buss (ca 3 euro) eller taxi (ca 15 euro), men alt var veldig dyrt på selve hotellet. F.eks frokost som ikke var inkludert i romprisen kostet 15 euro pr pers, og det er altfor dyrt da maten ikke stod i forhold til prisen.

Dersom en ikke er avhengig av å bo midt i senterum: anbefales

Chambres et services sont excellents; le lit était moyen, mais dans l'ensemble je n'hésiterais pas à recommander cet hôtel.

J'ai beaucoup aimé l'hôtel cependant dans ma chambre je ne pouvais pas ouvrir la fenêtre sachant qu'en plus c'était une chambre fumeurs. Grâce a des grilles le changement d'air était fait mais c'est très bizarre de ne pas pouvoir ouvrir la fenêtre. Du coup il y avait de la poussière. Voila sinon il y a 2 piscines, la déco est super jolie et le personnel très sympathique!

très bel hôtel, personnel très acceuillant et attentif, chambre très spacieuse et très belle décoration. Par contre pour ceux qui aime les matelas durs à éviter car lit très mous.

Leider wussten wir am Anfang nicht, dass direkt vor dem Hotel ein Bus ins Zentrum zum Bahnhof gefahren wäre, aber nach dem zweiten Tag hatten wir das auch begriffen. Mit dem Bus ist es um einiges günstiger als mit dem Taxi

Non è in centro (dista 4 fermate di bus) ma la fermata è prprio davanti. Pulito, la parte a 5 stelle è nuova! Lo consiglio

Fint hotel med gåafstand ind til centrum. Perfekt at hotellet tilbyder at man kan komme gratis i den offentlige pool, som ligger som nabo til hotellet. Hvis jeg skal til Amsterdam igen, ville jeg ikke tøve med at vælge dette hotel.
