This is a lovely 5* hotel, with good service, enormous beds, all the fixtures & fittings you'd expect. We got a great deal because we stayed in the middle of August, when Lisbon is pretty sleepy. I don't think I'd stay here again, simply because to get into the Latin Quarter or downtown it's about 15-20 minutes on the bus or a cab.

Great views of Lisbon from the upper floors. But the hotel is not located in a particularly intereisting or historic part of town.

We stayed in a tower room, but b/c we were on the "back side," our view wasn't great. Request a room facing the main street or the side facing down the hill if you can. The VIP lounge offered "free drinks" that included water, soda and coffee only. The room was GORGEOUS and the bathroom was all marble, white and green, even painted tiles in the shower. Very quiet. Staff very polite and helpful with finding buses, trains, sites, etc. The mall across the street was decent, but nothing special. Only big negative was our "king" bed was two fulls put together and made up separately, so we had to unmake them to sleep in the "same" bed.

This hotel was value for money and the staff there were fantastic very friendly and welcoming. The service of the hotel was excellent i would recomend anyone visting lisbon to try this hotel. As i know i will be on my next visit.

great hotel, ok location, but we chose it for the pool, and then found out it was ?15 per person, per day, to use it .... when we arrived they asked if we'd like them to take car of the car ... and then charged us ?17 per day when we left (again, no mention of this beforehand)

A very clean and smart hotel with a wonderful entrance and reception area. The room itself is great - very roomy and to a very high standard.

Good value for the money

We were very happy with the Dom Pedro. The lobby and bar/restaurant were modern and immaculate, although smoking is allowed throughout both (which seemed the norm in Portugal). Staff was very friendly and helpful, and all spoke English. Had a Standard Room for the first 3 nights, which was modern and clean although the bed was a little hard. Came back for our final night and got a Tower Room, just as clean and modern, but the bed was much more comfortable and you get a fantastic view of Lisbon. The hotel offers a breakfast buffet which has pretty much everything you are looking for and more, but is not included in the price and is a little pricey. Hotel is a 10 minute walk to the closest Metro stop, although the walk back is up a very steep and long hill as it is located on the highest hill in Lisbon. Would definitely stay there again, only complaints being the smoking and breakfast not being included in the price.

Hotellet var fint, men det er placeret i en betonørken af kontorbygninger, som er sorte og tomme om aftenen, et område uden atmosfære, og tilmed langt fra Lissabons gode restauranter.

Keurig hotel, internet op de kamer is duur en zwembad kost 15,- p.d. verder echt prima!

Le look de la chambre est vieillot, mais la chambre est spacieuse et agréable. Il était inscrit en chambre que la connexion Internet était payante, mais au check-out, on m'a dit que c'était OK. Service voiturier efficace pour avoir un taxi en 1 min. Petit-déjeuner en buffet excellent et digne des hôtels de la catégorie.

It’s a superb view from the Tower room but it is a bit far away from restaurants and bars. Too long for a walk home after dinner (the location showed on the map was wrong). It’s a business hotel so the restaurant at the hotel has dress code. And the discount we got was actually the hotel room without breakfast, the price for breakfast was equal the discount so it ended up a rather expensive room.

Luftkonditioneringen funkade inte bra. På solsidan av hotel var det varmt. Gammal inredning men stilfullt. Servicen var bra och de var trevliga. Hotellet ligger bra till. Generellt var det ok men tyvärr var rummet så varmt att det får underbetyg.

helpful staff, comfortable rooms. Tower rooms are best with nice views of the city. I got a massage that was just wonderful, nice relax and workout area. good location close to shopping center and buses.

Das Hotel liegt nicht direkt im Zentrum aber dennoch verkehrsgünstig. Die nächste Metrostation ist ca 10-15 Minuten entfernt. Die Turmzimmer sind sehr geräumig, schön eingerichtet und im 19.OG werden Erfrischungen in der VIP Lounge gereicht. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist allerdings mit EUR 19 pP ein bisschen hoch angesetzt!

Ottimo comfort, camere e bagni spaziosi e puliti. Personale gentile e disponibile.
