They have sucha a small "breafast area" that you can not even get in to get a coffee in the morning.

This place was surprisingingly clean and everything was very recently updated. Much better than I would've expected. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Older motel, but very clean. Friendly staff. Will definiely be back when we're in the area.

My stay was comfortable and the management was very nice. I would say there if ever in the Syracuse area again. The down was they did not have a pool.

we were just passing through the area and needed a cheap but comfortable place to stay for the night. This hotel suited us nicely. It was a short drive to downtown Syracuse for dinner and drinks. Breakfast was a little disappointing but if you're ok with just the basics it's fine. We drove around the corner for an excellent full-on breakfast at garden view diner.

This was my first time staying at such an affordable hotel. So bearing my previous experience in mind, I was surprised that: the toilet wasn't cleaned, there were cobwebs everywhere - especially the bathroom, there was sticky gunk on one of the chairs and the vanity wasn't spotless, but looked clean enough. It also seems that the cleaning people throw some sort of used liquid cleaning product in whatever parking spots are empty outside of whatever room they're cleaning. One of them did this in the spot right next to my car while I was packing my car. It was quite pungent. The staff was really friendly. The locals seemed really nice. Besides the cobwebs, the bath and shower were great. Better than some of the 3 stars I've stayed at (no rust, new adjustable shower head, plenty of hot water and good water pressure).

This is an older hotel, but it is taken care of and maintained. The room is clean.

This hotel was really a good value. Our room was clean and maintained well. At this price point, most hotels wouldn't offer a breakfast, internet, fridge and mircowave in the room.

I stayed in this Knight's Inn when it was New 5 to 6 years ago and it's still as good and well kept as it was back then. I was 15min away from where I worked and it's off the thruway (I-90) and not too far from I-81 either.

For the money, the room was better than expected. The beds were comfortable, the room was clean, and the AC and TV worked. The freebie breakfast was limited, but not bad considering it's included in the room rate. For my first stay at a knights Inn, I'd do it again and recommend it to others.....

I read reviews about this hotel and it was up to it's reviews and beyond my expectations. And, they offer complimentary breakfast.

The Knights Inn Liverpool NY is a nice hotel. Do not rely on the directions on mapquest to help you get to the hotel as they are not clear at all. Also the sign for the hotel on the grounds is hidden by a tree when it is in bloom. For the amount of money we paid it was a good hotel. There are not restaurants in the area for breakfast but the hotel does have a continental breakfast. I would recommend this hotel to someone looking for a place to stay without all of the frivolous ameneties.

Clean and comfy. Would overnight there again as we pass through Syracuse.

Especially if you don't mind the 'Motel' style from back int he day...I really needed to stay somewhere really, really cheap - and this fit the bill. It was clean and quiet and I felt safe - however, it is a motel that made me flashback to the 70's. The staff was kind and efficient. Oh yeah, bring an ethernet cable, because the free internet needs to be plugged in to.

I chose this hotel because of the reviews that were written for it. I was looking for a "stop-over" hotel in the Syracuse area for a night of sleep while on our way from Massachusetts to Niagara Falls. This was perfect for us! Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. It's located right off the highway across the street from a 24 hour pharmacy and a gas station providing convenience for any of those "missing" items that were forgotten at home. Can't go wrong for the price!

We were in the area to check out Syracuse University and were hoping that, if our daughter decided to go there, we would have found an affordable place to stay when we visited her in the future. This is it. Easy to get to from the highway, helpful staff, fairly quiet (a gas station next door and the highway not far away could probably be noisy for light sleepers but I always keep the fan on in the room when traveling to mask noise so it wasn't a problem).

We were very satisified with the size and cleanliness of our room. Very easy to locate, it was our first time in town. Breakfast room very clean.

You'd be hard pressed to find a better motel for the price. Clean rooms, quiet, a stone's throw from the NYS Thruway entrance.

My husband and I showed up at 4 am after driving 7 hours. A friendly staff member was there to greet us and settle us in. We asked what time we would be charged for another room if we weren't out by check-out time. We really just wanted to sleep. They said it would be easiest for them if we were out by 2, which was fine with us. We got a king sized bed in a room that actually had space left over after the huge bed. In fact it came with a pull-out couch as well! There was plenty of room to set up our son's pack-and-play and still have room to walk around. The bed was clean and comfortable, everything was very fresh- and new-looking. When we left at noon, there was a different staff member, who had been notified of our situation and also instructed the cleaning staff not to bother us. I cannot tell you how great that was. We have stayed in hotels before that tell you its fine if you sleep in, and then their cleaning staff comes banging on the door right at check-out and demand that you vacate the room so they can clean. I asked the very nice employee what I ahd to sign and she said she had taken care of it all at the proper check-out time so we would have to deal with it and would be able to sleep in. I would not hesitate to stay there again. In fact, my husband asked if we could stay another night, even though his family was putting us up right down the street. If I ever need a hotel in the area again, I would stay here. I wouldn't even check anywhere else!

We were pleasantly surprised by this motel. Staff was very accomodating, it was a great buy, and overall I would recommend it to anyone.

We enjoyed our stay. Room was clean and beds were very comfortable! We appreciated the amenities - wireless connection, cable TV, microwave and refridgerator and continental breakfast! Price was reasonable too! We got a reduced rate through Hotels.com, so don't know what the regular prices were. We appreciate Hotels.com discount! We would recommend this hotel to others. We traveled over 12 hours and were very pleased with the comfort and relaxing atmosphere of this hotel.

Great convenience, very comfortable for price. Continental breakfast a plus. Would stay here again.

Hotel was great, clean room, friendly accommodating service, no wireless internet at all, and the data port in the room was only a local connection with two other computers, this made for a depressing and unhelpful stay.

The shower was exceptionally wonderful. Very neat and nice.

Suited our needs for a hockey tournement. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Rooms were comfortable with great microwaves and refrigerators

This hotel offered many extras that are normally provided at hotels at twice the price.

We traveled to Syracuse from NC to visit family with our toddler daughter and dog. The trip took place during the NYS Fair so we were quite surprised to actually find a reasonable hotel so close. The hotel itself could use some work (door with frame out of wack, leaked daylight, rusty ceiling tile frames, old vanity mirror, noisy AC) but it was absolutely perfect for our needs. We stayed a total of four nights and would/will definitely stay again. Hotel staff was more than accomodating and always wore a smile!

Very clean rooms. Much larger than red roof or motel six. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
