Next to Maestre station. Easy access to main Venice by bus or train; Recently built extended block is excellent with spacious room and facilities. Front office Mrs Barbara has been very kind and knowledgeable. We will surely be going back to Venice and stay here.

We were touring Europe for 30 days and were finding places to stay as we toured each country. While in Rome, we found this hotel online while looking for a reservation when returning from Greece. We loved it! The staff was friendly, the rooms were very nice and comfortable, and the restaurant was great! I would definitely stay here again!

Comentado por G, dePoole, el sep 7, 2009
The hotel could not have been easier to find - we had cheap Ryanair flights into Venice Treviso and caught their bus service to Venice, which stops at Mestre and cost ten euros return. It took approx forty five minutes and stopped outside the railway station - the hotel is just over the road. We were a little concerned as the hotel is at a junction of two major roads and requested a quiet room, which thankfully they were able to provide. The rooms are very modern and comfortable. However, there was no milk on the tea tray, but we asked for some at the bar and were given a jug of fresh milk which we were able to put in the minibar/fridge. Also there were no drinking glasses with the minibar - just glass mugs, so we had to use these when we had a drink. Apart from that, everything was first class - breakfast was superb with plentiful fresh fruit, lovely granola cereal and bacon and eggs as well as the usual Continental selection of cheeses and cold meat. Cakes were to die for - looked to be homemade, and croissants were also very good. All in all it was so good that we did not need anything else to eat until the evening!

Excellent value for money 4 star hotel with good breakfast and professional friendly staff. Situated straight across the road from mestre train station. The hotel supplies train tickets at a cost of 1 euro each to Venice which can be reached within 10 minutes. Great value, clean, safe, comfortable.

This hotel was very nice. The price was good and it was very true to its advertisement. The hotel was very new and clean. The staff was helpful and understood English very well. The breakfast was great and had lots of variety. The complimentary internet in the lobby was a plus. The location of the hotel was quite convenient. It's right behind a train station, so getting to Venice was simple and only 1 Euro! Highly recommend.

We were so surprised by this hotel that I decided to post a review (my first in at least 12 months). This hotel is geared towards US travelers. The rooms are considerably larger then all but the most expensive hotels in Europe, all the staff speak English fluently and are cheerful and courteous to even the most impolite guests. I'd highly recommend this hotel.

Can't beat the location, right across the street from the train station and 10 minutes from Venice. Nice &clean, minimal-chic decor. iPod connection to the room's speaker system was welcome touch. Breakfast was great. Only complaint was the inexplicable condition of the carpeting on the first floor - stained and dirty, perhaps there was a recent incident with plumbing? Did not affect the quality of my stay, however. Definitely worth it.

Best possible location outside of spending way too much money to stay in Venice. This hotel is literally across the street from the metro to get into Venice (and no having to drag your bags through the streets of Venice). Trains run every 10 or so minutes and only cost a Euro...you're there in 10-15 minutes. Helpful staff. Typical hard beds.

I figured that with the great reviews of this hotel, I wouldn't be disappointed. I'm happy to say that this hotel really does live up to the things people have said about it. First off, it was recently updated throughout and as you walk through the lobby, bar, hallways, and room, you will feel like you paid much more than you did. Everything simply feels new. With the hotel's location just across the street from the train station where trains will take you to Venice and back for just 2 euros, I felt good about not having paid at least twice as much to stay in Venice itself since I got there from this hotel in just 15 minutes. To top it off, the hotel has a great breakfast. I would highly recommend this hotel.

A first class hotel in Mestre (only 15 minutes from the Grand Canal of Venice, with 3-4 trains hourly between hotel plaza location and Grand Canal station). Also most convenient to reach from Venice airport by frequent public bus. Never need a taxi, unless you want to go directly to your cruise ship at Venice pier (recommended, when carrying luggage). Rates for Sunday thru Thursday are really a relative bargain. Weekend rates on Friday and Sat. nites quite a bit higher, but still much better than equivalent hotels in Venice itself..

Hotel was perfect - Great Location, Bus from Treviso Airport to Mestre Railway Station (less than 100 yards away from hotel), which in turn is just a 10min train ride into Venice (2 Euros return). Hotel was very nice, with great, helpful service & decent size room - would def recommend staying here than a small cramped hotel in Venice. Cant go wrong.

The hotel is good. Right next to Mestre train station which is just outside Venice. It is only 10 minutes by train. It was worth staying in a nice hotel and traveling 10 minutes then staying in center and paying more for less. Breakfast was good, it was a full breakfast, eggs, bacon etc. My only pet peeve was, even though the hotel is non smoking all the smoke from the train station comes in your room. I am a smoker but the smoke was at time overwhelming. Though, I would still stay here and recommend it to others.

This hotel is very modern and very comfortable. The Restaurant is great for meals and they serve the best breakfast I've ever had! It is an excellent hotel for the money.

The quality of the 'avant' room we were allocated can best be described as rather 'tired', which was a shame given the features (plasma tv, modern bathroom etc.). Paintwork in the bathroom was dreadful, taps were badly tarnished etc. The 'superb' buffet breakfast was adequate and certainly not up to the standard of the 3 star hotel we had come from in Sirmione. Location is excellent next to the station and trains run every 5 minutes into Venice. Having seen the people in Venice dragging their cases around the streets to their hotel I think Mestre is a much better choice.

Room was very nice, clean, comfortable, with cable(with english channels) which is rear treat in italy, free internet access, nice breakfast in the morning and friendly staff, the only bad thing with this hotel is that there was no a/c in the room, which I was told that most of the hotels dont have. This is a very convenient and comfortable hotel. It is right across the street from the main train station to Venice and they sell tickets for it at the hotel's front desk. The beds were very firm, but aside from that it was a wonderful stay. They also have a very full complimentary breakfast, not the 5 crossaints and juice that some hotels have. Simply the best hotel for the price that we have stayed at anywhere in Europe. The staff was very helpful. Free unlimited internet, very good morning breakfast buffet, excellent room with a huge bath, and free cappuccinos, coffee, and tea until the bar closes around midnight. The access to the train station is perfect. Rather than take the train back and forth to the islands of Venice, we used the bus which is included in your daily waterbus pass for Venice. Worked just fine.

Good value for your money and close to train station to Venice. All you have to pay is one Euro each way and you are there instead of spending hundreds and hundreds of dollars by staying in Venice. Breakfast is included, but if you happen to order an American coffee, be sure to say "With milk" because if you forget to say the milk word part of it, you will get an attitude and chances are you will not get your milk! (happened to mer personally and had to report this to te manager)

Being located right across the street from the Mestre train station was extremely handy; it's only a 15 minute train ride into Venice (which only costs 1 euro!) The hotel is very trendy and modern and was quite clean. A buffet breakfast was included which was sooooo nice! I would highly recommend this hotel to any and everyone! I stayed at this hotel for one night while visiting Venice in August 2008. The hotel was so great that I wish I had stayed more nights. The room was very modern, clean and spacious. In fact, the size and comfort of the room was on par with an American four-star hotel. The free breakfast was great, and much, much more than the typical continental breakfast. The hotel is truly located just across the street from the train station and one train stop from Venice. You can be in Venice in less than 10 minutes. I would stay here again whenever I make it back to Venice.

The neighborhood is a little shady, but the hotel is right across from the train station which was perfect for traveling into Venice. I don't think many hotels in Venice have air conditioning. This hotel is worth staying in for the air conditioning alone. The hotel was clean and modern and the staff was extremely nice.

The hotel conveniences (close to train station, internet access in lobby, great breakfast) made it well worth the cheap price. We had to move rooms because of a bad odor (most likely smoke in a non-smoking room), but were accomodated by the staff. It was a perfect pre-cruise hotel. We considered this a "find" as we really weren't looking to stay in an expensive hotel on the canal that was still not up to our standards.

As I had read in other reviews, it was a nice hotel and right smack across the street from the train to Venice, which only costs 1 Euro per person, and takes only about 15-20 minutes. I would recommend this hotel for anyone wanting to see Venice, but not wanting to actually stay on the island. Hotels in Venice are much more expensive and older. The bus from Marco Polo Airport was only $3.50 Euros per person to Mestre and it lets you out about 1/2 block down from the hotel. Very convenient!
