The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room had a great little kitchenette, and the room was fairly clean (although no AC). Lots of restaurants nearby, a grocery store and wonderful bakery a block away, and train station as well. Close to the most chic neighborhoods of Paris (arrondisement 7 & 6). Overall great for the money!

This apartment/hotel is very convenient to a Metro Station. The receptionists are very helpful but can't speak english very well. The room that we have is okay. If you really have to use the metro going to different tourist area in Paris this hotel is very convenient but other than that I couldn't say anymore good things about the hotel.

The staff there were very nice and friendly, and the hotel provide FREE internet access. But the room is too small(Have sofa bed only). The blanket is too thin. I caught a cold after the first night of staying, have to ask for extra blanket the next day. The room will be cleaned once per week, and therefore we have to ask for toilet paper every other day during our stay (5 days). The Shower Stool can only fit in a person less than 150 lbs. Don't even have room to turn around. The hair dryer does not work for SHORT people as the switch is loose. If you are not tall enough to keep the switch UP, then it will be turned off automatically unless you use one hand to hold on to the switch and one hand to hold the hair dryer (but then you have no hand to hold a comb).

This hotel had pictures shown with a bed, and they gave us a "studio" with a pull-out couch! No refund, no other rooms available, and typical rudeness that you would expect. This hotel is touted as a "business center", but it's anything but, and there are several shortcomings - no safes for laptops, no shuttles to/from the airport (other than very expensive limos), no gift shop, very small rooms and showers, and so on. Most amazing, they had no air conditioning even though it was 80 degrees during my stay. Their infrastructure is so old they can only have the heat OR the air conditioning on at any given time, so they don't turn on the A/C until May. Add a really bad shower, broken vending machines, ripped wall coverings, stained carpets, and front desk staff that could barely speak English, and you can see why I'll never stay there again. You shouldn't either!

This was a great little apartment. The employees were friendly. By U.S. Standards it was small, but everything is that way in Europe. We were happy to be able to fit all 4 of us in one location. Just know that two twin bed means two twin mattresses, made seperately, but placed on the same base to look like a double bed. Sleeper sofa was actually very comfortable. We with in minutes of the metro system. We recommend the pastry shop just down the street as well as the markets. We would stay here again with out any concerns.

Our stay in Paris was great. The staff at the hotel was both friendly and helpful. There was always a smile and a readiness to help in any way we needed.

Very conveniently located across the street from the Montparnasse train station (and only 30' from Orly airport). Free and reliable in-room Internet. Direct phone number access to room. In room fridge, coffee maker, etc...

This hotel room had a full kitchen, which worked out great for our family trip. People at the front desk were all helpful and friendly and they really were a big help on our stay in Paris since none of us spoke any French. This hotel is located near the train station, so if you are planning any type of excursion, it will only take a 5 min. to walk over there and catch your train. This hotel is not a "Luxurious Vacation Hotel", but it certainly was a great room for the money. I would recommend this hotel to my friends and other family member.

Staff was very friendly and helpful; lobby was very nice. Room was extremely small (even by Paris standards), with mildew in the bathroom, a very stained carpet, and threadbare, tattered convertible sofabed. The location (near the Montparnasse train station) is very convenient, but for anything other than an overnight place to lay your head, I would go elsewhere.

Localisation idéale, personnel agréable et avenant. Chambre d'un confort simple mais pratique.

L'appartement est spacieux, propre mais pourrait être rénové. le service est agréable, petit déjeuner bon. Un seul regret c'est l'heure tardive pour prendre possession de l'appart, seize h. ceci dit nous reviendrons sans hésiter, car c'est vraiment bien situé et l'appart est confortable.

tout est très bien- un plus serait l'accès wi-fi dans la chambre (ne va pas jusqu'au 4ème)- personnel très disponible et aimable
