Couples Swept Away All Inclusive - Negril

We went to this resort for our honeymoon and absolutley loved it! Our room was a great house veranda suite - the room itself was comfortable and had an amazing partial view of the carribean. The all inclusive package includes many activites that could satisfy all ages. I recommend everyone do the catamaran sunset cruise. Snorkeling was o.k. - not much fish when we went & the water was choppy, but could still see the bottom of the ocean floor. Our favorite place to eat was by far Lemongrass - Make sure you make reservations the day you get there because it fills up fast! The only complaint with the food would be the desserts - we are huge sweet fanatics and the desserts weren't that impressive for us. So make sure you bring your snicker's bar and reese cups! Also make sure you bring plenty of sunscreen because it is very expensive in the gift shop. Remeber Jamaica has strong uv rays so pack a sunscreen stronger than you normally wear. The drinks at the bars are wonderful & they are not stingy on the rum so no worries there! The staff at the resort is very friendly and will cater to your every need. For Example: when u are laying on the beach you get a flag - stick it in the ground and a staff member will come get your drink order. You also have floats waiting in your beach chairs to relax the ocean on. We spent plenty of time on them! Overall it was a wonderful honeymoon and we are planning on going back in the near future. I would recommend this hotel 100 times over! It is a must visit!

Just came back from CSA. I enjoyed every little moment at this hotel. I would definitly go again.

I'm the type of person who never wants to go to the same place twice... I like to try new places. But - I am already planning my next trip to Couples Swept Away! Room - we got a beachfront suite. It was worth the extra $ since it was our honeymoon,.. but would have been just as happy with an Atrium suite. Service - Service from every single person was outstanding. Everybody was extra nice and would always say "hello" "Have a great day" "No problem mon!" Can't say enough good things about the staff. Activities - Lots to do - or you can do nothing at all. We relaxed... and enjoyed every bit of it. They have floats to use in the ocean - loved that! The guys at the water sports shack were super cool! Food - Was outstanding! The jerk chicken sammy at midnight was awesome! Also loved the banana french toast at Patios Patio. Breakfast smoothies were delicious. Best drink I had was called a "Mack Daddy" with a shot of Absolute. Do make reservations for The Lemongrass... it was fab! Get the fried banana for desert. (we like bananas) Fresh fish - usually sanpper - was very tastey at the buffet. Shopping - they had the locals come in to set up mini-markets. Everyday there was something different. They even had a guy to custom paint t-shirts! That was awesome! Only downside - and it's almost not even worth mentioning - Our room did not have a bath tub, just a shower - which is fine, but it would be good to have a stool or a ledge in the shower to use. That's it... nothing bad to say about this resort. Wish I was still there!

CSA was absolutely fabulous. The grounds are wonderful and there are a lot of services offered through the hotel. Service is wonderful. I stayed at a beach front veranda room which was well worth the extra cost. Generally the rooms are very basic but comfortable. The bed is comfy but definitely not as comfortable and some higher end hotels. The hotel is very green (lots of plants and vegetation). As a result, there were occassionally bugs in the room but really this was not a big problem and I am a neat freak. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Ben reeds 2x in couples Negril geweest ,maar dit hotel is meer een arrestanten verblijf dan wat ook.Veels te en veels te duur voor zo,n weinig service. Zelfs geen tv,geen koelkast en nog geen flesje water op de kamer.Goede raad ga nooit naar dit hotel Couples Negril is vele malen beter.
