Meet our requirements as arr. midnight. 20 minute walk to town. Great bus service to town and back if you didnt feel like walking, right at the gate! Studio room was clean and good facilities (as far as Europe goes!) Double bed was a King - fold out bed setee. But it was very comfortable - surprising. Definitly would stay there again. We are in our mid 40's

Quite a good hotel/serviced apartments. We had a room with a double bed but by the time you fold the bed out (it's a sofa bed) unfortunately most of the space in the room is taken up. However, this is made up by the fact that there is a very spacious balcony. Room was extremely hot though as it was Summer and when we asked, we were told the air conditioning doesn't work. We didn't want to leave the door open because of mosquitos, so unfortunately it was a bit stuffy in the room. Staff were excellent. Very friendly and helpful and made us feel welcome and were able to help with all our queries. Facilities that we found useful were the laundry, pool, table tennis table and also a drink machine. They also had a good (free) internet connection. About 3km out of town, so it was either a 20 minute walk which was very easy to find the route, or else the bus stops directly outside the hotel as well. A kitchen was very handy for cooking meals (and saving money) and a 5 minute walk will find you a supermarket, bakery, cafe/pub and also a newsagent. All in all, a very good stay and if we go back to Aix, we would definitely stay there again.

we liked the suite & conveniently near highway; but have to drive or long walk to center and impossible to park in center. the breakfast was not even a reasonable "continental b'fast" at 8 Euros/person [children charged too]. Also you will be charged a small city tax upon arrival.

Booked an 8 day stay on the strength of the price and the fact that there was a pool and overall it didn't dissapoint. Pool & reception were very presentable the room was spotless on arrival.Good bus links make it VERY accessible for the centre of town (a brisk 20 minute walk away). Would have scored higher but for some reason our weekly fresh linen/ towels & basic room service never happened. As we were there for only 8 days avoided making a fuss for the sake of some clean towels & bedding especially as they would have been changed again the next day when we checked out. I suppose it was the principle that annoyed me......this oversight would not however deter me from recommending to anyone!

Citadines Aix Jas de Bouffan is one of the most curiously cited hotels I have ever stayed in. It is off a ring road some way out of the centre of Aix in the middle of a housing estate. There is a car park which is something. You are nowhere near to anything, no transport , no shops, nothing. My room was a studio room with a pull down sofa bed and a small kitchenette. The floor was grubby, the bed uncomfortable and a fag-end filled ashtray on the small balcony. I had booked in for three nights but left after the first. It was a miserable experience.

Was pleasantly surprised with the four person apartment. Was very clean, tidy and comfortable. Is just outside of the town but is right next to a bus route so is very easy to get to and from. Would definately stay there again if holiday in south of france again, fantastic value for money with wonderful clean swimming pool.

nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel une semaine et ce fût très agréable.C'est un endroit calme ,les appartements sont fonctionnels,le personnel est serviable,et l'accès à la piscine est très appréciable.

hôtel bien situé, chambre sympa mais clic clac pour le lit c'est très moyen et un seul petit oreiller par personne, de plus les chambres sont mal insonorisés, on entend un peu prêt tout... sinon c'est propre! ça ne vaut pas un 3 étoiles et il n'y a même pas canal+...

die Studios sind etwas klein für 2 bei längerem Aufenthalt. Es ist alles da was man braucht. Personal ist sehr freundlich, so auch die Stimmung im ganzen Komplex. Der Pool ist sehr gut in der Mittagshitze. Gut mit dem Auto. Aber in die City sollte man die 7 min mit dem Bus fahren.

Accueil vraiment pas terrible. La clim manque énormément. Pti déj très cher pour la qualité.

Se sei abituato al solito albergo questa evidentemente è un'esperienza diversa. Un mini appartamento tutto essenziale e completo. C'è di che divertirsi... Anche nella piccola ma utile piscina.

HÖTEL SYMPATIQUE ET PROPRE

chambre très chaude ,sans clim.,et très bruyante fenêtre ouverte. Vieux linoléum au sol.Chambre propre mais couloir et ascenseur très sales. ensemble de l'hôtel très défraichi.

Bon hôtel pour une nuit, pas très loin de la sortie de l'autoroute. Bon accueil. Bon rapport qualité/Prix pour une famille de 4 personnes.

Vi var i Aix 4 dager. Rommet på hotellet - et studio for to personer var veldig lite og trangt med en sovesofa som seng - som ikke var spesielt god. Toalettet luktet ikke bra og var ikke spesielt rent. Vi hadde ikke leid bil og hotellet var 20-30 min gange fra sentrum. Det går buss til og fra rett utenfor hotellet, men bussen går ikke fra byen etter klokken 21 så det ble mye taxi. Svømmebassenget på hotellet var helt greit, og området rundt med solsenger også. Dersom man skal til Aix for å oppleve byen - og ikke farte så mye rundt i området er vel ikke dette hotellet det beste på grunn av avstanden til sentrum. Det er ikke mye i nærheten av hotellet, så man må inn til byen for å handle både mat og andre ting.

Hotellet ligner nogle eksisterende boliger der lavet om til hotel. Der var ikke aircondition i vores lejlighed. Fin lille og ren swimmingpool. Tæt på indkøbsmuligheder. Hotellet tager lokal skat, 0,5 euro pr. pers pr. nat. selvom der står på hotelbekræftigelsen at alle skatter og afgifter er incl. når man har booket og betalt over internettet

My studio was on the ground floor and was dark and slightly sinister. The balcony had a dirty plastic table and was shared with the neighbouring studio. I didn't use it. The cover of the sofabed was a horrible brown colour and was of an unattractive plastic-like material. There was a disagreeable odour in the room that I couldn't get rid of that may have come from it. I think the place would have been quite depressing if I had spent more time there. The bathroom was a little old, but the kitchen was clean and had minimum equipment, but I'd have appreciated having washing up liquid and coffee filters supplied. The opening hours of the swimming pool (9am to 8pm) were a disappointment for me as I get up early. I'm not sure I'd go back, but I'm not fussy about accommodation. I wouldn't recommend it.

Il manque la climatisation !!! Une partie de l'hotel se trouve dans une zone très passante donc bruyante. Le ménage de base est satisfaisant par contre il ne faut pas regarder les rideaux et les couvres lits. Toutefois le studio était très bien conçu et aménagé.

Pratique (cuisine, chambres,. situation géographiques). Personnel très agréable. Cependant, confort un peu basique pour le standing de l'hotel.

L'hôtel les citadines, ne m'a pas beaucoup emballé, literie plus que moyenne, mauvaise insonorisation dans l'appartement.... Pour moins chère dans des autre ville comme Bandol et Marseille nous avions plus de confort..... La prochaine fois que je vais à Aix en Provence, je ne retournerai pas dans cet hôtel!

Bonne superficie de l'appart. Bonne piscine exposée au soleil. Quartier calme, superette boulangerie, pharmacie a proximité.

C'était génial...

j'ai trouvé une équipe accueillante,souriante et très disponible.Appartement propre,rapport qualité prix excellent.

le lit double est en fait un canapé lit dans la pièce à vivre. Ce n'est pas annoncé dans le descriptif.

Facile d'accès, la chambre était impeccable même si l'on regrette que le canapé convertible fasse office de second lit. Une mini cuisine a disposition s'est révélée fortement utile.

Hotel bien placé,bien deservi par les bus mais acceuil moyen... Chambre assez grande,agréable sauf le lit qui n'est vraiment pas du tout confortable (ressorts). Dans l'ensemble bon rapport qualité/prix,j'y retournerai !

Hotel sympathique, avec petite piscine, les chambres sont bien agencées, sèche-cheveux et fer à repasser en libre service (pas de supplément). L'hotel est bien situé, un peu loin de Marseille mais il suffit de s'organiser...

Avantage : quartier très calme et facile d'accès en provenance de Marseille

l'accueil a été très sympathique.le confort est au maximum et en plus il n'y a pas de bruit ni le soir ni le matin.

le lit-canapé est un peu limite mais l'appartement était très bien, fer et séche cheveux disponible (un petit +: une terrasse avec 2 chaises et une table !
