"Great Breakfast"

The breakfast was great, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location to the subway was nice. However, the cost to park is crazy ($32 per day???) and the pool is only a wading pool - only 3ft deep all around. This was disappointing for the kids.

Our stay at the Embassy Suites was very short but very comfortable. We needed to be close to Logan Airport and wanted a hotel with shuttle service. We got exactly what we were looking for. All employees were very pleasant and helpful. The hotel itself was clean, nicely decorated and very convenient. Would have loved to use the pool but there was no time, but it looked inviting. Hot tub is a little small. Business area open all day and night with internet. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Beds were also comfortable. Breakfast in the morning far surpassed any other hotel breakfast I have had. Shuttle to and from airport was a godsend. The only drawback for my husband was the parking at hotel is valet only and he likes access to his car at all times. Valet was very nice and efficient and car was just fine. Will stay at Embassy Suites again!

Overall, we were very satisfied. Pool was very good for kids. We had two room suite which enabled kids to be separated from adults. Only small complaint was road construction near hotel which made it somewhat difficult to get to.

The hotel was very nice for any location, but the nearness to the subway was especially great for easy access to the tourist sites in Boston. The included breakfast made it very easy to start activities without having to worry about where to eat.

Outstanding location very near the airport, quiet rooms, great value for the money, timely shuttle, friendly staff. Our only issue was with the bell staff who was not there when we arrived so we had to wait for a while, and the bell staff never showed up in the morning to help us take our luggage downstairs to leave.

We chose this hotel purely because of convenient location (we had an early morning flight to London) and reasonable price. We were delighted with our spacious, comfortable accommodation, 1st class room service, friendly staff and - and wow! What a breakfast!

The room and most services were great, but the parking charge for 1 night was over $30.00. The fee was the same for non guests as well, Hotel guests should not be charged the same fee as non guests, we are already paying for the room.

"Convenient location and friendly staff."

This hotel is conveniently located right next to the Hertz car rental lot. If you need to be close to the airport then this is the hotel for you. Not only was the location perfect for my needs, the staff was welcoming and friendly and the room was spotless and comfortable. There was plenty of space to work and relax. The bed was very comfortable, including great quality linens. The free hot breakfast buffet was excellent. Overall this was a very positive hotel experience.

At least a 15min wait for hotel shuttle. Room was NOT suite (have all Embassy Suites downsized?) but just normal hotel room with sofa sleeper. Breakfast staff were particularly inattentive. Otherwise, average.

We had received such a great deal on our suite we didn't know what to expect. The hotel is very nice, the breakfast is outstanding, and the service workers were all great. Great management!

We have just returned from a family holiday in Boston and we really enjoyed our stay at the Embassy Suites. It is a family friendly hotel. On our arrival at the airport the hotel sent a shuttle bus to pick us up. Check in was easy and we found the staff to be very efficient. Breakfast is from 5 am to 9 am weekdays and later at weekends. The menu included waffles pancakes variety of toppings, omlettes, cereals, juices etc. There was also a managers reception which offered soft drinks and snacks (crackers, cheese,dips etc). The standard suites were a resonable size with a TV in each room which was handy as the children could watch their favourite shows, whilst we could watch a movie. All in all I would say that this hotel offered good value for money and I would definitely stay again.

"Great place to be for all vacation/business activites"

The hotel was within walking distance to the blue line T but the hotle provided a shuttle if you needed it. We were able to get anywhere in the city we wanted. The service was superior. It was nice to have a full breakfast and evening snacks very day we were there, which were included in our room charge. We would return for sure.

Yes, that's what I found at 5 am while hurrying to catch an early flight. The shower would not turn on. Of course, they offered to send someone right up but I didn't have time for that. Thiis seems like an extemely easy thing to fix BEFORE the guest arrives!!

The hotel was very nice. Very easy access via shuttle to the airport. The only set back was that our room was located right by the elevator and it was noisy til late and we had an early flight! Otherwise, I would highly recommend for a quick overnight stay with an early morning flight!

great room and airport parking for the price. right on the airport property. when coming back to pick up vehicle we called for the shuttle but waited 20 minutes and got a taxi instead. overall the hotel was great for the price.

The service at the hotel lobby was excellent. The staff was insightful and took their time with transportation inquiries that I had. The complimentary breakfast was also very impressive. After I checked out, I realized I left my cell phone charger. The staff took care of finding it and sending it to me. Overall I was very impressed with the hotel. The only con I would mention is that the internet in the room was not free.

Located 5 minute walk from the "T". Room fit for a queen, beds so comfortable they would make Goldilocks smile, managers welcome and breakfast, both complimentary made for an added bonus. Will definately return again.

This hotel is an excellent choice if you have an early morning flight out of Logan, as we did. Also the bed was so comfortable I wanted to take it home. The computers in the business center were extremely slow - bring your own laptop.

"Wonderful trip to Boston"

I was a little bit anxious about the hotel choice as I was meeting a friend from Ireland and wanted the stay to be perfect. The front desk staff was very accomodating and was able to help me with everything from directions to printing out my boarding passes for my departure. The breakfasts were amazing! I appreciated the airport shuttle which was helpful after a long day of traveling. The T station was right across the park and took less than 5 minutes walking. Easy access to get anywhere in Boston. Overall an excellent value and when I return to Boston, I will definitely stay there again!

This hotel has a shuttle to the airport, and right by the rental car lots. So you can return you car, walk to your hotel and take a shuttle to the airport. The continental breakfast was much more than I expected. If you are thinking about bagels and donuts, that is just one station. I will definately stay there again.

it was like all amenities were ala carte ex: $10 for 24 hours of internet service. cookies looked store bought and no coffee offered. in comparison to the best western we stayed at huge continental breakfast, 24 hour coffee in lobby and cookies were from a bakery and free internet service. i was disappointed considering the name of hotel and the price of the room.clock in bedroom was wrong time. sink in the bathroom didn't drain.

I thought the service in the hotel was excellent, as was the condition of the rooms themselves. My only concern is the lack of self-parking and cost of $32.00 per night for valet parking. I could not afford to stay there more than one night. It definitely increases the cost of staying at this particular Embassy Suites Hotel.

"I will use this Hotel Again"

I was arriving after a long drive from New York, the Hotel is situated so close to the Airport it is a 2 minute shuttle bus ride away and they run 24 hours a day! The room was great, I could shut the bedroom off and have a relaxing time in the lounge. Worth the stay.

I have traveled all over the world. This was by far one of the best hotels I've stayed at. The price was reasonable. Close proximity to the airport and Subway. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Staff was very helpful. I had forgotten what good service was like. This hotel reminded me.

"Great for Logan Airport"

We drove a Hertz rental car to Boston to fly out of Logan. Hertz is right accross the street from the hotel. The "Manager's Reception" was a nice offering of appetizers. Unfortunately, our plane left too early for us to have breakfast. Our room was clean and comfortable.

Clean, Neat, but had a broken shower faucet, which they did get working, but which we did not find until 4 AM on the way out to the airport.
