Residence Inn by Marriott Boston Harbor on Tudor Wharf - Charlestown

The room was missing the iron. Also, the lock on the door was stuck. They told me you have to jiggle the door a bit to get it to close. The view was nice. The swimming pool was very small. Just not worth the money.

We took are son to Boston for the first time and we arrived at 10:00 am and the hotel clerk allowed us to check in early so we could drop our stuff off and head out to sight see. If was in a great location so that we could pick up a trolley only 1 block away. They valet parking was a little expensive but secure and everyone was very nice. The suite had a fridge and tv in the front room and bedroom so everyone was happy. I would use this hotel again if we come back to Boston.

Solid business traveler hotel. Very accommodating staff. When there were no towels in the bathroom upon arrival, we called down for some. They weren't delivered instantly, but upon our return that night, the towels were there. Riverside view is quite nice, and a short walk across the river takes you right into town with access to the T. The neighborhood, at least in the immediate vicinity, lacks dining/quick snack shopping options, but Dominos does deliver thankfully! Any continental breakfast including a waffle maker is a win win to me. Quick proximity to the airport rounds this spot out nicely.

The service was great! The staff was very nice! I was surprised at the parking price! 35$ a day which I think should be included! The pool area needs better ventalation, your eyes burn right away, so pool use is max a half an hour! I require more for my kids! Breakfast was nice. All n all I had a nice stay!

We really liked the location of this hotel. Breakfast was nice and the happy hour was too. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The one downside was the parking price. It was very expensive and we were not informed of this when we made the reservation.

We had significant difficulty locating the hotel - the directions weren't the best and it's not in a central location. However, called the hotel directly and the hotel staff got us there in no time. The room had beautiful views and was spacious, clean and comfortable. Most notable was the friendly, courteous, and caring staff. Every person you passed had a smile and a greeting. They always gave great directions, recommendations and service. At the end of our stay we had car trouble and the deskclerk went out of his way to get us a service station that could take us right away and arranged for a towtruck. He stayed with us the whole time and made sure we were taken care of promptly and safely. I may have initially considered staying somewhere else next time due to the location but now would not hesitate to go right back to this hotel.

This is absolutely the place to stay if you're heading to Boston with kids. Not only is there a pool (unusual in Boston) but it's close to the water taxi, which drops you off right at the aquarium. Fun! The buffet breakfast was not at all Continental fare. Selections included pancakes, make-your-own waffles, sausage, eggs, pastries, fresh fruit, yogurt... We were there on the weekend, but they apparently have M-F dinner snack buffets as well from 5-6:30. My only complaint was the pull-out couch. I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy. Terribly uncomfortable. The actual bed, though, was very comfortable & they definitly don't skimp on pillows. The small pool was warm, the jacuzzi was big, the fitness room was empty when I went, and the front desk staff was great. We won't stay anywhere else when we travel to Boston.

The front desk staff were extraordinaryily helpful when my ground travel arrangements did not arrive. The whole staff members from the cleaning help to the top were at all times friendly and gracious in offering help.

This hotel was very comfortable, clean, and the staff were extremely friendly! The breakfast, free each morning, was exceptional! I enjoyed my stay here and found transportation around the city easy with a local T stop and cabs readily available. My only issue was that the wireless connection, as advertised on their website, was poor if not non-existant throughout my 4 day stay. I found myself having to leave the comfort of my room to do work in the business center in 15 minute increments so as not to 'hog' the computer or having to sit in the dining room/lobby to work. For people traveling on business, this could be an issue as the lobby is busy and bustling with traffic, making working difficult and distracting. Otherwise, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

This hotel was exactly what we were looking for, it was walking distance to the TD Bank North Garden.

We enjoyed our stay at this Marriot. It is a great choice if you want to to the "Freedom Trail" walking tour, or see the USS Constitution We walked from the hotel to Long Warf. Everything is well marked. Also loved the Sorelle coffee shop and Coldstone Creamery just around the corner. Renee

I travel a lot and this was the worst nightly road and contruction noise. Didn't get any sleep and I'm a sound sleeper.

Really enjoyed this hotel. Its great for a family of 4. Easy walk into the city.

Great room for the money. Excellent location and views. $5 cab right from downtown (Faneuil Hall), views of the water, valet parking, quiet, nice breakfast. Would def stay there again.

The hotel had a nice window view of the water and it was a short and easy walk to TD Banknorth Garden.

The hotel staff are courteous, friendly, pleasant, and accomodating. We were running late for the complementary breakfast buffet and the sausage tray was barren. Victoria went out of her way to be sure we had a delicious substitute. That's five star service! Thank you, Hotels.com.

My family enjoyed our recent stay at RI by Marriott Boston Harbor. The accommodations were excellent. The location is great - safe, close to the city, close to many historical sites. We will definitely book this hotel on our next trip to Boston. The staff were extremely polite and accommodating. We had a beautiful view of the harbor and the city. Thank you RI, we will return.

Great Place, very friendly staff, Very Clean rooms, fridge, stove, mocrowave... Great location for Fleet Center events... 8 min walk along , across river. No roads. Coming from the North...No city traffic to go through.Only thing that could be better would be free parking...but hard to find anywhere in Boston

Overall, we were pleased with our stay. The room and the water view were quite charming! Most of the staff was pleasant and helpful. The hotel was an easy walking distance from local shops and restaurants, and just over a mile from numerous attractions in Boston! The 'small complaints' - We'd reserved a suite for two adults and two children. The pullout wasn't made and there wasn't suitable bedding in the room to do it ourselves. The seating in the dining area was insufficient to accommodate Sunday brunch. The pool was rather small (but at least there was one, which is rare in Boston hotels). That said, we would absolutely stay there again!

I had a nice stay at the hotel. It was very short, but the time I spent there was enjoyable and relaxing. My room very clean and tidy. I especially loved the lobby with the warm fireplace!

I recently stayed at the Residence in on Tudor Wharf. I wanted a romantic getaway weekend. I could not believe the service and accomidations we recieed. Everyone was very nice and helpful. The hotel is in walking distance to the North End and Historical Sites.
