I like this hotel is excellent

Clean and new. Great value. Good breakfast.

The Hotel is good.I was looking for bottle of water in the vending machine but in 4 of those was sold out. I asked to front desk but the didn't had one. The guy was very polite saying "I'm so sorry but if you need sonthing else, just let me know. The breakfast was very good!

The staff was great. The room was comfortable and clean. Malls, restaurants, and other stores are close to the hotel.

Great room,Location was convenient.Price a little high.

They give you one wash cloth per room. Know matter how many people are staying in the room. You can only get more wash cloths at about 10 o'clock at night. This was a big problem everyday!

Not bad for the money, but with some management and maintenance, they could be a good hotel. They need better communication among desk staff. After being told by a lady at the front desk that a one-hour-later checkout was approved, I got a call by an abrupt, arrogant man who insisted I had to be out before the agreed upon time. It left a bad taste in my mouth and will probably keep me from going back. Other minor issues: a shower rod that was coming loose; a cleaning solution smell so strong when I first walked into the room that it was sickening; an air conditioner that was somewhat louder than normal; a desk chair that was torn and felt as if it should have been retired several years ago.

For the price this hotel meets all the expectations and even exceeded some. All that was promised was delivered with the exception of the shuttle which wasn't working on the day I arrived. However, the taxi fare was refunded immediately. The room had no real surprises and the two double beds were comfortable enough. We had no problems getting extra towels or sheets (two adults and three kids), and we even got a wine opener on request. The breakfast was very good and staff was quite attentive. The only issue was that there was what appeared to be moss in the pool when we arrived but that was cleaned up by the afternoon of the next day.

This was a great hotel, large rooms, clean and in a good location. We had a very enjoyable stay.

Good location, fair service, good room. Needs some upgrade of facility. Good value if you are not going to spend too much time in the hotel.

Excelent and confortable room for the price, besides, it is close to the Malls (Dolphin Mall and Miami International)and at walking distance to a pharmacy (CVS) and a Supermarket (Windixie). Also there are several restaurants very close which is very convenient if you want to go out for dinner or just buy something at the suupermarket. The room is equiped with Microwave, Refrigerator and a Coffemaker...also it has an iron and the iron board...every facility you need. In addition, there is complimentary shuttle to the airport, free breakfast and free internet. What else you need!...Rooms are big and very confortable. I definitely recommend this hotel.

I enjoyed this hotel for several reasons. The staff was very friendly and accomodating. The continental breakfast was more than I expected. They served a full breakfast meal instead of the usual cold bagel and muffin. The staff could have been more informed about the surrounding Miami area. Didn't seeem to know much about the local area attractions. Overall I was very pleased by my stay here. Also the directions from the hotel map weren't very good. My suggestion is to use google or mapquest for directions.

I wasn't expecting too much as this was a one night stay before a cruise out of Miami. I picked this hotel based on some prior reviews posted here that shuttle service was offered to the Cruise terminal in Miami. I called before and was told they don't take shuttle reservations before arrival. On the day we got there, I was told that shuttle service would be arranged only if more than six people signed up. As there were only three in our party, I asked if we could be added to a list so that if others asked, we could possibly make six. Apparently, no one else asked about the shuttle service. The front desk did call a cab for us, but as stated before I picked this primarily because of the shuttle service. Had I known the shuttle service wasn't always available I would have picked another hotel closer to the cruise terminal as this hotel is in the opposite direction from the airport and the cruise terminal.

To say this is an airport hotel is misleading. We stayed at this hotel the night prior to our cruise. For starters, we waited about 45 minutes outside at the airport for the shuttle to arrive. The hotel was approximately 20 minutes from the airport on the opposite side of Miami so we had to go further for the port. The rooms were filthy. There was a free breakfast but the food was not good. My pancakes were hard as rocks. The only good thing about the hotel was the front desk gal who helped us. She arranged for transportation and tried to please us.

Nice place. Clean. Friendly staff. It took awhile for the free shuttle to pick us up at the airport and take us to the hotel but it was still an acceptable time frame. They also contact a shuttle for you to take you to the Port of Miami. The shuttle to the Port is not complimentary. Reasonable price however. Complimentary breakfast at the hotel was very nice. Would definitely stay there again.

The location was not too pretty or convenient to restaurants but the staff was great, the hotel was clean, quiet, well decorated, and I loved the airport shuttle perk. I'm glad we booked with this hotel but would have liked the location to have been closer to the airport and restaurants.

The check in and check out were extremely fast. The room was very clean and spacious. The only thing that was wrong with the room was that the sink leaked onto the outside carpet for no apparent reason, but it wasn't much of a bother, we just put a towel over it. Good hotel for the price!

Expensive for location and amenities.

First of all, it's NOT close to the airport if you ask me when it takes a $30 taxi to get there unless you're lucky enough to get ahold of them to book their shuttle. You have to call ahead which we tried to do several times. You should know they stop running it 11PM. Second, my family booked two NON-SMOKING rooms with DOUBLE BEDS. What we got was one room with a King-sized bed and another room with two beds -- a smoking room. To their credit, they changed out the single bed room, but what's wrong with getting it right the first time! Not happy at all and NOT going back.

At first we were given a smoking room, but when we asked to move to non-smoking they provided a new room

Dont rely on the airport shuttle to pick you up and the hotel staff is useless. I waited for over an hour for the shuttle and it ended up being a 30+ dollar cab ride from the airport. After repeated phone calls with the staff and then conversations with them after finally arriving, they didnt once apologize for the shuttle driver.

Excellent hotel for the money, very nice rooms, good breakfast, super service. The Airport name is quite misleading, and care should be taken booking early/rush hour flights without knowing the traffic patterns and/or distance to airport. It is NOT near the airport. Knowing where it is though I would recommend it if location is not a problem.

No airport shuttle after 11pm.....shuttle to the cruise port was a separate company.....$12 per person.

I loved it, the hotel was very clean the rooms were great and the staff was courtious. It was a nice stay. The only thing was i thought it wuld be closer to the airport but it was a distance away but still it was good.

This hotel was fine and met our needs. We had a layover in Miami and were happy to find a nice place to rest comfortably before our long journey the next day. My only concern was the requirement to provide the front desk with either a copy of my driver's license or a credit card because they insisted that it was the only way to "prove" that I'd been there to hotels.com.

The hotel was very nice very pleasant staff. Normally when a hotel is called Airport hotel I would not expect a $30.00 and 35 minute taxi drive from the Airport. The do have a shuttle but we did not find this out until we arrived at the hotel.

Wenhad a good experiance and found the staff to be helpful. Our room was clean and the air conditioner worked great. We were a little disappointed that they have no shuttle from the airport. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and well presented. On the whole we had a great time.

The staff very nice. Rooms and hallways need a good deep cleaning. Surroundings are slightly grim as many buildings close to this facility are "in the process" of being built. Stores close by....CVS pharmacy and several restaurants within walking distance.....Less then 1/2 mile. About $10.00 taxi fare to large shopping mall where you can buy just about anything...It was great to have a free shuttle to the Miami Airport...it runs every hour on the hour. Also, the breakfast spread is very nice and hot coffee and tea at just about any time of the day available.

It is a nice hotel, whoever when it is booked they mit give you a Handicap room. Nothing is wrong with it but when you pay for a Standard room then you want what you pay for.

Generally the hotel is good and clean, but they dont have somebody to help you carry the lugage to the room, if you have special needs that is a big no,no, They dont have room service, if you arrive late or tired you dont have any food available at the Hotel.
