Hotel Falier - Venecia

Breakfast: Excellent. The lady would present you with a set of italian coffee beverages freshly made. Croissants, juice, yogurt (including coffe yogurt), bread, nutella (as everywhere in Italy), milk, jam, butter, ... Staff: Friendly and helpful location: perfect. gondolas and canals a few steps from the hotel door. And a 8 min walk from the train station Room: small but cozy and clean.

The hotel is located at 8 min. from the train station, in a very good position in Venice: the whole island is a very good spot. Breakfats was excellent, specially with when the lady asked us (with the charming italian accent) which kind of coffe we would have: café latte, Thé, capuccino, espresso, ou machiatto. The staff was very friendly, and the island: unique!

A rather unenthusiastic welcome, but the location is good for buses and trains and, best of all, the air conditioning level can be controlled.

GREAT PROXIMITY TO PARKING, QUIET, EXTREMELY SMALL ROOMS, BUT ALL OF VENICE IS TIGHT, CLEAN, LIMITED BREAKFAST, ONE STAFF MEMBERS NOT HELPFUL....

pretty decent for that price

We have just returned from Venice and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Falier. Although room was small we had a comfortable, kingsize bed and excellent ensuite shower room. Toiletries and hairdrier provided. Shower cubicle was good size and had power shower with plenty of hot water at all times. Everything was kept spotlessly clean. Staff were very efficient and breakfast good. Unlimited supplies of coffee, croissants, rolls, cereal, yoghourt , cheese and jam. Reception staff were friendly and helpful and provided free internet in reception area. An easy ten minute walk from bus station at Piazzala Roma with good directions. The same distance to the waterbus service to all parts of Venice and Islands. We would highly recommend this hotel and would stay there again. Lots of restaurants and places of interest in the vicinity. Venice is fantastic and we hope to visit again soon.

Under a blazing Venice sun, the 20 minute walk to his hotel from the train station with an fairly heavy bag was near torture. But the hotel was great. It has no lift but the front desk clerk helped me to my room with my bag. The room was clean and airy and the staff was always helpful and friendly. There's free wifi - 24 hours over four days, I think. Venice is a wonderful place to wander and explore. Don't be afraid to get lost. Take the Vaperatto to Lido and walk the mile or so to the beach. It's awesome.

We really loved the location. it is close to Saint Margarita and there is nice restaurant in the middle of the square. it is close enough to train/coach station to walk. it is definetely a place we will go back sometime later. very nice hotel....

Our experience was very good! The location was great. The hotel was very nice . It was close to the train station and vaporetti.The only negative was the size of the room . It was very small but then again when you are in Venice, Italy who stays in the room for very long!

We stayed at the Hotel Falier for one night in May 2008. The hotel was fantastic, immaculately clean, friendly staff and in a great location. The hotel is a 5 minute stroll from the Grand Canal yet out of the hustle and bustle and a 5 minute stroll from the parts of Venice where it doesn't cost an arm and a leg to eat! Get a free map from the hotel, don't buy one but don't expect to be able to follow it! Allow plenty of time to get lost. I had GPS on my phone and I still got lost!

Great location and helpful staff. Rooms are tiny, but clean and quiet.

for the money spent it was exremely cramped, the bathroom was the size of a closet, staff were not the friendliest

After traveling most of Italy this was the best hotel room for the money. It was clean, comfortable and near the bus station and parking garages.

L'albergo è una piccola struttura confortevole, gestita da personale cordiale ed efficiente. Situato in una posizione tranquilla, è molto comodo da raggiungere per chi arriva da piazzale Roma o dalla stazione ferroviaria. Ottimo punto di partenza per la visita della città.

Piccolo Hotel nel centro storico di Venezia, facilmente raggiungibile dalla Stazione Centrale. Personale cortese ,gentile e disponibile. Camera piccola,pulita dotata di bagno e di tutti i confort . Ottimo rapporto qualita'/prezzo.

Fin betjening, god morgenmad, hyggelig gårdhave, placering lige ved kanal og centralt beliggende - for busser, vaporetto og Stazione Centrale, mange spisesteder i gaden

Hotellet har en grei beliggenhet, bare 7-8 min. å ga fra busstasjonen. Vegbeskrivelsen fra hotellet grei. Rommet nokså trangt og uten utsikt (1. etasje). Kvaliteten ellers bra. Stille og rolig strøk med mange spisemuligheter like ved..God og solid frukost på hotellet. Hyggelig betjening.

A 5-10 minutes à pied de la gare, mais au calme. Quartier agréable (san pantalon) Accueil d'excellente qualité, petit-déjeûner copieux. Chambres un peu trop petites, mais propreté irréprochable.

Der var et møl- lignende insekt i badeværelset. Hvor de kom fra ved jeg ikke, men det føltes selvfølgelig ikke rart at dele brusekabine, hver morgen med 40- 50 søvnige møl der lige skulle skylles ud først !!!!

Het is een leuk klein hotel, net personeel, nette kamers, ontbijt is eenvoudig, maar prima dus zeker een goede keuze voor een verblijf in Venetie. Ligging is ook prima, vlakbij Piazala Roma waar de bussen vanaf Treviso aankomen dus ook wat dat betreft super.

Hôtel propre, chambre petite mais typique, salle de bain équipée douche + WC mais petite surtout la douche (pb rideau qui colle, et poire de douche collée au mur pas très fonctionnelle),petit déjeuner sans grande diversité mais correct, personnel très agréable et à l'écoute

En arrivant, il y avait une odeur d'égout dans notre chambre, nous sommes allés à la réception et nous avons été changé de chambre sans aucun problème. De plus, l'hotel est calme, bien situé.

Et lille hotel uden særligt mange faciliteter, men ellers rigtigt godt: Rent, stille værelse med aircondition, forholdsvist tæt på transport ud af byen (Roma-pladsen, jernbanestationen), meget venligt og service-minded personale. Bemærk at der ikke er elevator og at værelserne er meget små.

Hotellet er meget velbeliggende i forhold til bus fra Lufthavnen eller Banegården. Kvarteret er roligt, med mange gode restauranter. Hotellet er charmerende renoveret, og vi nød den lille gårdhave om aftenen. Personaleter meget venlige og hjælpsomme.

Optimal gelegen zur Piazzale Roma und deren Verkehrsanbindungen mit äußerst freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Mitarbeitern hat dieses wohltuend kleine Hotel seinen Charme. Wir hatten mit Zi 23 (auch 14) das größte, aber in Venedig zu so günstigen Preisen kann man keinen Tanzsaal erwarten. In den Restaurants der unmittelbaren Umgebung haben wir ebenfalls sehr persönliche und gute Erfahrungen gemacht. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Nochmals lieben Dank an Massimo, den Concierge!
