A fee of US$250 per person is assessed for a cancellation less than seven days from the scheduled arrival date.
The entire cost of the land portion of the stay is assessed for a no-show.
The hotel does not charge a penalty for canceling a reservation more than seven days before the scheduled arrival date.
Triple rooms (two twin beds and a rollaway) are only offered to female guests.

everything was great but the rooms where not as nice as i expected it would be. For the money paid the room should have been way better looking.

bad staff -not smiling employee - good beach- very bad disco - good atmosphere - average food - stupid and very long jokes during and after the diner instead of dance. Only good for concept and atmosphere.

The water was off for most of my overnight stay which could have been a one time mishap but I should have been offered a comp or deal on my next stay and I was not...Also, they were out of certain liquors and things that they should stay stocked up on.

There are lots of activities to partake in such as rock climbing and a mini casino. The Jewelry Store onsite is fabulous!

"Front Desk Service could be better"

First impressions are very important in a hotel stay. The service from the front desk staff, upon arrival, was lacking. My sister and I had to sit and wait for a room with no information from the desk regarding how long it would take. Upon assigning our room they gave us no property introduction and we had to figure out where our room was through trial and error. However, the staff within the resort who you interact dailiy are wonderful. Especialy Andrene at the bar, Winston and Michael on the entertainment staff, george on the beach and Deion in the piano bar. Their service and the service of the staff within the hotel made up for the horrible impression made by the front desk. The staff which checked us out were better than the group who checked us in.

"OK but lacks personal service"

The hotel called me the morning of my departure to inform me my flight was rescheduled for 5 hours later. At first they told me I could have a complimentary stay for a few hours, but then called me back to tell me I had to be on my original bus leaving the resort. My flight was subsequently rescheduled for even later. I had to wait 9 hours at the air terminal for a flight. The hotel was operating at only 40% and could have easily accomadated me for a few hours. But, instead they "dumped" me at the airport to save a few bucks on food. Pretty low class. I would have gladly paid another $25 for some time to wait at the hotel. Believe me if you get dumped at the Sangster Airport, you are truely dumped. One thing more, DON'T EVER EVER FLY AIR JAMAICA UNLESS YOU FEEL YOU DESERVE PUNISHMENT FOR SOMETHING.

"Ultimate adult holiday resort"

Definitely the best adult resort in the world, wonderfully laid back atmosphere, fantastic staff, beautiful gardens and surroundings. The result has two sides, one nude, one prude. The resort advertises "be wicked for a week" and you can be as wicked as you like, leave your inhibitions at home. We have been four times and shall be going back soon.
