Mercure Roma Corso Trieste - Roma

This hotel is located in a quiet residential neighborhood of Rome. The Metro is within a 15 minute walk. Otherwise you have to take a taxi. Not near Termini train station. The hotel itself is clean, staff is friendly and accomodating. The younger staff all speak English. The bedroom is clean, with lots of wardrobe/closet storage. Enjoyed the cabel T.V. in English. Breakfast is not included and will cost you 13.00 Euros/person for the buffet. Staff can arrange for a van/car pick up to the airport at 50.00 Euros, total cost.

The hotel is great. Very clean, very comfortable, and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet was great, with a wide selection of traditional European breakfast foods as well as some more American foods. There is also a great caffe machine at the buffet. The bathrooms were spacious and modern, and there were plenty of toiletries. The only problem with the hotel was the location. It's great for business travle, if you have business in the area of the hotel, but as far as general sightseeing it's out of the way. The good news is, it's quite close to a bus stop that gets you around, but the busses are often crowded and confusing. It's about a 10-20 minute bus ride to the popular tourist attractions, and a 30 euro cab fare. LOTS of walking, as it's about 3-5 blocks from the bus stop, much of which is uphill. The neighborhood is safe and clean and mostly quiet, though. Overall, if you want a nice hotel and are willing to trek around all day, I would highly reccomend it. But if you want to be closer to tourist sights, choose something else.

Sehr gut organisiert mit Stadt- und Busplänen. Verschiedene Kategorien des Frühstücks (Preis + Inhalt) - alles sehr gut.

hotel de qualité, bien adapté à un court séjour le confort et l'accueil sont appréciés. un regret le prix un peu élevé du petit déjeuner...
