High Tech Madrid Aeropuerto - Madrid

This hotel is very expensive considering what you get for the money. We called a week prior to our check-in to make sure the shuttle would be available around 11 pm. The receptionist assured us that it will be there, but it didn't show up. We had to take a taxi, and spend an extra 20 euros to get to the hotel. When we complained to the receptionist he just said that it was our fault for not calling them as soon as we arrived to the airport. I explained we called a week ahead, he just ignored us. The room was very modern and clean, the bathroom was also very nice and clean. The room had a computer with internet access, which was a nice feature. Overall I would not recommend this hotel because the service was bad, the receptionists rude and the shuttle useless.

just as it says in the name, the hotel is high tech. lots of details that make the place unique, laptop and tv in every room. only the bed was a little uncomfortable, ok for one night stay. good service to the airport but you have to call for pick up!!!!

Great hotel that is somewhat far from city center but close to airport. Hotel has airport shuttle service. It is close to the Metro for fast access to down town Madrid.. Great for airport connections. free Dell laptop with free WiFi,and exercise machines in the room. Only 15 Euro cab fare from train station to hotel.

The pool wasn't kept very well. It's in a great neighborhood however, with a great little square within walking distance, that has a few cool restaurants that you can sit outside and enjoy some Dinner and a few cervesas, that was really thr best part of the Hotel, and it's so close to the Airport. I was bumped from my flight, so had a quick stay over, so it being so close was nice for the next days trip, plus they have a Free Shuttle.

The staff was great! I stayed only one night with my family of five before an early flight. The location was perfect for a fast trip to the airport. The free shuttle was great. I liked the location in a Madrid neighborhood, but if you are there to party it might not work. Family rooms were perfect for us.

This hotel at best would have earned two stars in the states. While the location was close to the airport, it was somewhat hard to find on a one way street surrounded by other one way streets. Our cab driver searched for it for 20 minutes even with his GPS and turned off the meter after 10 minutes not wanting to overcharge us. The hotel was very sterile looking and while the food and the room were adequate, it was by no means luxurious.

We like the cleanliness and the bath facilities. We also like the use of a free laptop. we use it to email. some people might not like the small shower stall, but it was very functional. There are some restaurants and a bakery within walking distance.

Free shuttle to/from airport, taxi station (just in case), right next door, and computer with free internet inside the room! the hotel is about 5 minute drive from airport which is great if you running late for your flight, or if you are tired after the flight and can't wait to get to bed.

We arrived late in the day. There was only one person at the front desk. He was quite courteous. The room was clean and ready. Almost everything we needed was available in the room. It was well stocked with toilet items like toothbrushes and shaving blades. When we asked the front desk for an extra pillow he quickly provided us with one. The best thing about the hotel was the free internet service. Brilliant. The day staff were very helpful though they struggled with the English language. They helped us chose the Madrid bus tour and later asked about it. The metro station is a 5 minute walk form the hotel and for one euro you can go to the city center which is at least 10 stops away( a 30 minute ride). The rooms are quite modern and clean.

Free Airport shuttle left right on time at 6am.

The hotel is near the airport but your not able to walk because of the express way. Taxi is les then 20 Euros. Each room has a Dell Computer, nice.

The hotel is well situated but the high tec shower is a nightmare with the instructions being less that useless and the bathroom floor awash BEWARE

This was a great hotel..they picked you up from the airport for free..the help desk inside the airport called the hotel for us for free...waited about 10 min for bus...hotel was about a 5-10 min walk to metro not far at all and i dont like to walk much...Had a laptop in the room for your free use, and also laptop and printer in lobby for free usage. Great night club next door entry was free, drinks a little expensive but i didnt go until 3am couldnt sleep.

Best things about this clean characterless but useful place are: free shuttle bus to and from airport; you can easily walk to metro station which takes you direct into centre of town; efficient reception desk (with free lollipops).

The reception clerk was not at all friendly and appeared to resent our questions such as "what time does the restaurant open?" Otherwise it was a good hotel close to the airport. The hotel shuttle bus was very good.

Hotel is in residential neighborhood near airport. Stayed a week for business, and half the time cab driver couldn't find front of hotel due to one-way streets. Hotel is clean, comfortable, and great feature is free internet and complimentary laptop (provided by hotel) in every room. Only drawbacks are only english channel on TV is CNN, and restaurant menu. Restaurant is good, but very few choices and menu never varies.

Taxi services recomended at 4:30am not honest

This hotel was perfect for staying the night before we came home. IT is relatively close to the metro and the shuttle service from the hotel to the airport is very easy. Comfortable hotel, a little weird setup in the bathroom with not totally frosted glass doors (so be comfortable with the person you are staying with, they could be watching you). Overall a very nice, clean room with a laptop to help with flight check-in.

Aside from the horrible parking situation, this hotel is incredible! Reasonably priced and just beautiful! There is a laptop in every room so you can watch dvds or go online for free! The beds were very comfortable, the hotel was very clean and modern. I loved staying here. Oh yeah, and it's a hop skip and a jump away from the airport.

Nice rooms. Small, coplex shower in a large bathroom. Technology wins of practicality. Not as close to the airport as expected by looking at the map. Nothing within easy walking distance. 20+ Euro taxi ride from the airport T4. Use their free shuttle if you have time.

Great size room, modern design, laptop and tv. Avoid the restaurant too expensive and too tasteless pretentious food.

great room, good quality a little hard to find if you are driving.

This hotel was very excellent if you have the money. It was pricey and I only stayed there for less than 12 hours. Every single room included it's own laptop! That means any business or leisure traveler could check their e-mail, watch dvd's, burn cd's, or write documents. Not only that, they had a great flat panel new-age tv and a HUGE bed! The best part by far was the hydrotherapy shower though. These showers were able to massage the whole body and even had a built in steam room feature. If you've got the money, stay here!

I loved this hotel. It has a modern style. The bunk beds were great for our daughter and the in-room laptop was great for me. Flat screen TV. Large bathroom. Extra pillows and blankets. I also like the fact that the hotel is responsible with its energy use. The hallway lights turn on with motion detection. The room lights only stayed on when the door key was inserted into a special slot. The neighborhood is residential so it is very quiet...good for sleeping. Overall, a pleasant experience. I would recommend this hotel for business or leisure travelers.

Pickup at the Barajas Airport was very slow and unreliable. Hanging for 30 minutes and then waiting for the driver to have a smoke was unsatisfactory.

door would not lock from inside, manager said "not many of them work and you'll be fine",poor security. Chair in room was breaking. Breakfast selction was poor. However, bed was comfortable and their shuttle to airport makes it conveniant. Lot of little maintenance issues, stains on rugs, lights out in hallway.

The staff was very helpful. The rooms were very clean and adequately sized. The internet service and electrical outlet were superior to most hotels. The hotel offers free airport dropoff.

This hotel was fine for our purpose which was to find a room close to the airport. Other than that, it wasn't close to anything.

The description said this was really close to the airport. It's not. it's a 20 euro cab ride, each way. Be warned - I booked here (and paid a premium) because I thought I'd avoid that expense. The hotel itself is fine, but the location was not as advertised.

The front desk was not helpful and rude to us when we were inquiring as to how to get around the city. I would not recommend staying here.

Have free internet access and a free breakfast. Explain how the garage works. Provide services over the phone from the room to the front office, rather than having to go down to the front office.

Hotel is nice but I will not recommand the restaurant!!

nous y avons séjournés 4 nuits et nous le recommanderions car prés de l'aeroport une navette est venue nous chercher et nous raccompagner dans un tres court delai . Retiré de la ville ( derniere station de metro ) une impression de vacances et un calme imcroyable . quand a la propreté nous n'avons rien a dire
