Mirasierra Suites Hotel & Spa - Madrid

A wonderful place, very comfortable, excellent service, the staff could not have been more welcoming or helpful. the suite could probably do with refreshing in decoration but not enough to spoil visit. The pool area and spa were great, wonderful areas to relax but a shortage of sun beds some days. Could do with coffee and tea making facilities in the rooms because 5euro per cup of tea a bit steep. Having said that a most relaxing trip.

The hotel is wonderful if you are looking for a romantic retreat. If you have like we did a two year old, the pool facilities aren't that friendly. The outside pool is very deep and the indoor one you have to wear a cap. Also there arent any restaurants in the area so you have to travel to eat. There is a playground 5 mins away and a very large mall 15 mins away

I stayed in four different four or five star hotels on my recent trip to Europe and this was the only one I would not recommend. It was very far from anything in Madrid and the staff was not real helpful. The air conditioner was either broken or just did not work in all three of the rooms I stayed in for the five nights I was in Madrid. The rooms had a very strong body odor but were clean. The restaurant in the hotel was very good for evening meals. I did rest very well but I would not stay there again.

I stayed a week for business purposes. It is located fairly close to the airport. The hotel is in a quiet, mostly residential neighborhood so if you are looking for quite evenings & a pleasant walk to the metro, this is your hotel. Personnel were very helpful & the spa was delightful. Nacho was absolutely the most helpful doorman I've ever met! Getting downtown to the "SOL" district is simple via 2 metro trains. I would recommend this to anyone traveling on business or with a family - the rooms are huge and nicely appointed. I was disappointed with the high cost of internet - $24euro per 24-hour period.

This hotel has a great location in proximity to Madrid and the airport. Good local access to shopping, eating, and grocery shopping. This hotel has it all!!

The hotel was great. It was absolutely beautful and the service was great. Even though there is a bus to catch right outside, I felt that the hotel was out of the way. It was at least a half hour to get to town.

On a beaucoup apprécié cet hôtel, avec la belle chambre et salle de bains et surtout la piscine et la terrasse. Par contre, la clim est trop forte et le personnel n'est pas vraiment au point pour le petit-dejeuner : tables non débarrasseés, les boissons chaudes seulement une fois que le client les a demandées et parfois froides. A part ça, c'était très bien.

Très bons souvenirs de cet hotel de madrid mis à part les repas du restaurant Verdi qui étaient chers et de mauvaise qualité! Sinon beaucoup de prestations proposées par cet hotel : piscines intérieur et extérieur, jacuzi, salle sport high tech!!!

Bon hotel, luxe et comfort sans que cela soit excessif

hotel trés agréable, loin des bruits et agitations de la ville, mais facile d'accés(bus, taxi ou métro)

5-Sterne Hotel mit sehr gutem Konfort und Restaurants, Service etc. 5 Minuten zur Metro zu Fuß. Dann ca 30 Minuten ins Stadtzentrum. Sehr ruhig. Nähe Bernabeu-Stadion. Sehr freundlich, exzellent ausgestattete Zimmer. Gymn ist ebenfalls modern und großztügig mit allen üblichen Geräten.
