Booking on line and the service experienced at reception was good. The breakfast was not impressive at all in terms of location (too small & busy), food (cold and poor prepartion, small variety compared with say Wien) and sevice level dependent on individuals.

Beautiful Art Deco hotel a few minutes walk from the Old Town. Friendly and helpful staff. Fantastic breakfast selection.

This hotel is in an excellent location very close to both Old and New Town. The hotel provides an excellent breakfast and free wi-fi! The rooms are very clean. The one slight issue would be that the twin rooms are a little tight! Recommended.

I stayed here with my partner for 4 nights and loved the place. It was immaculate, well designed, and elegant. The included breakfast buffet was great w/the exception of the powdered scrambled eggs. The location right near Old Town Square is perfect! They offered a great car service from the airport which was exactly as promised. Only criticisms are front desk can be a bit understaffed and the A/C could be a bit more robust. Would definitely stay again!!

We stayed at this hotel because we had read some really good reviews and it seemed to be ideally situated for a city break. We were not disappointed and would recommend to others. The hotel is a lovely ornate building in a fairly quiet street only about 10 minutes stroll to the Old Town Square and about 15 minutes walk away from the river. Metro lines and trams are close by if needed. The staff were very pleasant, the breakfast was plentiful and the room had everything we needed. We would certainly return in the future as this was an ideal base from which to explore the lovely city of Prague.

Great value for money. Helpful, friendly staff. Quiet room. The hotel taxi service made the journeys to and from the airport enjoyable and effortless.

The street that the hotel is on is unassuming. It looks simple on the outside. Inside it's clean, up-to-date, very nicely furnished. Free internet, very close to the subway/underground train and mall that has several restaurants that are open late. Still in the mix with ancient buildings.

Breakfast was included but we did not like the food at all. The Hotel was very nice and clean. The only other negative was that we were in a wing, we had to go in the elevator one flight then walk along the Breakfast room and then take another elevator one more flight. A bit much to get to the second floor.

All round our experience of this hotel was excellent. Plusses are great service & an excellent breakfast. All of the attractions are within walking distance. The building is a beautifully reconstructed Art Nouveau style building. The only minus was that our room was a little on the small side.

Very nice hotel, check in very efficient. Rooms are a little small but contain all you need.

The room was a little small and our room had a view of the opposite bldg wall but overall the stay was very pleasant. Can't beat the location! breakfast was plentiful and nice. I would recommend K&K to anyone looking for a quality hotel in an excellent location!

This was our first trip to Prague. We loved this hotel and its great location. It was easy walking distance to all of Old Town. The room was comfortable, clean, and attractive. The staff were very helpful. We especially liked the available internet terminals in the lobby which we could use for free! Breakfast was included with our room and it too exceeded our expectations. We would ot hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone.

If you're looking for a beautiful, contemporary, well-located hotel in Praha, this is it. Only improvement: directions to the hotel. We circled endlessly in our car before finally parking and walking the route. English used on the website not exact. Other than that, we had a wonderful stay.

The hotel was very nice. Room was small, but plenty of room for 2 people. The heated floor in the bathroom was not working. We found the room to be very clean. The included breakfast was pretty good. The hotel staff was very helpful and plesant.

Just back from a 4 night stay in Prague. K&K Central certainly lived up to its name - everything was within 5-10 minute walk except for the castle which was still within walking distance, approx.20mins, or a short tram ride. Staff at front desk were very helpful and friendly and although we arrived at the hotel at 11am, we were able to check straight into our room. Although our room wasn't terribly large, it was very comfortable and had the most comfortable king size bed- Heaven!! and spotlessly clean.

This beautiful hotel is located within easy walking distance of the square and "the clock". The service is excellent, breakfast which is included was unending and very good. Room was very comfortable also.

a super hotel perfect location,easy to reach from the airport by whatever transport.staff very welcoming, hotel very warming,rooms quite cosy but spotless,breakfast brilliant selection,strange though tiny plates if having hot food,service in hotel wonderful. Prague beautiful city in easy reach of hotel,next door to the powder tower,city can be a tad expensive,so choose carefully restaurants &cafes.Locals only to pleased to help.

The K&K Central Hotel was the perfect location and within walking distance of the sites. Breakfast was included in the cost which ranged from cereal to bread & cheese to bacon & eggs, oh an don't forget the mimosas. Highly recommend the hotel and would stay there again.

This hotel is an Art Deco gem, adapted to the highest modern standards. Our room in the "historic" part of the hotel was spotless and looked over a small garden. There was a queen bed, a desk and chair with internet access, easy chair, fridge with optional snacks and drinks, kettle and brewing up facilities, modern satellite TV, safe, shower over bath with hairdryer and free toiletries. Plenty of storage space with enough clothes hangers, and the air conditioning heating module worked perfectly. Breakfast in the lovely dining room was plenty and varied, though I never eat English breakfast anywhere abroad. The staff were friendly and very helpful. All in all 10 out of 10.

Our first impression on entering the Hotel was "wow" the reception staff were extremely pleasant and the staff member who took us on a small tour and showed us to our room were extremely nice and informative the room we had was very comfortable. On going down to breakfast the next morning that was another pleasurable experience the setting was pleasant the staff attentive and the food of which there was a good choice was excellent. The city itself was full of delighful buildings and trhere was plenty to view and we knew in the few days we were there not long enough so a return will happen sometime in the future. The people of Prague were friendly and happy to help us "travellers" new to the city. Again the hotel was one of the best we have ever had the pleasure to stay in.

This hotel is very well positioned for visiting all of the sights in Prague. Our room was spacious as city centre rooms go and of a good quality, with all the amenities you would expect of a 4 star hotel - although if you like a coffee or tea first thing in the morning either buy some milk to put in the fridge or smuggle some from breakfast the previous day - the individual cartons provided don't taste too good; the breakfasts were excellent with a wide variety of cold and cooked choices. I would strongly recommend this hotel and if visiting Prague again I would definitely stay there. There is an off-licence next door which we frequently made use of as the hotel bar is not cheap and there is a good little bar about 300m from the hotel, just down the first turning left when leaving the hotel toward the city centre - we dropped in most late afternoons. We used a taxi from the airport - standard fare is now 650k (£21) but they give a 20% for the return journey.

Hotel is in good location; walking distance to most attractions. Breakfast is outstanding. Sauna is extremely pleasant. Staff is helpful and friendly. Beware that the hotel driver is much more expensive then taking AAA cab. Overall, I would recommend the hotel.

This is a discrete, 4* hotel in a quiet street within walking distance of all the sights in the centre of Prague. The building was a mixture of art nouveau with very modern furniture - which seemed to work. The staff were friendly, helpful and spoke good English. There was plently of choice at the breakfast buffet but no restaurent for evening meals, just bar food. However there were a number of reasonable restaurants within a few mins walk. The Municiple House is only 2 mins walk and holds classical music concerts in the evenings, which you can book that day. You can book the hotel car to pick you up from the airport for approx 700 Cr, which is a 30 min drive

Choose this hotel based on the reviews on website, all which seemed very positive. Hotel is very centrally located, easy walking distance to many of the sites. The hotel staff were excellent, friendly but not obtrusive. The breakfast was served until 12 noon on Saturday and Sunday, which is great for the lazy weekend traveller. Only downside with the room was the fact that there was two beds pushed together rather than the queen size that we had hoped for, but overall it was very clean and comfortable. Tea and coffee facilities in room too was great for weary walkers. Would definitly recommend this hotel to friends.

My fiancee and I just returned from 4 nights at the K&K Central and it was a great stay. Everything we asked for was looked after easily, the breakfast is fantastic and the beds are extremely comfortable. The word "Central" is accurate as it is a couple of minutes walking to the old town square, shopping and other attractions, yet still out of the way and quiet. I will be recommending the K&K Central to anyone I know going to Prague.

Comfortable hotel in an ideal location in Prague's old town. Major sights in easy walking distance. Hotel clean and breakfast good. Rooms a little small but really a great hotel for a visit to Prague.

I travel enough to know that European rooms are smaller than American ones, but a four-star property shouldn't be so cramped. Traveling alone it's ok here, but with another person it might be worth paying for a larger room. The front building of the hotel was under construction when I was there (Jan, 2009), but I wouldn't have known this had they not mentioned it. The staff is really friendly and helpful. Overall it's quite a nice property, close to four stars but just short of it. I'd stay here again. What I liked most: free breakfast, free Internet. What I liked least: the hotel keys, which are giant and must be returned to the front desk whenever you leave the hotel.

I booked this hotel about two months in advance and I can't believe how much money I saved! This is almost a 5 star hotel and the location couldn't be best, only 7 mins walk from the main train station. The breakfast was amazing and the service was simply impressive.

The hotel is situated in a very convenient location; tucked away in a nice quiet street but literally about 5mins walk to Old Town Square. The hotel itself is quite big and is in great condition - very nicely designed and modern. The room and en-suite bathroom were very confortable, reasonable size, extremely clean and modern. The only down size: very thin pillows (we suggest asking for extra pillows or you might wake up with a sore neck and back!) and the volume on the tv is capped really low (we could barely hear anything!). Breakfast was not bad either - bread/rolls/cereals/cheese/sausages/bacon/eggs/hot drinks. The staff were friendly and helpful, and so was the cleaner! Overall, we were extremely impressed with the hotel and had a very enjoyable and comfortable stay. Definitely worth the money! Would go back again and highly recommended!

the k & k central hotel speaks for itself. It is located close to everything,train station metro,trams,restaurants,shops abd great for sightseeing.Cant wait to back to this hotel.

I knew when the taxi pulled up the location was great -- it is within walking distance of everything you will want to see (although the Castle is a bit father away). The staff was very friendly, the lobby was decorated very nicely and the breakfast was the best I've had in all my European adventures. They even had sparkling wine to make mamosas! The room was clean, nicely decorated and we had beautiful windows that looked out over the street. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Everthing about this hotel was a delight, the location was great and a simple stroll takes you into the Old Town Square. From here you can walk to Wenceslas Square in 15 minutes. The hotel offers a simple but plentiful breakfast and endless supply of coffee to set you up for the day. This hotels offers good value and I would happy to recommend.

Location was ideal for discovering the sights and for shopping. Room was compact, all the comforts and quiet and warm a lovely oasis at the end of a day filled with walking. Breakfast was excellent so much variety ,and good service. Staff were friendly and extremely efficient. Extras in the library and leisure facilities and pampering seemed good value for money although I did not use them. Decoration and layout of hotel was beautiful, great care and attention was used in all areas. All in all very impressed and would certainly recommend it to others and already have!!

a wonderfully renovated building with friendly and smiling staff who are really helpful make this hotel a perfect place to stay in Prague. Everything is walking distance. The rooms are cozy, modern and very quiet. If you are keen to pay three times more you can try the Kempinsky next door.
