"Cheap and Cheerful"

The Hotel is ideally located for visiting the Echo arena, the Albert docks and for those who have come to shop. Staff were very helpful and the rooms are clean. restaurant has a limited menu but fine as a one off. Although the hotel is on a main road it was not noisy and it felt secure. You should aware there is no lift at this hotel but overall it felt a safe place to stay.

"Good hotel in a great location"

The hotel was really easy to find in a good location and good value for money. The rooms are basic (with a bottle opener on the wall...loved it!) but clean, and I think thats all that matters. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Would definately stay there again, perfect for nights out or shopping.

For my birthday, my friend and I visited Liverpool to shop at the Liverpool One and have a meal down at the Albert Dock in the evening. The Dock is very near the hotel and the shops are not that far either. The Receptionist was very informative, pleasant and professional on arrival. The bar staff were friendly and the room was clean, although dated and could do with a makeover. However, overall it was a pleasant, comfortable stay and I would stay again. Very friendly staff.

I was concerned about the hotel being 2*. However, there was nothing to be worried about. Handy for the Albert Dock, city centre, shopping and thje old commercial centre which brought back memories.

Skóciából London felé átutazóban vettük igénybe. A hivatalos check in idő előtt érkezve rugalmasan fogadtak bennünket. A személyzet kedvesen tájékoztatott minden lehetőségről. Étkezési lehetőség helyben biztosított. Gépkocsival utazóknak biztonságos ingyenes parkolási lehetőség van. A városközpont és a történalmi Albert dock sétával könnyen elérhető

Bra og billig hotel. Ligger sentralt i forhold til Liverpool One og med McDonalds tvers over gaten. Bra i forhold til barn.

Also das Hotel ist wirklich schwer zu empfehlen, die Zimmer sind groß und das Bad hat Dusche und Badewanne. Die Betten sind in Ordnung und der Preis ist für UK unschlagbar. Selbst das Frühstück war sehr lecker. Also für einen Städtetripp ist dieses Hotel mehr als okay.

Man har höjt priset för boende och samtidigt tagit bort inklusive frukost! Bedrövligt. Rummen Vi disponerade (två stycken) var båda inte värda mer än 25% av det pris man får betala! Mycket störningar av berusade och högröstade gäster som släntrade in ända fram till kl 05:! Ofräscha badrum som läcker vatten över golven. Mögligt och illaluktande! Lampor som inte fungerade under hela vistelsen trots påstötningar om felet. Hit reser jag inte någon ytterligare gång! Och ingen annan heller i vårt sällskap!
