Starting for the location of the hotel is the very last hotel in the tail of the Island. When you first get off the plane there are people waiting for you at the luggage claim, but with the sole purpose of getting the money telling that if you pay 24 US dollars they would take you to the hotel and bring you back to the airport on you final day of stay. Well the very last day on the way back to the airport they do some sort of car pooling and you end up thrown with a whole bunch of people in a bus in the way to the airport when you paid a lot of money for the transportation. Talking a about the cleanliness of the hotel is embarrassing. The windows are always dirty, the bathroom are barely clean. The towels are ok, but the shower curtains are disgusting, not change at all and filled up with dirt. The blankets and pillow cases are maybe changed if they there are dirt spot, if not you got the day before pillow cases. Forget about communication in this place, if you are thinking on receiving a phone call. There are not telephones in the rooms, and there is only three phones available for everybody at the resort, so good luck on you next call. The food is ok, but there is nothing really that represents Colombian food, that is a disgrace because Colombian food is so rich and diverse that there is plenty where to choose from, to set up a menue. The staff is some how kind. They only tell you about the hotel if you ask them. None tells you you can go to the beach and do exercise with the rest of the guest, if you want to find out about tours, which are not really worth your money for the quality of the service, you basically have to beg the hotel staff to tell you about them and they are not even nice when it comes time to offer you the package. Oh and don't even think about changing Dollars for Pesos at the hotel, they have their own exchange rate, and I assure you that you won't be happy with the rate, but the hotel is so far away from everything, that there is nothing you

Our stay at the San Luis was very pleasant, the only thing that really bothered me a lot was the attitude some of the receptionist and activities personel gave us. I think that when it's convenient to them they treat people kind and when it's not they don't do it. That was the only thing that made me upset.
