Omm - Barcelona

I was expecting a lot from this hotel and was not disappointed. It is modern, posh and glam. The staff even has that little attitude, but always has a smile for you. The rooms are not huge (which is normal for a big city), however they are extremely well designed and the space is well used. You can expect all the amenities from a 4 to 5 star hotel. The roof top terrasse with the small pool has a surreal view on the Pedrera. Don't go for the bottled water or the beer. Indulge yourself and order a nice glass of Cava or Champagne (anyways it will almost be the same price as that water, so go for it!). The hotel is located in a beautiful neighborhood close to shops, bars and restaurant.

An excellent hotel that could not be faulted on any level. The location of the hotel is great for seeing Barcelona and the hotel itself is impeccable. The rooftop pool and quality of the bar/restaurant all add to the experience. What really makes this hotel is the staff though. They are extremely attentive and nothing is too much trouble for them. Would go back to this place time and time again.

Staff all spoke excellent English which was very helpful. Concierge was on the spot. Pool terrace is beautiful and unique with view of Gaudi's Casa Mila. Drinks up there are VERY expensive though ($25+ each) and the pool is small. Ommsessions club was closed for renovation and we were not notified of that before which was a bit annoying.

Close to Metro. Staff very helpful. Did not try their restaurant. had too much fun at the cafes and tapas bars on the Ramblas. Be careful on the Metro for pickpockets

What a wonderful surprise! this is a very modern design hotel in a great location. You can see the top of the nearby Pedrara by Gaudi from the hotel's roof pool. We had a balcony room facing the inner courtyard and it feels very homely. We tried some of their restaurants outside the hotel managed by the same chain and they are great too.

Really enjoyed the stay but the walls are paper thin and it was almost impossible to get to sleep if your staying in a room facing out onto the street!

Outstanding applies to every experience with The Omm....staff, room, food, location for sightseeing and shopping. No English problem here! Thank you Omm for making our stay in Barcelona one we will always remember.

What a fantastic place! The location is very central to tourist highlights with easy access to metro and bus routes. The attention to detail is out of this world - the staff are friendly, professional and extremely helpful. The room was spotlessly clean and was serviced twice a day - with complimentary chocolates and water left at night. We did not use the Hotels restaurant so can not comment on the food. If you are looking for a luxury break than this hotel is for you.

If you like very modern hotel...you would like this one. Location wonderful and very safe. The staff super helpfull, friendly, nice and speak 3 or 4 languages. wonderful room service...good restaurant...a little expensif,,,but,,,..your on vacation...........go and enjoy Barcelona..nice hotel to come back to after a long day! having fun and sightseing.

Layout of room and room lighting somewhat unusual.

We found the staff to be rude and arrogant. Business faxes and Fed Ex packages that were sent to the hotel for us took hours, if not days to be delivered - except on the last night when a staff member of the hotel walked into our room unanounced at 2:30 in the morning to drop off a package while we were sleeping.

Hôtel placé au coeur du passeig Gracia qui est à voir. L'hôtel est à 200 m d'une station de métro. Le plus merveilleux est que toute la ville semble accessible en moins de 20 minutes que ce soit à pied ou en métro. L'hôtel en lui même est très agréable. Comparé à d'autres hôtels 5 étoiles, le petit déjeuner est un peu décevant, les produits proposés sont cependant de très bonne qualité.

Perfect location, perfekt standard and a perfect roofpool with bar!

Dejligt hotel med hjælpsomt personale. Skøn launge med dejlig stemning og skønne drinks. Dejlig restaurant og tag terasse. Beliggenhed i top lige ved siden af de vigtigste sights.

Vi likte hotellet svært godt. Vi ble veldig imponert over vennligheten og servicenivået fra de ansatte. De klarte å overbevise oss om at de oppriktig var interessert i å gjøre oppholdet til en fornøyelse, og anbefalingene om resturanter og barer i byen var prima. Hotellets restaurant, Moo, har dessuten et veldig godt kjøkken (de har kanskje en stjerne?). Svært bra opphold, men unødig dyr frokost.

Lækkert hotel med god service, fedt design og service som de fleste fem * hoteller må være misundelige over. Ligger perfekt i forhold til shopping, restauranter og sightseeing.

Très bel hôtel, bien équilibré, haut niveau de prestations, bien situé. A noter une excellente qualité de service avec du personnel chaleureux, sympathique et attentionné. Les chambres sont jolies et lumineuses. Système d'éclairage un peu compliqué. Seul le niveau de finition de la chambre laisse à désirer. Un SPA agréale. A noter un bar super sympa et un restaurant haut de gamme. Très belle terrasse avec vue sur le toit de la PERDRERA. Un bon moment.
