Nice room. I give the Bed a 3 out of 10. So if you need a comfy bed pass. No AC. You get a washer and dryer to clean your clothes... but it takes a long time and your clothes come out a bit wrinkly...but this could of been me using it improperly.

conveniently located near the city center, foutain court has everything you look for to fufill your needs either you travel for business or pleasure. Main city's attractions are just a stone throw away on foot and so it goes for shops and pubs. The airport shuttle drops you a few yards away from your appartment and the journey takes just 20 minutes for as little as £6 for an open return ticket.

It was a clean, comfortable and lovely experience. My family loved staying in Fountain Grove and will always go back when we are in Edinburgh.

Not as clean or as much room as the Fountain Court Grove Executive, but still a good deal for 4 adults and a couple of kids. Having all the accouterments on the road if wonderful.

Very clean and comfortable within close walking distance to Haymarket train station and was very easy to check in late.

Friendly staff and very comfortable accommodation. All the comforts of a hotel, but in a flat of your own. Cental heating, bathroom, bedrooms and sitting room/kitchen. All within a 10 minute walk of the City centre, and at a very affordable price Perfect!

Four of us stayed in a two bedroom appartment, there was plenty of space, the facilities were excellent and we loved the welcome pack, thought it was a very nice touch! It was very central, a 10 minute walk from the castle and if you didn't fancy the walk there is a bus stop at the end of the road and the public transport is excellent

Good value. This is an apartment, not a hotel room, complete with kitchen and up to two bedrooms and room for six. The area was under construction so there were work trucks and noise, but the apartment itself was great.

Fountain Court are serviced apartments. They offer a full kitchenette, and up to two bedrooms with four beds, a living room, dining area and a full bath. This was a great place to stay. The staff was helpful, room was clean. Only thing is that the Grove Street facility was surrounded by construction so there was noise and there were work trucks everywhere. The apartment, however was great.

We were looking for a place to stay in the heart of Edinburgh that was comfortable, had good service and gave us a place to escape and relax when we wanted. We found it all here. The staff on the front desk were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were comfortable, with adjustable cental heating throughout. The kitchen was well equipped, and stocked a welcome breakfast supply, so we didn't even have to buy bread, milk and cereals for the first morning. The only thing I would say is that it may be noisy during the week in some rooms as building work is being done near to the rear of the appartments. However we were there from Friday to Sunday and it was very quiet. In any case, all work should be completed by the end of 2008. Finally, you can leave your car there for just £6 per night, a bargain for Edinburgh! We will be going back!

Great deal, specially if you have a large party (in my case, 4 people). Very clean room, complimentary breakfast in the room (bread, milk, jam, cereals), living room provides a common area to relax as a group. My room wasn't the newest one on the block, but was honestly good enough. It had all the amenities possible (washer-drier, dishwasher, micro-wave, hob, stove, fridge, hair-drier, iron, etc). Oh, and they offered FREE internet. 15 min walk to the castle, nice area, secure parking (for a small fee). Strongly recommend it!

We stayed in a nice three-room apartment. It was comfortable and clean, although the neighborhood wasn't the best. That may be changing. There was a lot of new construction going on around what had been an industrial area. Easy walk to the Royal Mile.

I STRUGGLED TO FAULT THESE APARTMENTS,WE WOULD DEFINATELTY USE THEM AGAIN AND RECCOMEND.DIDNT LIKE £6 A NIGHT PARKING FEE BY THE HOTEL IS MY ONLY GRIPE.

4 of us stayed in this very nice 2-bedroom apartment. Everything is good. But it'd be better if the hotel could also supply shampoo...

I booked this late ahead of a works function around the corner. I arrived on the Sunday with nothing other than a reference number. The reception area was closed which was a little unexpected but I got an immediate response from the 24hr number on the door. The guy directed me through the security gate to a security box which I accessed to obtain my keys. Once inside the lft direction guided me to my apartment. This was simple, functional and clean with plenty of local information. Towels and linen were all in order an the kitchen was well stocked with tea, coffee and all of the cleaning aids which self catering apartments don't always contain. Another nice touch was the fresh loaf, milk, butter and cereal in the fridge - excellent whe you are flying through as I was. Check out the next day was a breeze and I left with the impression that this business is thoughtfully run. Haymarket station was 5 minutes away, so the location, whcilst not particulalrly galmorous is pretty convenient for Edinburgh's amenities. Would use this facility again.

My fiance and I stayed at the aparmtents for one night to celebrate our engagement and found the apartment the ideal spot to begin our celebrations. Thanks to the early check in time and full range of appliances we able to arrive at 11am and make oursleves a nice brunch and spend the day relaxing with champainge before heading into town to continue the celebrations. The location of the apartments were ideal as we were less than a 5 min walk from the train station and 10 min walk from Princess St. On arrival we were warmly greeted and taken directly to our apartment and given a tour of all the rooms and where everything was and usefull contact numbers to have. The fridge had a nice fresh loaf milk and mini packs of cereal for our breakfast the next day. We both said it if ever our parents come and visit this will be where we'll put them cause it had situated and had everything you would need for a self catering short stay in edinburgh.

we stayed at this hotel for 1 night. the apartment was pretty big. 2 bedrooms, kitchen, living room, big,nice bathroom. very clean, very bright apartment with very friendly service. 15 min walking distance to all major attractions in the city. we were very satified with our stay.

The accomadations were very good for the money. Lots of room and amenities. Would recommend it.

We stayed for 2 nights in a 2 bed room apartment, so good value for 4 people. The apartment was well equipped and clean, and the reception staff pleasant and helpful. It is in easy walking distance of all the main attractions and has its own parking at £6 a day. Extensive building work is going on, but these had no impact on our stay. Would certainly consider using again if going back to Edinburgh

My family and I were very satisfied. Rooms were spacious and clean. Front desk was very helpful and the room included a packet explaining where to find, restaurants, drug stores, grocery stores in the area. The apartments was about a 10 to 15 minute walk from Edinburgh Castle. The front desk was able to tell us which bus to take to go to Hollyrod Castle at the end of the Royal Mile. After staying in very small hotel rooms in London it was nice to have a kitchen with a dish washer and washing machine in addition to small family room. We were very pleased and would recommend this hotel.

Hotel was just steps from the bus stop which gave access to the city. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. A great change from the standard hotel room. Kitchen facility gives flexibility for meals thus saving money. Would stay here again and recommend it to others.

Slightly out-of-centre location easily made up for by spacious room, plenty of amenities and staff amenable to working with requests.

Would definitely recommend anyone staying there. It was a great size and unbelievable clean. All the amenities that were needed were there.

We could not believe our luck to be in such comfort and luxury for the price we paid. We often take an overnighter in Edinburgh and we will certainly use the Fountain Court apartments again. All you need to pack is your toothbrush. All good quality amenities are provided. There is plenty of cafe', restuarants and shops in the vicinity. It was a peaceful haven in a noisy city centre.

We were very impressed with the facilities provided and the comfort and cleanliness of the room. It even had a Hi-Fi and a Radio/Alarm Clock, which are so rarely provided in other establishments. The location is also excellent, approx. 10 mins from Princes' St and the Royal mile. We would have no hesitation in recommending this accommodation to anyone.

Expensive but a nice modern facility. A vertical self serviced motel with cooking and eating facilities, and in room laundry facility. Forget the drier, my clothes dried in the room.

This hotel is only a 5-minute walk from the Edinburgh International Conference Center. The apartment staff was very pleasant and helpful. The apartment was clean and well-maintained. The kitchen amenities and the clothes washer in the apartment were very convenient. I would definitely choose to stay here again.

Calme, très proche du centre-ville, service impeccable. Quelques problèmes avec la Wi-fi.

Situé dans un quartier calme, proche du centre historique (-10 minutes à pied), très proche d'une des grandes stations de bus (-5 minutes à pied). Aspect général agréable, accès sécurisé aux appartements, parking privé sécurisé. Appartement très propre, calme, bon service.

We hadden een appartement met één slaapkamer. Meestal zijn de foto's op sites opgeleukt, maar dit was het eerste hotel waar het precies zo was als beschreven. Prima uitgerust keukentje, klein woonkamertje, badkamertje en slaapkamer. Het hele appartement is zo'n 40m2. Een beetje smalle, kleine douchecabine, maar dat was geen probleem. Het was schoon, netjes en rustig en toch op loopafstand van Princess Street en Old Town. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Alleen de beloofde wifi was niet wat het moest zijn, dus ik ben nu een cold-turkey afgekickte internetjunkie, maar goed. Ik zou het hotel zeker aanraden!

Rent och snyggt, bekvämt centralt läge. sköna sängar. Trevlig personal. Enda minus var att vi inte fick till vattnet i duschen som var väldigt varmt.

l'appartamento si trova in un ottima posizione non lontano dal centro,vicinissimo alla fermata del bus dell'aeroporto,di tanti altri bus e stazione del treno.In 5 min. siete a piedi in qualunque zona del centro.L'appartamento e' bello e spazioso le camere silenziose il bagno ampio.Ottimo il servizio,ogni giorno pulizie come in albergo.Il soggiorno si affaccia su una strada rumorosa ma con le finestre chiuse non vi è alcun disturbo. Veramente un'ottima sistemazione ad un ottimo prezzo,la consiglio

Lägenheten var nyrenoverad, snygg, modern och mycket bekväm med diskmaskin och tvättmaskin. När vi kom på kvällen var den helt utkyld, inget varmvatten och elementen iskalla. Receptionen hade stängt när vi upptäckte detta. Vi ringde inget journummer utan kröp ihop för att hålla värmen och slopade morgonduschen. När vi påpekat problemet dagen därpå var det hett som en bastu när vi kom tillbaka efter en utflykt och därefter var det svårt att reglera till bra temperatur under vistelsen. Elementreglagen var svåra att förså sig på. Det fanns inte alltid varmvatten. Duschen var också svår att sätta på och när vi väl fått på den utlöstes brandlarmet (!) flera gånger av vattenångan - borde väl inte vara möjligt? Trots allt tyckte vi det var en toppenlägenhet. I Storbritannien är det ofta problem med vatten, värme och heltäckningsmattor helt enkelt.

En perfekt hotellejlighed til 4 personer. Pænt og rent, og utrolig veludstyret. God service med daglig rengøring, redt senge, nye tabletter til opvaskemaskine m.v.! Nemt at komme til med lufthavnsbus og 5 minutters gang. Gåafstand til centrum og seværdigheder, og en skøn indisk restaurant lige om hjørnet. Kan varmt anbefales!

Komplet udstyret hotellejlighed i roligt område tæt på centrum. Meget venlig og serviceminded personale. Bestemt pengene værd. Kun få hundrede meter fra Airlink shuttlebus til lufthavnen (Haymarket station)

Het was een erg mooi appartement, met een eigen keuken met oven, magnetron, elektrisch fornuis, wasmachine en vaatwasser. Een nadeel is, dat het niet erg in het centrum van de stad ligt. Bovendien, toen ik er was, werd er druk gebouwd aan en om het pand. Soms had ik het gevoel op een bouwplaats te logeren. Door de stijgers voor de ramen was het binnen erg donker.

Superb comfort, with your own bedroom, your own living room, your own kitchen and your own bathroom. And still the service you expect from a hotel with housekeeping and helpfull serviceminded people in the front desk.
