Mercure Hotel Hannover Mitte - Hannover

A very professional staff, clean hotel all round. Mind you seventeen Euros for breakfast is a bit much. But Alex's just over the road only costs half that price

Centrally located for Hanover's old town and large shopping area.The railway station is just a 10 minute walk. We were there for three nights visiting the Christmas Market which was excellent with an array of different foods and drink. The atmosphere was friendly and very welcoming. The Hotel is very clean and the staff very friendly. The rooms are comfortable, modern and bright. We had an en-suite toilet with shower cubicle, which was modern and spotlessly clean. We would definately visit again and stay at this Hotel. We eat out for breakfast and at night.

The hotel Mercure was modern, clean and comfortable in an ideal location. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the food was excellent.

We stayed at the Mercure for 3 days from 8/12/08. The hotel is easy to find and well located for the centre of Hannover and the train station. The hotel reception was well organised,quick and friendly. The rooms were very clean and tidy, the only thing lacking was a tea coffee machine in the room. Overall a good hotel clean and well located.

Warm welcome on arrival, room very clean and sufficiently large and comfortable. Be aware there are no tea making facilities or mini bar in the room, although there are snacks vending machines selling cold drinks on some floors.Room service is fast and efficient.Reception staff very helful and informative. The only disappointment was the taxi the hotel staff ordered to take us back to the airport charged 35euros as apposed to 20euros from the airport to the hotel.

The hotel was very conveniently situated for our needs,the rooms were good value and excellently maintained. However, though we had booked non smoking rooms very well in advance, we were put in "smoking ' rooms - with the option of being moved into non-smokers for the second night. We did not want the upheaval and so stayed in our allocated rooms. But we felt disappointed at the outcome. Also, we needed briefly to use the hotel internet and printing facility. The internet was fine, but the printer did not work. Reception's response was " oh yes - it wasn't working yesterday " Not a very professional approach to customer service!

This is a very nice hotel, with a very good restaurant as well. The manager stopped to have a chat to our group of 8 geordies, and made us feel very welcome in his home town. Very funny guy. I will be taking my wife there sometime in the future, and will use this hotel for sure.

A good cheap hotel. Very helpful staff who spoke English. The room was very clean and comfortable with a spotless bathroom and shower. Only slight drawback to the room was there wasn't a double bed only two single beds pushed together and no double duvet only two single duvets, although I think this is very common in Germany The hotel is very close to the station, but not overlooking it and was nice and quiet. Hannover city centre was only 5 - 10 minutes walk away where there were plenty of shops and some nice bars and restaurants

10 min walk to train station and town centre, staff friendly and helpful. only let down was you have to pay for parking.

The cleaning lady left the room while cleaning, and when we arrived the door to the room was open, and the cleaning lady had disappeared. The problem wasn't solved correctly as the room was never fully cleaned and we didn't get an appology from a manager.

Sov en natt på detta hotell. Moderna rum med bra standard. Inget att klaga på och rekomenderar detta hotell. Garage finns under huset men kostar extra.

sehr guter Empfang, sehr sauber, freundliches PErsonal, die Zimmer sehr bequem und auch sonst bleiben keine Wünsche offen.

Wir waren sehr angenehm überrascht, wie sauber das Zimmer und vor allem das Bad waren, würden das Hotel jeder Zeit weiter empfehlen

Camera spaziosa e molto pulita ad un prezzo più che ragionevole, molto vicino al centro (10 min a piedi). Assolutamente consigliato.

Gode værelser, god morgenbuffet, dejlig middag

Rent och redigt, det är ju det viktigaste. Och lätt med parkeringen. Omgivningarna inte så kul, men det är nog stadens fel snarare än hotellet.

Dit hotel is gloednieuw in het centrum van hannover op loopafstand van station en metrohalte. Niet aan grote weg, dus geen verkeerslast. Goed bevallen

Personnel ayant un bon niveau d'anglais, très efficace. La chambre était propre moderne et confortable. Evitez le petit déjeuenr à 16 euros par personne, il y a des cafés et bars à côté, très sympas et pas cher du tout. L'hôtel est très bien situé pour le tramway (direct pour le zoo, les jardins royaux et le centre-ville.

Vi var mere end tilfreds med vores ophold, og det bliver helt sikkert ikke sidste gang vi bor her, når vi næsten gang besøger Hannover. Super service, super værelse og ikke mindst super beliggenhed.. Tak for det

Sehr schönes, modern eingerichtets Hotel in Nähe des Stadtzentrums mit sehr freundlichem Personal, gutem Service und sehr guter Küche.

Hotel in erstklassigem Zustand, sehr komfortabel und sauber, günstiger Zimmerpreis ohne Frühstück, daher Frühstück übertrieben teuer. Alles in allem ok.
