Ramada Airport Hotel Prague - Praga

The Prague Ariport Ramada is an excellent place to stay when you are traveling in the Czech. The staff is wonderful. It is a little difficult to find the hotel because it is not located at the main International terminal, but about a mile away.

When we arrived at the hotel we were informed that the "free" airport shuttle bus does NOT run on weekends or between midnight or 6 AM. Instead we were told to take a cab on a Saturday that cost twice as much as the typical cab one would take in Prague. Then when we got to the room it was really really hot and it reeked of airplane fuel fumes as though we were sitting on the runway. My husband was becoming nauseated from the combination of strong fumes and heat. We tried to play with the thermostat to turn on the air conditioner but it did nothing and the room kept getting hotter and hotter. We called the front desk several times and were treated very rudely by the person at the front desk first when we asked for instructions as to how to operate their thermostat and later when we called back and asked that she send a repair person to our room to fix the thermostat. We were told that she and the waiter and cook at the restaurant were the ONLY people in the hotel (on a Friday afternoon) and she could not leave the front desk. She dismissed our complaints about the heat first telling us we needed to wait an hour before the air conditioner would kick in and then that she could tell from her computer that the room was now 1 degree cooler. Finally, after bugging her several times she moved us to another room which was cooler and facing away from the airport. I would not go back to this hotel.

The hotel lists a free shuttle - but it only runs between certain hours Monday - Friday. Restaurant VERY expensive

Very nice hotel and very convenient to Prague Airport with free shuttle service. Only problem I had was finding the hotel since I didn't have a map with me and we were in a car. None of the locals we asked could tell us where it was. Restaurant on the high priced side. Only had coffee but it was very expensive.

Too fare from the airport and the shutle to the hotel was not in service.

Good to stay at if arriving late - only 5 stops on bus from terminal, nearly new hotel facilities immaculate,breakfast included very good, very friendly would definitely stay again

This hotel is located at the old airport in Prague, about 3-4 miles from the new airport. Beware, there is no airport shuttle service on the weekends. You either have to take the public bus or pay about $20 for a taxi. Hotel is fine otherwise, but the restaurant is overpriced.

I did not receive my wake up call, the shuttle to the airport was not running, and I had to take a city bus, which was both confusing and difficult.

A szállás színvonala a kategóriának megfelelő. Örömmel vettem volna - mivel repülőtéri szállodáról van szó - ha reggel legalább 6 órától lehetett volna reggelizni. Az ingyenes transzfer kedves szolgáltatás.

Hôtel bien situé, même pour les terminaux 1 et 2, puisque très proche des lignes de bus.

Cet hôtel offre un réel confort d'accueil et d'hébergement. Hélas, son prix n'échappe pas à la gamme assez élevée des prix d'hôtels proches des aéroports
