Hotel Helios opera - París

Lovely Hotel, Very friendly staff, Room was very clean, just a little small on the 6th floor!

the hotel staff was extremely polite and helpful (especially housekeeping). they spoke english with a smile. the room was tiny (to be expected as this is paris), but extremely clean and pleasing to the eye. the beds were SUPER comfortable (my friend and i got a room with two twin beds). the only gripe i had was that the air system in the room left us a bit flemy in the mornings. maybe their vents need a cleaning? all in all, i would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to be in center of paris' shopping and entertainment district. also, there were so many places to eat around the corner, we never had to travel much for food!

The hotel was clean and near shopping and restaurants. It was however, very hard to find. We had a group of 6 locals walk several blocks with us in search of this hotel. They asked several people and taxi drivers and still were not able to help us. GPS would be beneficial.

I was looking for a nice clean safe not too expensive hotel in Paris for a day when I had time to go around and see the city. This was perfect. The room was small but clean and well maintained. Small rooms are what you can expect in the city center in most major cities. I left my bags at the concierge when I checked in and left to tour around and returned back late in the night. The hotel staff was nice and polite. The only negative is the lack of free wifi. In a country like France where broadband has proliferated, I dont understand why hotels charge for Internet connectivity.

Room was small, tv had 2 english speaking channels. The staff at the front desk went out of their way to help with any of our needs. The hotel is a short walk to 3 different Metro (subway) lines. Very close to the Lafayette shopping center.

This is a well located, pleasant, quiet hotel. The rooms are compact but perfect for a weekend break.

Excellent hotel, great location. Okay, perhaps the room was a little small but if you are only using it as a base for sleeping and keeping your stuff who needs an enormous suite. Brasseries and Cafes all round, Metro station five minutes walk away, shopping centre three minutes away. Excellent location for walking to most of the touristy bits of Paris.

Perfect Location & friendly staff made great efforts to support our limited attempts at French. They made our visit easy, would recommend a short stay. Lovely compact room, very clean, quiet and well serviced.

Koselig hotell med en hyggelig besetning. Rent og pent overalt. Ligger sentralt med gåavstand til det meste.

Hôtel très bien situé au coeur de Paris (9ème), dans un joli quartier ! A 1 min. à pied du théâtre Mogador et des grands magasins (Lafayette, Printemps etc...) et 3 stations de métro des Champs-Elysées. Chambres petites mais très confortables. Bon accueil.

nous avons été très bien reçu dans cet hotel,la chambre est très joliment décorée et propre.l'emplacement est idéal pour un week end à Paris.

accueil correct, chambre petite mais bien decorée et tres propre,l accueil au petit dejeuner un peu speed, la personne s'est plainte d avoir beaucoup a faire, dommage; il n'y avait plus de pain à 9 h15.

L'hôtel est bien placé, près des grands magasins et de l'Opéra mais dans une rue calme. Le personnel est attentif et disponible. Chambre petite (mais j'avais demandé une single) mais confortables, seul bémol les WC non séparés de la salle d'eau. Petit-déj varié et de bonne qualité. Une bonne adresse pour le quartier.
