THE ROOM WAS VERY NICE. THE BED WAS COMFORTABLE BUT A LITTLE SMALL FOR TWO PEOPLE. THE BREAKFAST HAD A GREAT VARIETY AND A GOOD TASTE. THE KIDS LOVED THE INDOORS HEATED POOL. GREAT HOTEL AND GREAT PRICE.

We stayed at Hampton Inn , in New York, and again in Boston, both where a very good choice, and location !!! Good breakfast, and nice service....

This hotel has absolutely great service. My girlfriend traveling with me found out she was allergic to the laundry detergent used and the hotel upgraded us to a better room and specially washed the sheets for our room so that she would not have an allergic reaction.

The only complaint I have is that the sofabed mattress was lousy: springs poking and sagging. The regular bed was a lovely King. Indoor pool we didn't use was just big enough to get wet. Aerobic equipment was mediocre but at least present. Excellent breakfast one day, not so great the second day with lousy "french toast" otherwise, great value and very helpful staff.

Hotel staff really worked to accommodate guests -- when more tables were needed in the breakfast room - they were added, when an additional shuttle was needed for guests on Saturday night - it was provided. Our room was great - a suite roomy with a couch sleeper sofa. Parking was reasonably priced.

The hotel was at a good price near North Eastern University. The hotel is not a good hotel for enjoying everything Boston has to offer. It is located about 10 minutes from the main areas of Boston. The price does not include Parking!!!! Which is $25!!!! If you saved that $25, you could get a hotel closer to the main spots in Boston. The hotel was near buses.

We stayed at this hotel to attend Paul McCartney concert at Fenway. Mostly satisfied with accomadations,but the 25.00 parking fee abit high. Hotel is real easy to find right off 93. There isn't much to see near hotel. Would stay again but prefer a place more centrally located.

This is a new hotel with great bedding, free wifi internet, nice roomy rooms with lots of amenities. It is in the south part of Boston near the hospitals, so if you needed to be in this part of town its the best place to stay. It is not too convenient for tourists as those parts of the city a tourist would like to see are not close by, but there is a shuttle service that runs every hour or so to take you to Boston Common, Faneuil Hall, and other sites around. Also, there is an hourly free airport shuttle that will pickup and dropoff, which saves about $30 in cab fares. All in all, the service and amenities and shuttles all were really great, but location wise for the average tourist its a bit out of the way.

indoor heated pool was great for children. there was a good variety of food on breakfast buffet as well. beds were comfortable but small for two.

The staff were very helpful and overall the hotel was lovely. There is a shuttle that will go out of its way a little for you, which is nice--for instance, on its way to the hospital, it dropped us off at the Boston Fine Arts Museum, and will also make drop-offs at near restaurants, etc. The one bad thing was that our "non-smoking" room had a distinct cigarette smell. It might have been that the people before us had broken the rules and smoked in the room, but they should make more of an effort to air out the room if that is the case. Oh, also, the pool is tiny & not worth bringing a swimsuit for.

This was my first trip with out my parents picking the hotel and i could not of picked a better hotel! they serve an amazing breakfast with a large variety to make everyone happy the rooms where very clean and the beds where supper confey! I really enjoyed my stay here and I plan to return the rates where as great as the hotel!

would like more shuttles do to location, besides that it was wonderful. oh...they advertise hot breakfast and it really wasn't more than the usual continental breakfast and no eggs...not even the hard boiled eggs they usually have

We enjoyed our stay. We did have an issue with our toilet in the room several times over the three days. The staff was always right up to our room to resolve the issue. Management should look into this ongoing issue!

I really did like the hotel, it was clean and I did like the complimentary shuttle. Our shuttle driver, Greg, was awesome. He was helpful, polite and very helpful to my fiance and I due to the fact that we were travelling with our 8 month old daughter. We do wish that the hotel was closer to other amenities such as Fenway and shopping but overall we were happy with our stay.

We stayed one nite June 13-14. Great stay parking is 25$ add that to your budget. Breakfast is free til 10am all the fixins and then some; subtract that from your budget:). Overall, Hampton Inn is very close to a luxury stay without the price tag. Our 1/2 suite was very suitable to all of our needs. Just south of the airport everything is great.

We were in Boston for my sons graduation and did not know how we were going to get 14 people there. The staff made arrangements to shuttle us back and forth and took a big worry off our shoulders. My parents are both in wheelchairs and it would have been very difficult. I feel they went out of their way to be helpful. I can't tell you how much we appreciated it.

The shuttle goes to three stops in Boston and apparently you can request that it take you to the nearest T stop (orange line) but it doesn't go there regularly. The shuttle runs about every two hours for the other three stops and every hour to the airport. I would have preferred the shuttle run more often and just go to the nearest T stop because you can get around Boston using the T. Otherwise, it was a pleasant experience and a great breakfast.

Location is near the BU, not the Longwood, Medical Center. Otherwise everything was as advertised, and the staff was friendly and efficient.

Bland, but new and clean. Beds were a bit soft for my taste. Although located in a non descript medical campus, 20 min walk to trendy bars and restaurants on Washington and Tremont Streets in South End Boston.

The check-in was very easy and quick. The people were very attentive and met all of our needs. The room was very clean and quiet. I think the TV could have been a little larger but not a problem. I know most hotels are using blanket-bedspread combination but it is too heavy and warm to use. We prefer a regular blanket. We also had a full free breakfast which was a pleasant surprise. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Entrance court affords easy off-street parking for check in/out. Paid parking is located in the garage just across the street. Room key card is your access to the garage and parking privilege is good until 6pm on day of checkout - a nice courtesy. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Hotel offers free shuttle to various locations on the main T line. Junior suite was perfect arrangement, however the sofa bed mattress could use replacing. Neighborhood south of hotel is commercial, north is residential.

The area is very noisy and we didn't get much sleep. Our 8 year old slept on the pull out couch which was very thin and uncomfortable for him. They didn't let us know that parking was $25 per night until we got there. The room was prepaid for two nights and the noise was so bad that we left the second night around 8pm losing our money for the room and also parking. I would never stay there again!

Overall... I thought it was just a place to sleep. It's not the ideal place for a romantic weekend. There was a handicap shower in the room I had which had no glass door and water flowed onto the bathroom floor. It was annoying. The shower floor was also crack and pealing away. It looked like someone tried to seal it up but it only looked worse. The staff wasn't as warm and welcoming as I'd thought they would be... but like I said it was just a place to sleep. The hospital (Boston Medical) across the street wasn’t that bad until I turned on the television and saw on the news about a victim being brought there earlier in the day while I was still in the hotel and died. It was kind of an uncomfortable feeling being on vacation and all. An upside was that the hotel wasn't too far from shopping malls and restaurants and other attraction. The Cheesecake Factory was a really pleasant place to eat. One dish was good enough for too.

Had a great stay. The Rudi's Resto and Cafe in the hotel is another treat, great good and atmosphere. Highly recommend a stay here, they have complimentary shuttle to a few popular Boston areas.

We had a family member at Boston Medical Center and the hotel staff was more than accomidating. We were able to check in in the middle of the night without a reservation.

It was alright. It was plain, convenient, clean, just a place to sleep. Nothing special. They have a good breakfast selection in the lobby but ended early at 10am.

this hotel was great for me and my friends it was clean, neat, and offered a complimentary breakfast. however it was not as centrally located to the "touristy" areas of boston. we ended up walking and taking the t. however at night the hotel provided us with a van service free of charge which was awesome!!

Head down to Washington Street and you will finds 6 or more very cool bars and restaurants to choose from. There is a great urban feel to this place. I spent time at BANQ - Very cool! I will be back.

Overall the hotel was nice and the amenities were good, however it was VERY noisy. Sunday night seemed to be a busy hospital night and despite being on the top floor all we heard all night long were ambulance sirens as well as helicopters getting extremely close (the landing pad is across the street). I Was also a little disappointed with the additonal parking charge, it seemed high given the fact that the hotel is not downtown.
