Recommended for LA - Excellent location and quality hotel.

As many others have pointed out, the breakfast is outstanding, but the hotel overall is also very nice. It felt like a really good place to stay and to come back to after a day of sightseeing. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and all the interiors looked really nice.

My wife and I were on vacation and were pleased with our experience at this hotel. Staff was very friendly, prepared immediatly with maps and directions. Located within walking distance of all the Hollywood attractions. Lobby and room was clean and modern. Continental breakfast was a lot more than we thought (scrambled eggs). Hotel is located on a busy street, but it was quiet inside our room. We would stay here again and recommend it to others.

Best breakfast ever for a hotel. Great staff, clean rooms and within walking distance to all the action. Would definately stay here again.

Very nice hotel, great staff, and absolutely the best breakfast of any hotel we have ever stayed at. Only a few minute walk from the Walk of Fame and the Hollywood Bowl. The only negative was the $22 per night parking which I thought was a little crazy but oh well. We would stay there again.

We only stayed at this hotel for 3nights, being my first trip to US I wasn't too sure what to expect but I was pleasantly surprised! Upon arrival the receptionist was polite, friendly and made our check in smooth and quick after a 10hour flight! The hotel was in a good location about a 10min walk from the Hollywood walk of fame and near a shopping complex. The only downside I would say is the hotels breakfast wasn't great. It had the basics and never varied so luckily we were only there for 3nights. Apart from that it was a good place to stay.

We were very pleased with our stay at the Holiday Inn and Suites. The hotel was kept very nice and clean. The decor was modern and classy. It was a short walk to the Holywood walk of fame, Highland shopping, the Kodak Theatre and all the siteseeing in the area. The staff was friendly and helpful. Parking was right under the hotel and secure. Breakfast was included and they had a very nice variety that was kept constantly stocked. Would definately stay here again.

I LOVE THE SERVICE AND THE CLEANSINESS OF THE HOTEL I LOVE THE BEDS AND PILLOWS THEY WERE SO SOFT AND COMFORTABLE IT WAS GREAT.

room was very nice. the guys that work there were cool. somw of the girls at the front desk are kind of rude and give dirty looks but other than that it was good. only other problems we had was with the parking, hotels. com says it is free. but that is false! its 22 dollars a night!

This is the worst hotel experience I have ever had. I arrived on friday night in the pooring rain and unbeknownst to me I had driven past the valet parking sign where the attendant was not present. I checked in without a question regarding my vehicle and headed out for the evening by cab. When I checked out this morning....... the hotel had towed my car. I explained the situation that I was a guest and was unaware of valet parking and simply self parked in the parking garage. They apologized and told me it was a missunderstanding and the manager was "on his way over". And hour later I was still sitting in the lobby when a front desk young lady informed me the hotel had contacted the towing company, he was on his way, and Holiday Inn was going to pay the fees. And hour later I am still sitting in the lobby at 2pm after several phone calls to guest services and the same young lady from the front desk, the valet parking "manager" and the hotel "manager" walked out together to inform me that there are signs stating that it is a valet parking area, I was at fault, and the hotel was not paying for anything. Needless to say I was in a state of shock. The "manager" was supposed to be there to discuss the issue and left me sitting there for almost two and a half hours. The valet parking "manager" was aggressive and rude. In addition to this he was speaking loudly in Spanish to the drivers who were heard laughing hysterically and looking in at me sitting in the lobby, carless and rideless. Holiday Inn's guest relations who were very helpful to start resolving this had taken the local hotels stance that the three foot sign on the front of a podium off to the side of the parking structure with no attendant was more than adequate. This was two hours after they apologized and said the tow truck driver was on his way. I took a 50 dollar cab ride to the tow company where the gentlemen informed me that he had been waiting for me and the hotel "manager" had called to cancel my

Hotellet ligger i gå afstand til Hollywood blvd. Værelset var stort og i rigtig flot stand typisk US style . Vi kan helt sikkert anbefale stedet til andre, vi havde nogen gode dage der.

Hotellets beliggenhed er rigtigt god i forhold til Hollywood boulevard, Chinese hteatre osv. Morgenmaden er omfattende og rigelig.
