"Good for family stay"

Quiet, and situated away from Metro stations, so be prepared for a 15 to 20 min walk into the central shopping areas. Could benefit from a refurb, but comfortable with basic furnishing and secure underground car park. Good for family stay, with local shopping area just around the corner.

"An average hotel with friendly service"

This hotel, like most, are overpriced. Breakfast should've been included. The staff were all very congenial and willing to help. Their English was good. They didn't seem to want to enquire as to how you were doing, which was a bit of a disappointment. Overall, the staff were polite, so it made the stay more pleasant. The hotel is located near a corner grocery shop, which is nice. It's also very near allot of nice pubs, like the Events Sports Pub. It's a short walk into the Grand Palace city centre area (20 mins), w/ loads of places to eat along the way. I recommend the hotel if you want to be near the University, Pubs, and short walk into town as oppoed to the center of town hotels.

"Great breakfast"

Friendly, helpful staff. Excellent buffet breakfast (for an extra 7.50 euros). Spacious room with good facilities, efficient shower, comfortable bed. Very convenient location for the Citadine bus service, with a late night store nearby. Not so convenient for the metro station (10/15 min walk to Gambetta). Taxi to Gare Lille Europe for Eurostar cost approx. 9 euros.

"Basic but fine for weekend break"

This hotel is away from the main area but easy to walk to anywhere around. Good restaurants nearby.Small room but clean shower not too good.

Hôtel rapport prix qualité en ordre. Seul un problème de douche nous on empêché de se doucher a l'eau chaude. Nous avons du nous doucher dans la seule chambre libre de cette hôtel. Rester 3 jours dans un hôtel et ne pas pouvoir ce doucher à l'eau chaude c'est quand même un comble. Sinon l'hôtel est bien situé pour la visite de la braderie.

petite douche à rideau. (les grandes et les fortes personnes ce n'est pas pour vous!!) ...pas d'ascenseur du garage au r.d.c...escalier en colimaçon pas pratique du tout......

suite à une "erreur" le studio attribué au départ ne comportait qu'une chambre et non deux. Au vu du montant payé l'hôtel a rectifié sans discuter.

In many aspects it was ok, but as I arrived I was told that check-in time was 15 h. I am used to have a check-in time at 12h, maybe 13h but 15h? that is far too late. Just two things were not ok to me. Between 12h and 14h reception was empty, no personnel there, in the middle of the day. And then the 15h check-in time the receptionist told me. I ended up entering at 14h and only because by chance the room had been already cleaned (cleaning personnel was taking care of the next one). As for the breakfast, it was the buffet for continental breakfast one can find in many hotels, and it was good, abundant, and varied, and only 7,5 €.

"Bien situé mais très bruyant"

Apprt'hôtel pas très cher au vu des prix dans le centre de Lille. Situé à 2 pas du centre et des métros. De plus les chambres sont grandes, on peut s'y faire à manger (pas mal pour les petits budgets) et l'accueil est sympa. Cela fait 3 fois que j'y descends pour ces raisons. Le seul (gros) bémol est que c'est très très bruyant car il y a beaucoup d'étudiants (qui y vivent à l'année je pense). Impossible d'espérer dormir avant 1h du matin pour ceux qui n'ont pas un sommeil de plomb.

la chambre insi que le service est vraiment irréprochable. un petit bémol pour moi le petit déjeune à 7h céla est trop tard quand l'on ce déplace. les quelques moisisures dans la salle d'eau.

Clientèle hétéroclite, composée d'étudiants, de lycéens même, et d'hommes d'affaires. Très fonctionnel. C'est pas non plus le grand luxe mais ça reste soigné, pas à l'abandon comme dans d'autres endroits un peu glauques...

très bien , personnel à la reception exquis, seul bémol j'ai eu froid ,le soir et la nuit,la tête du canapé -lit, se trouvant sous la fenetre .

C'est davantage un appart'hotel (c.a.d. chambre + cuisine) qu'une chambre. Mais c'est mieux. Très confortable et silencieux.
