The staff in reception were friendly and very helpfull. The room was clean, tidy and had everything we needed including the views from the balcony. The really good thing about this hotel was the price and it's situation. It is only a few stops on the Metro to the Eiffel Tower and and to many excellents restuarants in the area. The car parking on site, in the secure garage is a bonus and is priced fairly. On the down side, finding the place whilst driving was a challenge, and I think enhanced instructions are required. Overall, excellent and, as a family, we will be back.

I was a little worried that this hotel wouldn't live up to the pictures and information on the website, but was blown away! We had an apartment with a bedroom with king size bed, living room with a sleeper sofa that had two twin beds, kitchen, and bathroom. It was very spacious, clean, and modern. The hotel is in an amazing location because you are less than a five minute walk from a metro station. From that station it takes maybe 10 minutes to get to the Arc de Triomphe and Champ de Elysee and you don't have to change lines. It took about 20 minutes, by metro, to get to the Eiffel Tower. You can actually see the Arc and Eiffel Tower from an area in front of the hotel. The hotel staff is really friendly and helpful. The only downside to this hotel is that it isn't near a lot of shops and restaurants since it is in the business district. There are a few places to eat nearby, but they close fairly early so we would go to the Champ de Elysee if it was really late at night and we needed to get something to eat.

We were very pleased with this choice of hotels. It was roomy and clean, with two balconies. Safety ia important to us, and we felt very safe here, with only key entry or buzz in allowed at all entrances. Location is a second consideration for us, and this hotel was great, having a metro stop right across the street. This allowed us to park our car in their very clean and safe parking garage and take the metro everywhere we needed to go. The last thing is not necessarily a must for us, but definitely an added "plus"--courtesy of the staff. They were very helpful and went out of their way to help. I would definitely stay there again!

Excellent choice for families, comfortable, roomy, and clean. Somewhat retired from the city, but next to a Metro station. The price is unbeatable for the convenience it provides. The staff was friendly and helpful. Nearby there are supermarkets and shopping. Would definitely stay again when traveling with my family.

I stayed here with my wife and 2 kids and the rooms were excellent. They were large with separate bedrooms and the beds were extremely comfortable. The kitchen was a huge benefit with the kids as well.

The hotel is located in the "La Defense" area, this is the Paris equivalent of London Liverpool street in the UK. High rise arcitecture and hotels located nearby. At first it is a little difficult to see as it is hidden by the Hotel Ibis (which it is next too), so please do keep this in mind and dont drive around like we did! First impressions on entrance is that it boasts newliness and cleanliness and does qualify as 4 star rating. The hotel staff are warm and quite welcoming. The room itself is actually an apartment, with a sitting room with a balcony (the sofa opens into a double bed), a kitchen and a double bed suite also with a balcony. Was very clean and if you like high quality toiletries...they provide it!!! There is a parking facility based underneath the hotel, this costs 15 euros per day. Arc de Triomphe is situated 10 minutes drive away (as we had a car), you can roughly estimate how far everything else can be from there. I have referenced this as a centre point. Overall, I would definately stay there again and would recommend to my friends and family. Great value for money.

Not really a 4 star , balcony's were dirty and cigarette buds

The hotel was confortable and great for group travel. The staff was cold when it came to service since they always made it a point to tell you that they were not a hotel but rather an aprtement establishment. There was also a misunderstanding with breakfast being included which was not handled well at all from the staff. Good access to train station. Not within walking distance to tourist attractions.

Are you looking for an affordable appartment for 2 + 2 persons with possibility to cook in well equipped kitchen this might very well be it.

Leilighetshotellet er ganske enkelt, med mulighet for å lage sin egen mat. Brukbart kjøkken i leilheten. Godt med plass på stuen. Renhold hver dag. God og imøtekommende service av personalet. Beliggenheten var fin i forhold til metro til/fra sentrum (Stasjon Esplanada de la Défense, nord-vestre del av Paris) og La Défense Shoppingsenter. Vi var i EuroDisney, og det var enkelt å ta metro + tog til og fra Marne-la-Vallé - Chessy. OK hotell for familie på storbyferie, er vår mening.

Chambre spacieuse et bien amménagée mais propretée moyenne et équipement datant.

joli appartement avec une belle déco. on se sent très à l'aise dans cet hotel. c'est propre et confortable. et en plus l'hotel est à proximité des commerces et de paris centre... petit inconvénient : parking payant...15? la journée (un peu trop chèr)

Prima hotel, schoon en netjes. Vriendelijke receptie, behulpzaam. Metrostation heel dichtbij, dus erg praktisch. Een oase van rust na een drukke dag in Parijs.

Hatten ein Appartment mit Doppelbett gebucht ! Ist wie eine kleine Wohnung , komplett eingerichtet mit Herd und Micro. Haben uns deswegen auch Frühstück und Abendessen selber gemacht. Hotrl liegt sehr versteckt und wird nicht gut ausgeschildert. Von aussen sieht es etwas alt aus. Metro ist 150 m entfernt .Innen aber super ! Wir sind sehr zufrieden !

qualité du service très professionnelle, mais avec une pointe de chaleure supplémentaire, doublé d'un sourire ce serait encore mieux.
