If you would like to be in the centre of where all the excitement is ie Soho in London then this is the hotel to go to for a 5 star experience.

"Awesome Hotel in the Middle of London"

My husband and I stayed at The Soho Hotel for 8 nights in early May. The hotel was located in Soho, a great area close to restaurants, bars, and nightlife. Given that the hotel was located in an alley, once you entered the hotel, you were in an oasis of peace and quiet. The hotel and room were both very clean and modern. Concierge staff were extremely helpful and pleasant, and our room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. We loved our stay and would definitely stay at The Soho Hotel again in the future.

Excellent hotel, perfectly situated for a West End stay. Fantastic service with a smile and fabulous food in the restaurant that had a great buzz about it on the Saturday night.

Front desk staff were very accomodating, friendly and made you feel welcome. Rooms are decorated with a blend of traditional and modern. Good location if you want to be in the center of activity. I enjoyed my stay there.

I booked this hotel for a weekend away with my wife over the Valentine's weekend and was not disappointed in any way. The hotel is ideally located just a few minutes walk away from Tottenham Court Road tube station and only a short walk away from Covent Garden, Leicester Square, Oxford Street and all the other attractions in this area. The hotel itself is perfect. The rooms are exceptionally well finished although no tea/coffee facilities in the room which was the only minus. The bar is relaxed and friendly and the staff all very friendly and extremely helpful. The restaurant/bar food was excellent with a great choice. There is a gym/spa also at the hotel although we never got round to seeing this as all the walking round the shops/attraction was exercise enough! I guess you could find cheaper accommodation in London but as the saying goes "you get what you pay for". Personally I don't think I would now stay anywhere else when visiting London in future.

The Soho has everything you would expect from a hotel in this category. Great rooms, terrific bathrooms, wonderful staff who help when you get sick and need stuff. And if you go back a few times, they start upgrading you to bigger and better rooms. Food is excellent also.

Booked a Deluxe King. After checking in - I heard the room was on the 1st floor - but not ready yet. I asked if a higher floor was available and told when I returned (after a lunch in the hotel restaurant) they would see. I was taken to the 5th floor - door opened into a most beautiful suite. Fully unpacked, getting ready for a great shower after the flight from Los Angeles, phone rings. Front desk - saying they've made a mistake - and my reservation was confused with another. Asked if the duty manger could come up. After about 30 minutes of listening (and I agreed to move after the first 5 minutes) - with them telling me I could stay and at the same time they needed the room. I didn't book this, and if I were a guest who did and didn't get what was close to the top end room - I wouldn't be too happy, so I agreed to move. The confusing part was being told I could stay - so I was never quite sure if a guest was really checking in. I was sent a bowl of fruit after the move........ Never happened before.

Staying in SoHo has never been this good. The Soho hotel, tucked away down an alley off of Dean Street is centrally located and chock-a-block full of style. The service is impeccible from check-in to check-out. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are designed to the nth degree but spacious and comfortable. Excellent restaurant - Refuel - and a good pre-fixe dinner menu which changes daily. Bar scene is busy and stylish.

Hyggelige og meget velindrettede værelser. Flotte og meget velfungerende badeværelser. Hele hotellet igennem en meget dejlig atmosfære. Mangler dog el-kedel, hvilket ellers er normalt for London hoteller.
