StayAt Helsinki Parliament - Helsinki

I really enjoyed my stay in Stayat Parliament. The location was perfect, only few minutes walk from the city centre. The apartment was nice and big. Kitchen corner was small but adequate. Breakfast was quite basic but good. And it is not a 5 star hotel so you get what you pay for. I would definitelly go back!

the hotel is centrally located with the main sites within a 15 minute walk but with the trams much closer and much quicker. The apartments have a fridgete and limited cooking facilities which means you can self cater. breakfast is included and overall a clean centrally located hotel

The hotel and room are just as described. The well equipped kitchen and spacious dining area makes life a lot easier; simple meals and especially lazy mornings are great when you just want to relax! Having not used the breakfast room, I took a peek - it is small, so therefore a bit crowded, but seems to fulfil the function. The location is good; less than ten minutes walk to railway station/centre and all that the city has to offer. I would definitely return to this hotel.

Less than 10 minutes walk from the centre, helpful staff, spacious apartment rooms and cheaper than most hotels to boot. My only criticism would be the very poor breakfast service (often running out of bowls etc leaving us to eat cereal with a fork from a plate one morning!).

There is a large sitting room with a fold out couch. The bed room was also very large with 2 twin beds. Kitchen area was well organized with things you needed to use the stove top and microwave oven. It was very handy with a large refrigerator. Breakfast buffet was great. It was in the restaurant next door with access off of the lobby. You may need reservations if you would like to eat there in the evening. Walking to the different sites was easy, and the trolly system is close. To get there from the airport, take the Finnair bus to city center. It is located west of the National Museum. Be aware that the front desk is only open from 8 AM to 8 PM Monday through Friday. There is a phone in the lobby and in your room where you can call someone if you need help. We were there for 7 nights, so they serviced the room half way through our stay. Normally it is only after you leave if you stay is less than 7 nights. Would love to stay there again. While walking, watch for the signs on the sidewalks, one side is for walking, and the other side is for bicycles. The Helsinki pass was great for us. We used the trolly system and went to enough museums for it to pay for itself.

These apartments are fantastic value. Four of us stayed in a 2-bedroom apartment with a sofa bed - there was plenty of space, a clean and well-equipped kitchen, decent sized bathroom and the furnishings were of a very high standard. There's also a very nice, free sauna in the basement. The apartments are within a 10-15 minute walk of all the attractions, the railway station etc. I'd definitely recommend staying here, it's a real find.

A great value place in a pretty central location... Really near the Storyville pub, which has lots of live music nights

This hotel is really more of an apartment rental than a hotel. The room was spacious, clean, modern (yet in an older building), and comfortable. Our room had a marvelous view of a park below, and central Helsinki. The location was perfect for the central Helsinki business or tourist experience. For the price, I would say that this hotel was the best I've stayed at anywhere in Europe. The only thing unusual was that the front desk is closed in the evenings and on weekends, which was not a problem unless you want that round-the-clock on duty staff support. If I were to stay in Helsinki on an extended business trip, or for any other purpose, this would definitely be my choice of places to stay.

Vi har været meget tilfreds med vores ophold. Det er dejligt med en hotellejlighed midt i byen.

I forhold til forventningerne (et 3-stjernet appartementshotel) var vi positivt overraskede. Vi kunne gå til alt i byen. Værelset var stort og rent og med det nødvendige udstyr. Tæt på park og sporvogn.

Hotellet ligger til sentralt med gåavstand til de fleste severdigheter, restauranter og shoppingssentre. I tillegg har rommet fullt utstyrt kjøkken og en har mulighet til å tilberede alle måltider på hotelet.

För oss som bara skulle stanna en natt så var det inte så lyckat med en obemannad reception under hela helgen. Ingen information hade utgått om detta, och ytterdörren hade portkod som heller inte hade meddelats oss. Vi fick stå och vänta tils någon klev ut genom dörren innan vi kunde ta oss in och hitta en telefon och ett telefonnummer vi kunde ringa för att få nycklar till vårt rum. För övrigt inget att klaga på. Rummet klart godkännt, läget utmärkt.

Pænt og rummeligt værelse, veludstyret og med brugbart minikøkken med alt udstyr. Morgenmad i et lille trangt lokal, her er det plads ril forbedringer

Breakfast is served to early, from 7.00-9.00 am. I´m on vacation! Good big 2 rooms appartment with a kitchen.

Rummen är fräscha och pentryt innehåller alla nödvändiga matlagningsredskap. Frukosten är halvdan, så jag skulle nog laga min egen.

L'hôtel est idéalement situé en plein centre ville à côté de toutes les animations. Mais, le service n'est pas du tout à la hauteur. Tout d'abord la réception ferme à 20h et le weekend il n'y à personne. Ensuite, les chambres ne sont pas du tout nettoyée, même les serviettes et les poubelles sont inchangées. Enfin, niveau sécurité l'alarme incendie s'est déclenchée le samedi soir, la réception étant déserte nous avons appelé le numéro laissé à disposition et seulement 20 minutes après une personne de securitas (même pas les pompiers) est venu couper l'alarme en nous laissant sans informations !

StayAt är ju inget vanligt hotell, utan mer som en lägenhet. Fördelarna med det är att följande: - Rummen är relativt sätt mycket stora och behagliga - Man har lättare att känna sig hemma - Pentry finns, passar utmärkt om man skall bo länge Detta är hotellet för den resvana, som vill ha en bra boende miljö och som inte längre attraheras av de vanliga hotellens "flärd". Dock var frukost rummet lite litet, men väldigt familjärt, jag gillade det. Obs! StayAt är inget för den som vill ha flärd och lyxkänsla.

sehr günstig gelegen, Appartement sehr preiswert, Frühstücksraum extrem klein ( gewöhnungsbedürftig ), Frühstück selbst aber gut, Hotel kann man jedem empfehlen

Mooie, comfortabele kamers, geen standaard hotel inrichting. Perfecte locatie in Helsinki. Goede internet verbinding. Nadelen zijn slechts 1 handdoek per week, verschoning kost extra geld. De kamer wordt ook maar eens per week schoongemaakt en hier en daar ligt wat stof. De receptie is in het weekend gesloten.
