Best Western Hotel du Parc - Neufchatel-Hardelot

We booked this break to celebrate my husband's birthday, and were travelling with our two children aged 8 and 5. We booked an apartment and were very impressed with the size and number of rooms in the apartment - a full walk in wardrobe and separate bathroom and toilet. Beds were comfortable and the children enjoyed the playground and gardens.

ANNOYED TO FIND RESTAURANT CLOSED DUE TO REFURBISHMENT PARTICULARLY AS WE CHOSE THIS HOTEL AFTER LOOKING AT WEB PAGES SHOWING EXCELLENT DININGROOM WITH GORMET MENUS THE 4 OF WERE LOOKING FOREWARD TO CELEBRATION MEAL. ALSO WHEN TRYING TO HAVE A QUIET REST VERY NOISY AS WORK WAS BEING CARRIED OUT IN ROOMS ABOVE. FELT WE SHOUD HAVE BEEN INFORMED AS WE HAD BOOKED THIS IN NOV 2008

This was our third pre-Christmas stay at this hotel. Excellent location, attractive grounds, good modern facilities with attractive reception/bar area & good standard of food.

Located in the counryside ten mins from the town, plenty of free parking, sounds silly but couldnt find our room, but when we did were pleasantly surprised at the space, huge double bed, shame no tea/coffee facilities but thats standard in France. Bar area great proper cocktails, if a bit pricey. We chose the A La Carte for breakfast and it worked out at 13 euros for 2, rather than 14 euros each, but either option had lots to eat and was of a high standard. Friendly staff too.

We picked this holtel for it's proximety to the Hardelot Golf courses. Very clean and comfortable with friendly staff

As we live in the nort of England we find this hotel to be ideal for a few days break on our journey home. The facilities and staff are first class.

Nice hotel. This time we stayed in a appartment which whilst comfortable is quite basic. Stayed in the main rooms before which are much better furnished.

Arriving late in the evening with two friends for a long deserved break from home we were first informed that our rooms were not ready. The brochure says that they would be available from 3pm. We had to retire to the lounge and wait but despite asking no one would give us information when we could get to our rooms. Final straw was to be told that we could not eat at the Hotel. they refused to give us a taxi to nearest restaurant which meant we would have to drive and therefore not be able to have a drink. Staff had to be forced to do anything to help. Not Best Western usual hospitality

Lovely setting in garden,with pool and tennis courts. Peaceful pretty woods surrounding hotel which is in a quiet residential area with small village of Hardelot and beach about a 20 minute walk away

wij waren aangenaam verrast toen wij in het hotel aankwamen. vriendelijke ontvangst. we hebben s'avonds gegeten in het restaurant en het was heel ok voor ons. de kamers waren groot en heel proper. de ontbijtruimte is misschien een beetje klein maar aangenaam om er te ontbijten. er was een trouwfeest zaterdags doch wij hebben daar geen last van gehad. Het enige minpuntje was dat wij om 15.00h arriveerde in ons kamer na een lange wandeling de kamer nog niet was gedaan. we zijn dit gaan melden aan de receptie en het werd meteen in orde gebracht. Wij gaan zeker terug want het hotel is een beetje als thuiskomen!!
