Nice small hotel on a quiet street. Very conveniently located for walking to sights and catching public transport. Supermarkets, patisseries and cafes close by. Easy walking distance from Eiffel Tower, hop-on hop-off bus stop and Bir-Hakeim Railway Station. You can also walk to several other interesting places, including the Champs Elysees. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful and spoke very good English. Our room was clean, comfortable and cosy. People of larger build may find the room and bathroom a bit of a tight fit. Coffee & tea-making facilities are provided in the room, with biscuits too! Nice large, soft towels.

Stayed with my Mum in a twin room, which was small but very clean. We didn't spend much time in the hotel but found it's location excellent, a very short walk from Bir-Hakeim Metro and so close to the Eiffel Tower! If you come out of the hotel & turn right towards Place St Charles (500 yards), there are some lovely Cafe's and Bistro's and we found them a lot cheaper than the places closer to the Eiffel Tower. All in all a lovely little hotel in a great location, I'll defanatly be reccomending it!

Arrived at hotel and checked in with no problems. Reception staff friendly and efficient. Room was fairly small (typical of Paris!), extremely clean, nice view, bed was very comfortable, shower was small but comfortable and the room also had a kettle and TV which we used. There were a few cafes nearby if you didn't want to have the buffet breakfast in the hotel, we went out and it was very nice with great coffee!

A good, reasonably priced hotel in a top tourist area. Having travelled around the states recently and stayed in many hotels, I can see how north americans can find the rooms very small. My partner and I thought the room was fine, bed comfortable and bathroom clean and functional. She did say that the shower wasn't hot enough but it was fine for me. It could be a bit noisy when other guests were getting up/returning. The location is very good. Saint Charles and Dupleix metro stops are nearby and there are supermarkets, restaurants and patisseries(sp?) located around. It is Paris so the food was fantastic in the restaurants. We went to Dupleix bistro one night and got the 'Formula' (set) menu with a delicious staek and dessert for 17 euro, also went to the first reataurant you see when heading to the Eiffel tower, the name escapes me. That had a Formula menu even cheaper but equally delicious. Pint of beer there was 5.80 which I thought was expensive but cheap compared to others.

This hotel is tiny and quaint and the rooms are very small. However, if you are going to Paris, chances are that you are only using your hotel room to sleep. Everything needed is available here, including free WiFi internet (which is a HUGE bonus). It located a few blocks from the Eiffel Tower, and a few Metro/RER stops. However, keep in mind that the breakfast at the hotel is not included in the price (9 euros per day). You are better off grabbing a quick crepe or something similar at one of the many places nearby.

location is ok, but outside of the tourist attractions which starts at Eiffel Tower goes to the away direction. It is an old hotel with tiny lobby, narrow hallways, and ridiculously tiny bathroom. I am 5'7", 155 pound small guy, but could not move my arms in the shower. I cannot imagine how a regular sized American guy over 180 pound be able to use it. Room and towels are clean, but small rooms. If you are some one over 180 pound, do not try it. Even if you do not get stuck in the narrow bathroom, you would definitely not be able to use the shower, a litt box even I have difficulty with my small frame.

Stayed at this hotel for 3 nights in April 2009. It looked great on the website and the price seemed right so we took it. Once we got there we realized what a mistake we made. The hotel was terrible with a basic lobby, most staff didn’t speak English and were unhelpful. Breakfast was expensive, room was tooo small, towels were dirty, tub wouldn’t drain and the list goes on and on. The only decent thing was it was about 5 to 10 mins to the metro and 20 mins walking to the Eiffel Tower. Overall defiantly not worth the money, it was more of a hostel then a hotel. Much better hotels available in Paris and more value for money. The only decent thing was it was about 5/10 mins to the metro and 20 mins walking to the Eiffel Tower. This is a small clean room in a small hotel, but that is what I expected from previous posts. I just needed somewhere to crash and it worked great for me for the short time I was there. Service was excellent, they allowed me to check in Friday AM at around 9:00 AM (way before normal check in). The breakfast buffet was pretty good. The only thing I didn't like was that the shower was so small that I couldn't turn around without accidentally bumping the shower handle to off or cold...

I was suppose to go to Paris with my fiance to celebrate her birthday. Unfortunately due to things beyond my control I went alone. In saying that on arrival the staff were extremley friendly and could not have a better stay. The hotel is very clean and true, it is 500m metres from the Tour Eiffel and a beautiful sight it was. Also an excellant base to visit other parts of the capital as the metro and major bus route is at the end of the road. Making all attractions very accessable. Had a wonderful time.

I'd say the room was fairly tiny, no minibar, no iron and board, no coffee just tea complimentary available. When I asked for a second set of towels (one small, one large), the answer was as a single guest I only get one pair. I did get to use a hotel umbrella. Great. All that for about 90 euros a night. Not next time, I should be in a business hotel really. But if you're not that fussy about those details, it's just around the corner from two metro stations and one RER train station and a short stroll to the Eiffel tower. You could do worse I guess.

This was a very reasonably priced hotel for the location. Just around the corner from the Eiffel Tower and you could see the top of the Tower from outside the hotel on the other side of the street. Very handy to the metro station, had everything nearby you could possibly want. There is a bistro nearby called the 'Bistro Duplieux' which does a fantastic steak, chips and salad for a very reasonable price. Be advised that the rooms are very small indeed but the beds are very comfortable and it is really quiet in this area so there are no "rowdies" wandering the streets at silly hours in the morning. Was never so glad to see the bathroom had a bath as I needed it after all the walking we did!! Only English channels on the TV were CNN and BBC News 24. Breakfast was very good as it was a buffet: croissants, cereal, French bread, meats and coffee and you could help yourself to as much as you liked. This hotel really is for those that are going to Paris on a budget and you do get what you pay for. I would recommend this to anyone who is in Paris to see the sights and not spend time in their room don't get me wrong, the room and hotel had everything you would possibly need during your stay, it just isn't plush. And for those arriving late at night they really do have a 24 hour reception and we had no trouble at all getting our key.

We chose this hotel based on reviews, price, and location. It did not meet up to our expectations, even considering the price. We arrived around 4pm and were checked in to find our room was not yet cleaned. The staff was not apologetic or very helpful. When the room was finally cleaned, it still was not done very well. We had stayed in other "budget" hotels through out our trip and had no problems with cleanliness until this hotel. The shower was extremely small, and the walls were very thin. You could hear the shower running, toilet flushing, and conversations in the roooms above. The location was close to both the RER and Metro and it is a close walk to the Eiffel Tower.

Hotel elevator was the smallest I've ever seen in my life. Barely room for two skinny people. Didn't try the buffet because excellent food is available at the cafe in same building for the money(hotel's not free). Room was small and shower was smaller. Location is great for the money. Can see E-tower is you hang out the window far enough. Bakery down the street is excellent and grocery store with reasonable prices is close by. Shooting a movie the same days we stayed there. One way street makes it hard for taxi drivers. If you just need a bed and a shower for sight seeing, this hotel is not a bad deal.

Blev taget pænt i mod af personalet, udleverede brochure over paris. Overnattede 3 nættter her. Værelset er meget lille og meget basalt. Ingen plads til kufferter, eller i hverfald til at pakke dem ud. Der var et højskab med 10 bøjler. Men ok for prisen.
