Hotel is centrally located-staff are helpful and pleasent-rooms are confortable and well maintained-I would whole heartedly reccommend this hotel to my friends in Australia

My girlfriend and I stayed in the de luxe sea view room for one night. The room has a contemporary design and is very comfortable indeed. The staff are wonderfully helpful and are more than willing to advise us on tourist attractions and restaurants. The breakfast is fantastic; it includes a cold salad buffet, unlimited hot drinks and juice and a full English/ vegetarian/ pancake / French style breakfast. Plus there are a few supermarkets near by and it's only about 15 minutes walk to the city centre. However, much as the name of the room may suggest, there is NO DIRECT SEA VIEW because the hotel is not right next to the seaside. Instead we had to look out of the window and turned our heads to the right in order to see the sea view. On the whole it's an enjoyable experience to spend a night here.

I booked this guest house following the reviews i had already read up on, and I was not at all dissapointed. I had taken my partner down for a romantic weekend away and it was the most perfect place we could have stayed. The staff were extremely helpful and polite; bringing us an ice bucket, glasses and a bottle stop for the champagne we had bought and with free wifi and tv the room was lovely. The bed was comfy and clean. The breakfast served was cooked to order and was absolutley delicious. Help was on hand 24hrs a day. I would definetly be visiting again.

When i booked this hotel i expected a chic little modern hotel but the reality was quite different. The staff were pleasant enough but customer service was a little lax. The hotel looked tired and my attic room was very very small and hot! It would not have been suitable for a couple. The furniture was tired the phone in the room did not work. Breakfast options were not explained to me. The floorboards creaked and the carpet looked very old. I booked the hotel as it was suppossed to be in the area of the theatre which it wasnt it was at least a 10-15 min walk.

First if you are from the US you have to remember England has a different view on things then us. There is no elevator in this building and we were on the top floor and the stairs is narrow by our standards. The room was very nice for a triple room and a good size. The bathroom was very small no tub just a shower stall. If you are a bigish person around 200lbs you could not fit in this shower it was small. The toliet did not flush right but I think that is normal for this country in the hotel buisness (saving water and stuff). The service was great they open the kitchen up for us at midnight and the bar too. Overall I would stay there again just pack lighter and bring you own soap, I don't know what they have but it not real soap.

A very reasonably priced but great little hotel, the room was clean and tastefully modern, though the bathroom was on the tiny side. The breakfast was excellent and the staff put themselves out to be friendly and helpful. Very impressed.

Clean accommodation with attentive, smiling staff. Comfortable bed with crisp bedding and plush towels. Robe and luxury toiletries a nice touch. Paint finishing and the decor could have been done better and doors need a little tweaking so they don't slam and wake people up in the middle of the night. Otherwise, a well run place and you could do a lot worse elsewhere for the price.

Super beliggenhed, roligt, god udsigt, venlig betjening, lækker morgenmad med mange valgmuligheder uden ekstra betaling.

Strålende service, nydelig frokost, nyoppusset i en slags pop-art / retro-stil. Nært stranda og the royal pavillion og flotte små shoppegater. Alt i alt supert.

Alles in Ordnung. Sehr freundlich und immer bemüht dem Gast zu helfen. Leider sind die Bäder bauartbedingt sehr klein. Kann man aber ohne Probleme mit leben.
