Aurora Hotel - Milán

They may have a bed bugs. If you just need a place to sleep and a place to shower for two nights, it's good enough.

This is a great place to stay for a short jaunt in Milan. Its relative location to the central train station and great sites makes it easy to take advantage of Milan's offerings. It is also located in the more affordable shopping district, Corso Buenos Aires. The front desk staff were always warm and helpful. Free wireless internet is available with an access code. Overall an unbelievably good value in a sometimes expensive city.

Right in the bargain shopping area and totally safe and clean. The entrance of the hotel is a little unusually but not inconvenient or unsafe at all. The staff were extremely helpful and available 24 hours. We had a flight at 4 a.m. and the staff were available for us to check out. The location might not be ideal for someone checking out the sites of Milan. It's about a 30 minute walk to the duomo and the opera house. It's also about a 20 minute walk to the train station.

This is MUCH BETTER THAN A 1 STAR. I'd give it atleast a 2 out of 4. Farther from the train station than I had thought. Room was good--had a TV that worked, which was key since we were there during the earth quake. Bed was comfy. Floor was dirty--which seemed to be the norm at many hotels we stayed in. Bathroom left a bit to be desired--small shower with a showerhead that would not stay in the direction pointed, but again, this was the norm in many of the hotels we stayed in.

The hotel attendants were really nice and helpful. The shower stall is a bit small and the water did not flow fast enough that I had to stop the water during my shower. Overall, the hotel was good for the price.

This hotel is right on the main street, about a 15-min. walk to the Duomo and other interesting points, and about a 10-min. walk to the central train station. The staff is very nice and helpful. The room was comfortable. Overall an excellent value.

Although this hotel is on a main street, it's tucked away in a courtyard so it's quiet. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was nice and clean. The location was perfect - a 10 min. walk to the central train station, and a pleasant 15 min. walk to the Duomo and other sites. I would stay here again and recommend this hotel to friends. A great value overall.

This hotel was a pleasant surprise. Its location - 10 min. walk from the central train station, a pleasant 15 min. walk directly to the Duomo - was great. The room was clean, and the staff was very accomodating. This hotel was a great value considering its convenient location, friendly staff and cleanliness.

Probably the nicest hotel in Borrego Springs. Only stayed at the hotel, did not use the golf course or visit the restaurant. Our room had a view of dirt, scrub brush and some run-down local homes. For the price, expected wireless internet (or at least Ethernet connection) in the room, but the only internet connection (wireless or Ethernet) is in the hotel lobby. The wireless wasn't working, so I had to use my Ethernet cable directly to the modem in the lobby. The beds were nice, the room was clean and had a microwave and refrigerator. They allow pets, which is very nice for us. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Really, our only complaint was the lack of internet.

We booked the hotel based on other reviewer?s comments that the quality of the hotel was far superior to its one star rating. The nightly rate also led us to believe that the rating was a false reflection of the facilities that would be provided. Unfortunately the hotel is very much one star. The room was extremely basic with no safe, mini-bar, beakfast, etc. available. The noise from adjacent rooms was very loud and security left a lot to be desired. We were so disappointed that we spent valuable time after the first nights stay seeking alternative accommodation but nothing was available at such short notice. The only plus point was the location on one of the main shopping streets and easy access to the underground. Overall a very poor hotel for the price and would not recommend.

We wanted to be as close to the train station without being too far from the center of town (Duomo). Plenty of good restaurants nearby and a nice safe walk anywhere you need to go. I've stayed at better hotels, but for the price, the Aurora was well worth it. Good value for a fairly expensive city. If you fly in, I recommend staying closer to the city center since you'll have to metro or cab anyway, but for the train station, its a quick 10 min walk and good location. Also it is off the main street but set back with an atrium. This makes the hotel very quiet which is appreciated when traveling long distances.

This hotel was clean, safe and in a great location. It's nothing spectacular, but for the price, it's great.

Jag blev mycket postivt överraskad av min vistelse på Hotell Aurora. Det låg centralt mitt i stan nära tunnelbanestationen Porto Venezia med Doumo två stationer bort. Hotellägarna är mycket trevliga med god engelska. Själva hotellrummen är enkla men fräscha och innehar alla nödvändigheter.

Un hotel molto, molto economico con camere piccole ma pulite. Non credete alle fotografie pubblicate qui, le camere sono molto piu' brutte. Pero' vanno bene, se uno deve stare una notte o due e non ha pretese. Il servizio e' cortese. Un hotel low cost, insomma, senza fronzoli.

Für die die Klassifizierung mit einem Stern eine absolut empfehlenswerte Adresse. Sehr gute Anbindung an das öffentliche Verkehrsnetz
