Nice and clean. Good sound proofing in rooms. About 15 min walk from nearest Metro stop. Good large supper market just over the road. Small kitchen area consists of two ring hob, micro wave and fridge/freezer. No kettle though. Picture on the TV was very good on all channels. Only Sky news for English speaking. Small safe in room for the usualls. Enjoyed my stay.

Its really a nice and clean hotel, feels like 4-stars. The only thing is kind of far to get to downtown. Else its absolutely fabulous.

Very basic rooms but comfortable enough. Indoor pool although very small and not much use for exercise. One English TV channel only - Sky News (Euch!) - Hard to get hold of the iron and board! Lots of places to eat around about and wee supermarkets. 5 minutes from La Defense - which is the main advantage - literally hotel apartments and thats thats. Would I go back - well its cheap, clean and well enough run - so yes.

Difficult to find and no map or phone number for the hotel. when we found it by chance. Reception was closed and the phone number was for a phone inside reception - was about to leave having already paid when staff arrived. Bed was old and tatty, room smelly. Unnecessarily dissapointing.

I was very pleasantly surprised. The price was lower than I had expected to pay for a Paris hotel and the hotel is an easy 10-13 minute walk from the La Defense metro. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The room size was quite acceptable, larger than some I have had in Paris, and included a kitchenette and free high-speed Internet access. By the way, there is an large modern shopping center at la Defense, as well as a small shopping center two blocks from the hotel.

It wasn't too far from Metro 10min walk. Would have liked to stay closer to Paris centre. The staff of the hotel were never there when i needed to ask a question. When i arrived the check in time was late at 2pm so you are left carrying your valuables with you.

My rating for this hotel is quite unfortunate, simply because it could've been a very good one. The employees of the hotel walked in the room not once, but TWICE while I was in the room (one for a light bulb replacement, one for housekeeping). Of course, they knocked, but it was nothing more than a quick gesture, they were in my room before I could say 'come in'. There are no chain locks or anything that could be locked from the inside. If someone with my room keys wanted to come in, there are no preventative measures whatsoever. In addition, there are no 'do not disturb' signage, so the housekeepers are free to come in any time they wished (which they did). As a father and a husband, I would NEVER recommend this hotel to any single woman or someone who needs the security. It really is unfortunate, becuase everything else about my stay was quite good for the price.

the only thing was the hot water during the shower .. not long enough .. a part from that the hotel is gorgeus ... localization .. and close to everything ... incluind mcdonalds and supermarket ... 100 per cent satisfaid

This hotel was too good. The staffs are friendly. Kitchen & the shops nearby are +points of this hotel. Even the metro station is 5 min walk. Its a best hotel to stay.

For the first time in Paris, I was happy with the area my hotel was in. A quiet business area with a cute park for the kids. The hotel was of good standards, sheets were clean and service was great. This is perfect for a sleeping place as I am not the type of person to stay in my hotel hence booking with a 2*. Less than 15 minutes away from central Paris on metro line 1 and hotel in only about 5-7 minutes walk from the station, it was pretty perfect for the price. 2minutes walk from the hotel you will found a local area full of restaurants and shops as well as the station being a big shopping mall itself so you have alot around you already.

This hotel is not worth the money. It is better to spen a few $ more than to stay in this hotel. The short comming was beyond description. The services are unacceptable. The staff are unfriendly. Simply said avoid this hotel

We booked the hotel on hotels.com because we had no clue as to where to stay or even begin and I always use hotels.com for all my bookings. (Who knows now). The staff wasn't the friendliest and after a day of outing in Paris we came to a completely uncleaned room. I spoke with the front desk to get some help or get the room cleaned and received an answer of "What do you want me to do it's the evening?" The room was smelly and dirty from the onset and they wouldn't even accomodate a room change. We were completely unsatisfied and would NOT by any means recommend this place to anyone.

A nice sized room for the price. It was a little far from the metro for my taste (~15min walk). I would stay closer to Paris or the metro for sight-seers. Also, the neighborhood all closes down around 8pm.

It is about 10 minutes walk from the metro station. Good hotel for the price.

The room we got was small, but nevertheless cozy. The staff was extremely friendly and it was not a far walk at all to the metro. La Defense is an ever growing business area and is very clean, and the people are friendly, however everything closes up at about 8pm. The Metro station is difficult to find so make sure you get detailed instructions from the hotel staff, they will be glad to help.

great budget accommodation - it was what we paid for.... good connections to the center and cool to stay in the business part of Paris. because it was easter, all the restaurants and bars were closed (no business people around on holidays) the one downside would be the lack of knowledge of reception staff on anything....felt like we bothered them with any request (apart from one guy who was great but only there for a few hrs of our stay) the great thing was free the WIFI and the kitchenette, easy excess to shops and restaurants (if they were open :-)

Great deal for studio room. Public transportation is easily accessible (bus stop right outside). Many stores at close walking distance and actually traveling by car/taxi is not needed. Will stay there again... Important note: If arriving early before check-in time you can leave baggage in locked closet ask the front desk. And you could also wait as there is seating area to chill ask front desk for WIFI access to kill time.

Considering this is a Paris hotel, it was spacious and clean for super value. It has a couple of drawbacks that make this not right for a lot of people. 1st - while accessible via metro, it is a bit of a walk and a few metro stops. 2nd - the neighborhood is not 19th century, but rather modern-working Paris and the rooms lack character. I think this is great for longer stays and the cost conscious who just want a bed to sleep in, but access to Paris. I stayed at 2 hotels on this trip. Given this was 40% of the cost of the other one, I actually preferred this hotel. Take metro #1 to La Defense (end of the line) and walk ~5 blocks.

I chose this hotel because I had a meeting at La Defense and I was afraid to be stuck in town with the strikes. I discovered the La Defense neighborhood, a very pleasant "village" at the doors of Paris (buses, metro or RER).

My eleven year old son and I were very comfortable at this hotel and we made good use of the pool. Good location - a couple of bus stops from La Defense main railway station. Very close by you will find a good cafe and a well stocked supermarket. Our one disappointment was the day we had breakfast at the hotel. The dining room was very shabby and the service very careless and rude. I will definitely consider a Citea hotel when I visit France again - but will skip breakfast!

The smell was bad, the rooms were not clean. My college dormatory was alot better than these rooms. Do not stay here.

Room was decent size with a tv, table, desk area, and kitchenette, but the bathroom was small and the showerhead was horrible, hopefully not all the rooms have showerheads that fall down and spray water every which way! other than the shower situation the place was clean and nice. just outside of paris and the metro line 1 dead-ends into la defense and the hotel is only a 5-10 minute walk from there. have someone point u in the direction of courbevoie which is technically the city the hotel is in, otherwise it could be difficult to find, although we never got lost a lot of other guests said they did in their review of the hotel. cheap and not too far, also its in a very safe area, a business district, not many people out at nite because its a lot of closed office buildings.

un endroit calme, accueil chaleureux . Une odeur de cuisine dans les couloirs que l'on ne retrouve heureusement pas dans la chambre. J'ai eu le plaisir de pouvoir dormir la fenêtre ouverte sans être dérangée par le bruit

Le personnel est agréable et souriant, j'y retournerai sans avec plaisir et le recommanderai certainement.

Personnels pas très courtois. Douche un peu ancienne, ayant besoin d'un rafraichissement.Par contre, l'hotel est bien situé.

Vi overnattede kun én nat på hotellet. Men jeg må sige at de 2 stjerner er undervurderet. Jeg har boet på 3 stjernet, der var værre. Der var vamr i badeværelset, sengen var behagelig og værelset havde køkken og tv. Beliggenheden var også helt fint, blandt skyskraberne i La Defense. Så et godt billigt hotel, hvis man blot skal have et sted og sove - og flink personale.

Accueil très froid et peu aimable... Pas de place au parking, il a donc fallu chercher une place éloignée et ceci à chaque déplacement!... Le couvre-lit était sale ainsi que le fonds de la cuvette des WC et le lavabo était bouché!

Je choisi un chambre avec un lit double mais c'etait 2 lits ensemble donc la trou entre les deux devient plus grand pendant la nuit et la couette etc. n'etait pas alors suffisant

revoir les sommiers bruyants au moindre mouvement

tres legerement bruyant quand les voisins rentrent mais rien à redire sur le reste. Un parking couvert et pas cher sous l'hotel et un accueil tres agréable.

La qualité de la chambre était plus que moyenne La propreté très limite J'avais déjà séjourné dans cet hôtel mais n'avait pas été particulièrement déçu par la catégorie. Cette fois-ci si ! Accueil performant et attentionné.

Hotellet ligger precis mitt emot en park i ett trevligt område. Rummen var överraskande fina! La Defense är ett imponerande business-område som vi inte skulle fått se om vi bokade hotell närmare city och det är väl värt ett besök! Enda bristen låg i personalens sätt att bemöta gästerna. INTE bra, och drar dessvärre ner betyget. Jag hoppas att det var jag som hade otur och inte att det är ett generellt beteende.

ganske fint hotel til prisen. Værelserne er i en fin størrelse, de er rene og behagelige - dog er senene noget hårde - men dette kan man vel forvente til denne pris. Ganske fint og kunne godt finde på at bruge det igen, hvis jeg skulle til Paris igen!

Hotel tres propre et calme a 500 metre du coeur de la défense et du metro .

je trouve que l´hotel doit etre renové entierement, les chambres sont petites et les salles de bains c´est pire, bcp de bruit a cause du chantier, qu´un seul, et le personnel d´etage est désagréable, sauf les veilleurs de nuit sont sympatiques

accueil, équipements, propreté, petit déjeuner satisfaisants. Pour le bénéfice de l'environnement arboré et le calme, on peut accepter le relatif éloignement par le métro. Inconvénient : difficultés de restauration ds le quartier de la Défense.

nous avions réserver par internet une chambre avec lit double pour le week-end, maheresement arriver sur place nous avons eu droit a deux lit séparer. Pas de négociation possible avec le personnel qui d'ailleurs est peu courtois. Petit déjeuner industriel et malgrés une chambre correcte, nous n'avons pas garder bon souvenir de cet hotel
