The outside of the property looked great, and after finding out that this was NOT 15 minutes from the strip I was still excited. Then came the front desk, the lady was rude and had me stand there for over 5 minutes without saying a word while she talked on a personal call and then to a co-worker, until I just kinda jumped in her face and said HELLO! THEN was the ROOM! oh the Room! the air did not work and it was 102 outside there were bugs, and someone next door blasting music... umm shall I say anymore I was very UNACCOMIDATED and very UNHAPPY! I asked for an immediate room change and although it was better then the other still was just not what I'd expected.

For a family with 3 children under 5 this hotel is great for the kids to have room to run around. When we checked in the room was very hot and took a few hours for it to finally cool off. The air vent into the bedrooms was very tiny and didn't really cool it off. When we checked in our smoke detector battery was low and was beeping. Front desk didn't have batteries and wanted to move us to a different room. We knew the new room would be hot and the kids were sleeping. We stayed in the room with the beeping and they fixed the smoke detector the next evening. Beds are pretty firm, couldn't wait to get home and sleep in my own bed. They had no problem giving us a portable crib. We had to remind front desk 2 times though. But it was expected for the price we paid.

First room assigned had terrible hot water pressure in the shower, however, upon our request, we were re-assigned another room which worked out GREAT.

For the money This hotel is Awesome! I came to go to lake Mead and Las Vegas, it is directly in between the two so this was the perfect place for me. The Front desk was very friendly and the rooms were clean. I would definitely stay here again!

It made me really want to consider me and my friends going back for another trip.

This Hotel was way out of the way from everything except a bad neighborhood! The staff was excellent though. The rooms did have everything to accomodate. We got into our first room just before midnight to find it was without pillows, bedding or towels so we had to move to another room with all our luggage. The pool stayed open well after midnight, which was nice after a long day of traveling. The other patrons were the kind of people you naturally avoid and because of that, we would never stay here again not even if we were desperate.

Nothing fancy here. Just your standard room. The mattress was extremely hard and the towels were very thin and rough. The staff was friendly though. The first room we got had dead bugs all over the floor. They switched us to another room on the second floor, which had no bugs.

Nothing special, but a clean and spacious room with a fast internet connection - just remember to bring your own cable, we had to buy one for 7 dollars. Convenient, but with no real Vegas feel. 15 minute drive from the strip.

Nice hotel for the price. You get a kitchen, refrigerator, bedroom, and living room. Just like living a 1 bedroom apartment. Pots and pans were provided. Only complaint was not enough towels provided and housekeeping never showed up.

I went to Las Vegas to visit my friends and didn't want to spend a lot of cash on a room I was only going to be in for a few hours so I stayed at the Siena Suites. Not only were the rates affordable but the staff was very friendly and the room was extremely nice. My room was located right by the pool which I must say was also very nice. I also loved the kitchen even though I didn't get a chance to cook. I will be staying in this same hotel again very soon!

This hotel was good for a 2-star rated hotel. Gave the basic necessities. I didn't like how the maid service went home at 4:00PM. Sometimes people need their rooms cleaned after they come back to their room in the evening! And I do not like how this hotel was located about 7 miles from the strip. Oh well, that's 'cause I booked a place late last minute on Memorial Day Weekend! All in all, this place is alright if you want a cheap hotel with the basics. Woo!

Not a bad location, about 7 miles away from the strip. Room is clean. The staff are very polite and helpful. I'll definitley stay there again.

Being as it was a holiday weekend, the casinos were charging big bucks to stay there. The hotel was clean and well laid out. The only complaint was the beds were very hard. Not just in our room, my our friends too. But really, how much time are you going to spend in your bed in Vegas?

me and my boy friend enjoyed our stay at the hotel. they met our needs and assisted us when we had a problem in a timely matter. i am very satisfied and would definitly stay there again

Except the Air conditioner (which has a weird set up) which did not give enough cold to the room. Since it was very hot in the summer, I expected the room to provide more AC but did NOT. Customer Service, Locality, Other facilities were awesome.

Surroundings full of young noisy teenagers who come and knock on your door at night and roam parking lot making noise. Room is nice. Hotel staff unable to provide service of needs when asked.

I was only there for the weekend, but since I prefer to not have to eat out every meal, I chose this hotel for the kitchen supplies. The pros: Convenient location, easy to get in and out of. Having a place to cook your meals instead of dining out. It is away from all the casinos so it is not as loud and congested. They cleaned every day unless I put the "do not disturb" sign out. Cons: It said high speed interent, but it is NOT wifi, and you have to have your own cable, or buy one for $7 from them. Beware to bring your own! They did not provide any kitchen towels or soap to do the dishes. The fitness room had 2 working treadmills, 2 bikes, and a stepper (one treadmill did not work). All the dumbbells were missing except the 35,40, and 45. You may already know this, but do not put the motel key next to your cell phone, keys, or on the tv. It will wipe out the magnetic code and you will have to take it back to the front desk to get reprogrammed (that happened to me). I would stay here again. The staff was friendly and the location was good. I would be sure to bring soap, paper towels, and my own cable for the high speed internet next time.

Arrived and were treated very poorly by front desk. Two Hostesses working one wouldn't talk, and the other was hanging up on customers. Then once she hung up on the customer she picked up her cell phone and started arguing with her boyfriend. All the while three other guests and I were waiting to check in. Then once we got checked in, and got to the room 45 minutes later... I needed to use the internet to find a close restaurant. I couldn't connect to any wireless access point. So I called the front desk. There was no answer for 5 calls!!! On the 6th attempt the phone was finally answered by the hostess, and she told me that the internet in the buildings was wired and to look for a red jack. I explained to her that I didn't have a ethernet cable, and was told I would have to go buy one. I travel all the time and will not be staying there ever again. Also, If you are going to stay there make sure you bring your own ethernet cable, and have a lot of time to be inconvienced by the staff.

I thought this hotel was so clean and cozy. I loved that it was pet friendly as well, but without the smell!

This hotel is simply the best choice if you are on extended stay in Las Vegas for a family of four. The small kitchen is big enough for cooking meals and warming up any left overs. The extra tv with sofa gives you privacy if your kids wanted to stay a little late for movies or video games while you're sleeping on the other room. The free internet access is also a plus.

Everything was good, except for the bed. The room needs at least one more garbage can. But, for the was good.

The main reason we went to Las Vegas was to attend the Las Vegas Bowl at Sam Boyd Stadium. We were happy to find this nice hotel within walking distance of the stadium, allowing us to avoid all the traffic and the parking hassles. Later that night, after the game and after the traffic had cleared out, we got out and enjoyed other parts of Las Vegas. The staff and the accommodations were good, but we loved being so close to the game. If you plan to attend a game like we did, be sure to get in building #12--it's the closest to the stadium.

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. Only complaint is that the hotel is not convenient to the Strip (I knew it was not on the strip but thought it was a bit closer. I would recommend this hotel to guests staying for a few days or more. For those staying only a night or two, find something on the Strip.

The staff at Siena Suites are very accommodating. We have stayed there twice and each time I have requested a floor level room due to my husbands disability and they were able to have one available. The room we stayed in was clean. When we needed extra towels the front desk immediately brought it to our room. The pool and gym are open 24 hours, which is awesome with my schedule and my family.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Great quality for the money.

Room was nice for the price, but "minutes away from the strip" is definately a stretch, it took us 15-20 min to get there. Also had a wallet pickpocketed and gas siphoned

This hotel was a very nice place to stay. There was a ball field behind the hotel were we played with the kids. It has a heated pool and the kitchen worked great. There are 2 tvs, 1 in the bedroom and 1 in the living area. The hotel is about 25 minutes with traffic from the strip. This is good if you don't want your kids surrounded by the stuff of the strip. There are plenty of resturuants and stores nearby. Plenty of parking, the front desk was open 24 hours, the gym was okay for vacation time. The only down side was the laundry - it cost 2.00 to get the prepaid card to use the machines then each load is a dollar. Overall it is a good bang for you buck. I recommend this hotel.

It was clean, and the property was beautiful. No restaurant on site, but there are several restaurants within walking distance.

I want to commend them on their security. Many motorsport participants stayed there and there was no thefts nor police activity, including my own bike.

Sustains: I had a remarkable experience with the Siena Suites. I got an excellent room central to the business I was traveling for. The kitchen was immaculate, with full size appliances. Two TVs made it easy for catching shows before snoozing or while working at the table. The pool was very nice with a par fitness center. Improvements: I was not impressed with their mattress selection and had a little trouble adjusting. The bathrooms could possibly be a slight challenge if traveling with your family, but no worse than most places. My only REAL complaint would be that the cleaning staff needs to instill a better understanding of "Do Not Disturb" in their room cleaners.

thought it was a very clean and nice hotel would recommend it to anyone,especialy if they are going to be going to sam boyd stadium it is only a 3 minute walk straightto sam boyd!

When we checked on hotels.com, the rate was less and when we called to make a reservation, to our surprise they asked us to walk in. But when we called again to make a reservation, another person attended the call and said the rate almost twice that mentioned in hotels.com and we booked through hotels.com website. The guest rooms were ok type. The room service was not good, they dont clean the kitchen area and the dishes as done in other hotels. They had coffee makers at the kitchen but the room service kept coffee powder to make coffee on the first day only, when asked, they said they keep it on the first day only and not on all the days during the stay. They say they have high speed internet access but they dont have wireless. We have to buy the cable for $7.00 from them. The smoke detector battery was gone and it kept beeping all night. When we complained, they sent a battery which we had to replace ourself. The worst part is that on the last day when we were about to leave, the toilet pot overflown and someone came in and removed the block. I would suggest NO to this place for anyone.
