The hotel has no A/C and we have to close the windows after killing 3 mosquitos. The room and bath are spacious. The breakfast has a lot more than expected. Chinatown is located in between the hotel and the central train station. The area is mixed races and appears to be safety for walking.

The hotel was clean and the breakfast good. Area is not the best, but good tram service from Centraal Station. Take Tram number twenty-three for two stops. Ask at information where to buy ticket and how to stamp.

This was my second time staying at the Milano, was here last year also. Reception was very friendly, spoke English well. We had a room with a walk out balcony that went out into the wooded courtyard area, very nice! Bed was comfortable, breakfast was superb, bathroom was a little small but it's Europe - all the bathrooms are small. The Milano is about 100 yards from the best shop in Rotterdam, Sensi Smile. When I come to Rotterdam next year I will be staying at the Milano again.

We were given a large second floor room. It was quiet and had a nice opening to the back of the hotel into a court yard. The steps were very steep to climb to the second floor room. It had a better than average breakfast.

Although I did like the room that I had, I can imagine other people, especially older people being annoyed with the whole situation. I was given a large (and clean) room in a building next to the hotel. The room could only be reached by a very narrow and long set of stairs. Breakfast was great though.

The hotel staff was kind, helpful and accomodating. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable and what you would expect from a three star European hotel. The location was close enough to the city center and ammenities, although at times felt like it was in not the best of neighborhoods. I would recomend this for anyone traveling on a budget and staying for few days, but still looking for acceptable, clean and friendly environment.

smoking is aloud in the common space. My son had difficulty with this. I just did not like to smell. Little funky place. Nothing fancy. Good for a cheap place to stay close to a lot. Use for sleeping only. No relaxing in the common space.

The hotel is situated in a shady area of Rotterdam and was currently being refurbished so the quality of the rooms may go up with time. As of now this is not a 3 star hotel, and I mainly object to the security in the hotel. The keys for the rooms were only of the old type and can be picked using any key, I suppose this is my main objection to the quality. The rooms were simple and can be used, but the distance to the main parts of Rotterdam were too far, and the area didn't seem all too safe.

Hotellet är ganska litet men har en ok standard för priset. Frukosten ingick i priset och var bra. Mitt enkelrum var i minsta laget men badrummet med dusch var utmärkt. Det fanns kylskåp på rummet. TV fanns men man var tvunget att betala extra för den, vilket jag tycker är snålt. Den största nackdelen var att det tidigare rökts friskt på detta hotel och det luktade starkt i rum och trapphus vilket gjorde vistelsen lite obehaglig för mig som allergiker som är van vid rökfria rum. Så länge man inte störs av gammal röllukt så är hotellet bra och ligger centralt med spårvagn utanför och gångavstånd till city och tågstationen.

devo sottolineare come la bruttezza di rotterdam sia stata allietata dal comfort e dalla comodita' della camera dell'albergo.. ora non so se avessero sbagliato stanza ...ma per 30 euro avere ingresso camera e mega bagno con tutti servizi come 100 shampini e bollitore cn the e caffe..beè in europa è davvero difficile...quindi non solo lo raccomando...ve lo consiglio proprio... e ancora....una colazione che manco la mamma ve la da....cn tutte scelte di corn flakes...cose a cui io nn bado...ma che avendole....ho cominciato a valorizzare... complimenti... a...e il tipo alla reception...parla italiano...nn male ..

Goed hotel voor redelijke prijs. Erg klantvriendelijk.Wc en douche aan de kleine kant, maar toch goed. Ontbijtbuffet goed verzorgd. We hebben niets gemerkt van de buurt, zijn 's avonds rond tien uur van de Euromast naar het hotel gelopen zonder problemen.

Een eenvoudig hotel aan de rand van het centrum, goed bereikbaar met OV, slechts paar haltes van Centraal vandaan met tram 23 (richting Holy, uitstappen Tiendtplein, doorlopen en op grote kruispunt links aan de overkant is hotel Milano). Aardige mensen. Ontbijtbuffet is netjes (geen warme gerechten, wel diverse broodjes, muffins, koffiebroodjes, cakes en dergelijke, vleeswaren, kaas en zoet beleg en cereals en jus, melk, koffie en thee). Kamers zijn netjes, douche en toilet simpel. Genoeg badhanddoeken, genoeg flesjes doucheschuim, shampoo, cremespeoling, bodylotion en ook aan showercap en schoenpoets is gedacht). In de lobby wordt momenteel flink verbouwd, maar de kamer die wij hadden was in aangrenzend pand, dus nergens last van gehad.

Le personnel est gentil et tres compréhenssif. Les chambres sont spatieuses, le batiment joli, tres confortable pour y passer une semaine, vous ne manquerez de rien, TV seche cheveux etc... Et le prix de la chambre est plutot bas pour la ville de rotterdam!

Das Hotel ist alles andere als ein Schmuckstück, aber der äußere Schein trügt. Die Zimmer werden über eine steile Treppe erreicht und sind geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig. Servicepersonal ist nett und hilfsbereit.
