"Fit the purpose of our visit"

The hotel does share the same postcode with several other places in the area so it was initially hard to find, but on getting there the receptionist was very polite, and very helpful in providing information. The room was nice and clean, and have no complaints in that area. We would certainly use this hotel again.

"OK in a pinch"

Booked hotel online at around 3pm for that night. (Emergency trip to Cardiff due to a death in the family.) On arriving at hotel at 9pm, they had no record of the booking. Fair enough, it was last minute, and they honoured the room rate. I was given a "Family room" for me and my 13 year old son. This consisted of a king-size double and two small children's bed on wheels on the floor. My son is pretty big for his age so couldn't actually fit comfortably on one of these. There was tea and coffee facilities in the room, but there was only one sachet of coffee, and no milk. The "power" shower took a long time to warm up, and the water pressure was insufficient. The plug lever in the bathroom sink was broken; I ended up prying out the plug with my fingernails and then having to remove it completely, which was pretty gross. The bed itself was very comfortable and the cleanliness was fine (apart frm the aforementioned plug.) In summary, this was okay for a short-notice overnight, but I wouldn't have wanted to stay again given the choice.

"Secluded countryside"

This hotel is a bit remote from local shops, you would need a car to travel around. However there is a bus runs everyy 2 hrs to take you to the airport or Cardiff. Its cheap to stay at, has a lovely Thai restaurant there, but the showers are a bit disappointing, doesn't heat as hot as you might like.

"Convenient"

Convenient location close to the airport and standard was fine. Clean rooms - nothing fancy! Upon booking the info noted free shuttle buses to the hotel - these don't exist, so this complicates the deal a bit. The nice men at Airparcs showed some flexibility and it all worked out.

Extremely well located - Ten mn walk to the airport terminal Unless you really have heavy luggage , it's useless to hire a taxi or take the bus (both costly for half mile ride ! ) Otherwise , clean and comfortable rooms at half price compared to Cardiff downtown hotels
