I booked a studio, knowing that it was a sofabed. I normally can sleep on sofabed, this was horrible. I ended up moving the mattress to the floor, and that was reasonable, but should not have been necessary. The location is definitely on the edge of town, but I was using Aix-en-Provence as base to explore surround towns, so it was rather convenient to be near the highway. However, I was quite surprised that that they charged 6.50 euros per night for parking. For a hotel on the edge of town, this seems pretty unreasonable.

Outstanding service from the front desk. It's not the most interesting location in the world, but it's a very short drive into the heart of Aix.

spent 5 days here. a good half hour walk away from the city centre. once we had run out of toilet paper we were told by reception we then had to buy our own supply. no one came to collect our rubbish...by the end of our stay the rubbish smelt quite bad. we were also informed that we had to throw away our own rubbish. no one came to change our bedding . we also had one set of towels all week. no one cleaned our room all week... and the kitchen facilitys were very poor also as there was no dishwashing liquid to wash up.

Good value for your money, but you must be ready to walk to Aix, a 20 minute walk, considering that bus service is limited. The building is totally hidden behind the Kyrian Prestige Hotel, you MUST make a note of this. The rooms were clean and provided moderate comfort. The sofa bed was impossible to sleep in(very lumpy), luckily we had rented the bigger apartment, with a bedroom and regular bed. The laundry room has a great washer-dryer for a total of 6 euros, no soap needed. I managed to get in two regular loads. The nearest supermarket is a 15 minute walk away, but you can get your groceries in Aix when you visit.

Kitchenette made long days much more convenient. Room was very quiet and comfortable. Hotels.com price was excellent with the days free promotion.

The apartment overall was easy to find, very clean, and well equipped. The sofa bed was apparently very uncomfortable (although didnt have to sleep on it myself), and the pillows were very thin, with no extras available. The toilet paper ran out after 1day and wasnt replaced. But it is in a handy location for the motorways, a pleasant 10 minute walk from town and definitely worth staying in for the price.

This could have been a good base to explore Aix with everything you need in the room including a small kitchen area. However this was completely let down by a very uncomfortable sofa-bed. It was lucky that we were only there for one night.

we enjoyed the location and cleanliness would have preferred regular bed although the futon was more comfortable than most. Reception area being operational would be more helpful. Arrived at hotel and had to wait 2 hours to enter the hotel.

We were given an apartment suited to the disabled so the bathroom was enormous, good shower but no curtain. The kitchen was adequate but no oven. Good location and good value. The pillows were tiny and only one each.

I just needed a place to stay over for one night in Aix, and this was perfect. There's a great restaurant in the hotel next door, and a coffee machine in the lobby. Rooms are well equipped. Service friendly. Would stay here again.

The apartment was clean but there were only two thin bath towels and two thin hand towels ... no extras and no dish towel (though we could have asked for more). There was one wall light in living room and one ceiling light plus one lamp in the bedroom. There was no maid service and guest had to empty their own trash. The staff was very helpful and pleasant.

Parfait pour un WE à Aix, à savoir : à 20 minutes du centre-ville.

Notre ami et moi avons été agréablement convaincus par cet hôtel, l'accueil qui nous y a été réservé est fort appréciable, le studio que nous avons eu était confortable, spacieux avec un coin cuisine très bien équipé et pratique, l'ensemble était très propre aussi, les 3 soirées/nuits que nous avons passé là ont été très calmes, un vrai repos récupérateur très important pour bourlinguer le lendemain du matin au soir pour découvrir cette belle région, d'ailleurs les brochures touristiques à l'accueil nous ont également bien aidé pour sélectionner et organiser nos sorties. Félicitations à l'ensemble du personnel pour votre travail et votre gentillesse.

Très bon accueil , propreté parfaite , bon équipement(manque cafetière). Seul point négatif ; le parking gratuit quasi-inexistant , parking payant trop cher.

c'est la première fois que je trouve une chambre d'appart hôtel sans un vrai lit hôtel inaccessible entre 12 et 15 h.

Wij hebben een nachtje doorgebracht in dit appartementencomplex, 2 volwassenen en 2 kinderen. We werden vriendelijk ontvangen, het appartement was netjes en schoon. Bedden waren al opgemaakt. Gelegenheid tot overdekt parkeren. Als minpuntje is te noemen dat het wat lastig te vinden is. Ook is het gelegen in een minder gezellig gedeelte van Aix.

Tres calme, tres propre et appartements spacieux. Juste un peu excentré.

L'hotel est trés calme, facile à trouver, les chambres sont spacieuses et bien aménagées. Séjour agréable et reposant.

Pas trop mal situé par rapport au centre ville, calme, propre tout confort, j'y retournerai sans hésiter. excellent prix par rapport à la qualité

super studio, trés bien agencé, mais trés mauvais acceuil et impôssible de partir avant 10h car rien n'est prévu pour recupéré les "clés".. on les a donc laissé comme ça, au risque de devoir payer la caution ...

ATTENTION au couchage sur canapé convertible, trés inconfortable et bruyant.... ON A TRES MAL DORMI!

The studio was very clean and spacious We had a kitchenette that was very handy and we had all the necessary appliances and utensils It was nice to arrive there after a long and tiring day of walking although its not close if you arrive by TGV which i DO NOT recommend if you can book via the regional TER train its much closer

Nous avions dmeandé un studio avec un canapé convertible et nous avons eu la gamme au-dessus ! L'hôtel est très propre est le personnel très sympathique...

la reception n'ouvre qu'à 15hr, je voulais me reposer à 1" heures, j'ai du attendre 2 heures, hotel fermé, aucun moyen de penetrer dans l'enceinte de l'hotel, c'est déplorable

De passage sur Aix, j'ai trouvé la chambre très sécurisante et confortable. Tout était propre et prêt pour que je passe une nuit agréable. Je suis très ravie de ce court séjour et n'hésiterai pas à choisir de nouveau cet hôtel. La réservation par internet a également beaucoup facilité ma venue.

Je decouvre ,et je trouve qu'on a un trés bon rapport qualité prix,et surtout la proximité et la disponibilité du personnel.

l'appartement pour 4 personnes est idéal, coin cuisine bien équipé et séjour d'une belle surface avec un canapé lit 2 personnes, un bureau et une table et 4 chaises. On peut se préparer un repas, ce qui est un avantage pour un budget serré.

Nous avons été très agréablement surpris par ce concept que nous ne connaissions pas encore. Propreté, calme, amabilité et discrétion du personnel, tout pour passer un excellent séjour. Le rapport qualité, prix est excellent également.

Een prima plek om te overnachten. Gene luxe, precies wara je voor betaald. Aardige mensen bij de receptie. Dicht bij de luchthaven (15 min over de snelweg ). Het lijkt aan de buitenkant niet echt op een hotel. Verder prima.

Nous avions loué un petit studio, et ce fut une bonne surprise car il était tout neuf, très bien entretenu, et tout confort. Idéal pour passer un petit weekend. Moins cher qu'un hôtel et avec plus d avantages!
