Condesa Reforma - Mexico - Mexico City

Although the price was great; there a couple of things bsiess travelers really need and the hotel needs to improve: bathroom was old and moldy around the sink and shower. and there were only a few channels available on the TV and there was poor signal.

The best: 1) Location 2) Room size 3) Room cleanliness 4) Friendly staff The bad: Need a little improvement in service. For example, there was not shampoo in the bathroom. The neighborhood was not very quiet at night

This is a very good hotel for the price. The room was comfortable and clean. We were given a suite style room, although we had paid for a standard room. The room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel were very nice and helpful when called upon. The hotel is one block away from Reforma and very close to the Metrobus stop on Insurgentes. It is an excelent choice for the price we paid and we would return without reservation.

This is a great place, especially considering the price. The rooms are large, colorful, very pleasant and comfortable. The front desk staff was helpful and professional. We were just one block from Reforma, a main avenue that takes you to Chapultepec park/anthropology museum or towards the city center (both easy to reach via taxi or public transportation - you can even walk to the Parque Alameda and Bellas Artes). Highly recommend this to budget-conscious people who want a nice, safe place with easy access to all of DF's important attractions.

because it is just microwaved "toast" and coffee. also, they don't have internet access unless you bring your laptop. that was kind of a waste of money there. other than that, they clean the rooms up nicely, are generally very friendly, and it is pretty centrally located.

Stayed just 1 night. The rooms are a little outdated but for the price you cannot beat the location and the outstanding attention given by the staff. I would definetly stay again

This is a small economic hotel near most turist attractions. It's not very fancy but it has a decent price for getting a kitchenette with a sink, range, microwave, and fridge. Don't expect a lot of service. But it's great if you are good at finding your own way around town. It's near tourist attractions and a good deal for travelers with a budget.

This hotel was not a good deal, even at the low price they offer. The staff is not aware of the area, the restaurants, the city. Lock your valuables up even when you are in the room.

calle de madrid is next to reforma the main street very najs . dont take the hotel taxi or tours overpriced with 300% the staff is nice . good security and remember mexico city is not a dangerous place to be :) the people are nice .
